I had contacted Recasur by email and they had one vehicle available.. However, between receiving the offer and my reply (~2 hours) they had already rented it to someone else. This I can understand, it happens. But them pretending that, sorry, their pretty explicit offer was only a price listing and they never actually had a car makes them look a bit dishonest.

Great choice for renting a car for Torres del Paine. The car was spotless and new and the staff there was nice and attentive. I can’t give the service a 5 stars though, because they were slow at answering emails, and I actually had to rewrite a few times after not receiving answers, which is stressful when you are planing a trip from abroad. However, it might have only been this one guy we were dealing with. Otherwise, the whole service was great so I recommend.

Everyone here was so friendly. They also gave us a discount on our car! They also had a ton of automatic cars available. Their WhatsApp support service is 24/7. The car the gave us was amazingly clean and had Bluetooth music, rear view camera, gps, etc. They also let you return the car much later so it’s like you get a free day! We didn’t even need to book the car months in advance. Best car rental service I have ever used.

We found this to be a good car rental company at reasonable prices for a reliable car. Just know that Puerto Natales is the nearest place with fuel stations to Torres del Paine national park. Also petrol means diesel in this part of the world.

no help once out of the park Torres del Paine with the flat tire to get back to punta arenas (where we rented, same director) with another car or proper tire. They only adviced us to go back from Puerto natales to punta arenas with the spare wheel… This is not a very professional recommendation!
