We
came
here
twice.
The
first
time
we
received
5
star
service
and
food
for
dinner.
The
second
time
we
received
3
star
food
and
1
star
service
for
lunch.
The
rating
represents
the
average
of
the
two
experiences,
rounded
down
because
IMO
consistency
is
important
too.
The
setting
was
great,
rooftop
overlooking
the
sea
--
5
stars.
For
lunch
we
ordered
three
seafood
paella
like
we
did
before.
What
we
received
was
completely
different.
Cooked
differently
and
lacking
half
the
ingredients
as
before.
We
asked
the
waitress,
who
spoke
to
the
manager
and
informed
us
they'd
take
it
off
the
bill.
When
the
bill
came,
they
took
a
35%
discount
instead.
I
actually
think
35%
off
is
ok,
but
I
don't
appreciate
being
lied
to.
We
also
ordered
two
rounds
of
iced
coffee.
They
were
made
by
the
same
waitress,
but
came
completely
different.
The
second
round
of
coffee
was
completely
white.
We
asked
why
coffee
was
white,
and
the
waitress
said
don't
worry
I'll
just
bring
some
coffee
to
make
it
stronger.
Came
bill
time,
she
tried
to
charge
us
for
the
"extra
cup"
of
coffee.
When
we
asked
for
some
ice,
it
took
the
waitress
10
minutes.
Note
we
were
1
of
2
tables
for
our
entire
meal,
so
she
wasn't
too
busy.

star
service
at
best.
After
we
complained
about
the
seafood
paella
looking
different
the
waitress
attitude
worsened
noticeably,
near
the
end
I
was
afraid
if
we
ordered
any
more
food
we'd
get
some
unexpected
ingredients
if
you
know
what
I
mean.
