There are several issues at this hotel. Air conditioning is mostly not working, which is problematic when located so close to the tropical jungle. For three days the manager was not around, and some staff really have an attitude problem, and are just rude (eg lucia at reception: what do you want u already told you!). This self derived importance is misplaced for a customer facing role. Cleaning the room is another issue this hotel needs to resolve. Overall should not be classified as four stars, by international standards possibly 2-3 which then makes it expensive.

Nice 4 star Hotel. Clean large room with tv with balcony. Swimming pool on the 7th floor, nice size. Good breakfast with wide selection. Great customer service with friendly staff. 15 mins walk to the centre of the town.

Well, we had a delightful experience here right from the time we set foot on the front door. The two staff at the reception were exemplary in their professional capacities in check us in early. Friendly, knowledgeable and assisted us in every query. They helped us clarify our plans to get to and how to get the best out of visiting The Iguazu Falls. It saved us so much trouble, even warned us that after purchasing the entry tickets we had to go straight to the Train Ticket counter before continuing into the park. They also suggested not to go the afternoon we arrived but wait till the morning as the weather has a tendency to be uncertain after 2pm. I tried to use Spanish and they even helped me with it. We didn’t need our room cleaned. But after a day of walking up and down it was a very pleasant surprise to open our door and find the rooms had been dusted and cleaned. Great housekeeping! Matias at the shop in the hotel was very helpful as well, helping to understand the menu. The steak with the cassava is a must try. I saw so many mixed reviews of the local restaurants so we played safe and ate in. Good choice chef and staff really good. Well done, you all made our stay very pleasant.

I was excited about this hotel given the great ratings, but in my opinion it did not live up. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which was awesome. They changed my room without issue when I had a couple problems, and apologized for the inconvenience. The WiFi and air conditioning did not work well in this hotel. The pool was way too small for the number of people staying there. The breakfast was very reasonable, with a large selection, and included in the price. Overall would recommend only if needing a place to drop stuff and sleep while heading to the Falls. It’s not particularly close to town but it is probably the closest hotel to the Falls that’s not in the actual park.

This is our second time in this hotel. First time was 3 years ago and was good. This time something hapaned. We booked a room with a king bad 2 month ago, we arrived for check in at 8pm and got 2 twin bands. No one in the reception knew English. Even after we translated everything they connected the bads. Only after we waited 1 hour they replaced our room to the correct one and the room was nice but the service is not professional. One week before the check in I emailed the hotel to book a massage - no any response. You are not expect that someone of the teem will tell you that the elevator is limited for 4 people, he is going in and leave you out The breakfast was terrible, during all the time half of the things were empty and for simple eggs you need to make a special request

Staying here now. Hotel has a run-down feel to it. Pool looked dirty. No tonic to go with our G&Ts. Breakfast buffet this morning very poor with only scrambled eggs offered as hot food. Room is comfortable and WiFi is ok.

Dont stay here. You can tell this hotel used to be a nice hotel. You can also tell they don't care anymore. The staff is stiff and provides no information. The room is fine, just fine. The pool wod be nice were the surrounding wading pool and hot tubs functional. The dinner buffet was absolutely disgusting, inedible. The restaurant staff seemed to ingore you when you need something and hover when you don't. They were out of the first four bottles of wine we ordered. I could go on but I won't Literlly every part of this hotel could have been nice with any amoint of effort. We should have taken adice from the staff member who told us we should have stayed elsewhere.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is that they wouldn't give their guest more than one key card. I don't see why they would have a one-key-card policy except to inconvenient their guests. If it's all about conserving energy (you need a card to power your room), one can simply bypass that system by using ANY card (e.g., credit cards, bank cards, etc). Nice food options in the hotel. They have a restaurant, bar, and at times a dinner buffet. Their business center is nice: 3 computers with the ability to print for free.

This hotel seemed quite luxurious compared to some of the other hotels we visited in the area. The room was nice with good air conditioning, nice bed, good bathroom, etc. The front entry was pretty, the concierge service was good. We walked in off the street and made a reservation. We had a hotel in Brazil but found out we couldn't drive our rental car there, so we wanted to stay in Argentina. This worked out perfectly and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Price was right too!
