Functional. There is a charge to use the Bob bathrooms $2, Bob Bath $5 and Bob $2 usage fee.

People are not nice, not a little dirty, I paid 3 bolivianos to take a shower, 10 to leave the terminal and 2 to use the dirty and expensive bathroom

It's almost always very busy, you have to pay to use the bathroom, several bus companies, shops to buy whatever you need, restaurants, everything for your trip
