Well worth driving up but take a car not a tour truck. Walk away from the maddening crowd into natural beauty down the back.

It's a serious hike to get there but the view is worth it

Statue of Jesus Christ at an altitude of around 2,800 meters. In the vicinity there are different traders with different kinds of overpriced kitsch. The neighborhood is nice nature. If there are no clouds here is a beautiful view of the island

Very much like the Rio sculpture. Accessible by car but I prefer the cable car. On the highest point in the Dominican Republic, and often in the clouds.

The ride was closed however, a local told us to follow him we went around and up the mountain with our mini van and was able to go in. There was another gentleman up there that took our pics both of them were great people. Dont forget to tip good!!!! Btw its well worth the view

First time in the teleferico, expect to wait 30 minutes to ride to the top of the mountain, great view of Puerto Plata bay.

A beautiful ride up the cable cars and this amazing statue and park overlooking the city. A wonderful way to enjoy God's creation.
