This place is legit, 950 pesos per person PCR testing. Easy and smooth. Here are a few confusing parts: One The website is not accessible from outside of Mexico, unless you use VPN. Two The appointment is only available for the next 3 days to book, so just wait till you are landed in Mexico to check out the website. Three If taking a sample before 2:30pm, the result is out in 24-48 hours, if taking a sample after 2:30pm, the result is out in 48-72 hours. Check result from the website by using the login /password info on the receipt. The last, ignore the what's app, you only get auto-bot answer or reply, make sure you received the confirmation email after making an appointment, and to read "preparation" for the test. We had the test at 12 noon on DEC/4, the result was out at 9am on DEC/5. The lab is very close to the hotel zone in Puerto Vallarta, and across from a fancy supermarket and Costco, where liquor is cheaper than airport duty free shop.

Fast service for antigen test. It only costs 13 bucks. Make sure to make appointment online. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish at all, but the whole process was straight forward and got results back within 2 hours. Don't worry if you cannot sign up with foreign phone number to get results over whatsapp. once you get there you can update your phone in the system. Clinic/ lab is super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The booking and the test were very smooth, the staff was friendly and professional. However they promised they'll deliver the results within 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours nothing came out and when I contact them I get nothing but just a chat bot. I had to endure a lot of stress because they didn't deliver in time and I was considering delaying my flight but lucky me I took the test 72 hours prior to my flight so consider that they are REAALLLY SLOW in delivering results. Results came out after 53 hours

My mom and I came here to get our Covid test in order to travel back to the US. I can’t recommend this place enough. They’re very efficient, friendly and economical. $260 pesos for a COVID test that price cannot get better ! And you also get the results in 2 hours!

Highly recommend, especially for travelers! It only cost $13 and we got results sent to our phone in 2 hours. We registered for our appointment online (for those saying it's catered to locals because it asks for a street address-you do not need to put an address, it is not a requirement to set an appointment). We immediately got confirmation for our appointment. We showed up a few minutes late for appointment but luckily it didn't matter. The clinic was extremely clean and the staff were very sweet and friendly. We only waited for about 10 minutes and the test took less than minute. 2 hours later we had the pdf results sent to our phone. Super quick and easy process, highly recommend!

Fast results for antigen test within 2 hours. $12 USD per antigen test, way cheaper than most places. Some of the negative reviews have no merit I think. They specifically post for you to message them via WhatsApp with the word “RESULTADOS” then send a pic of your receipt then your date of birth (but only after 2 hours) and you will get your results sent on WhatsApp and you just have to take pics of them and show at your check in via your phone. Location is great since it is across the street from La Comer which is like Target but better and also near Costco. The appointment setting is super easy and done online and also paid online ahead of time. The employees are very sweet and always cleaning the areas. They take COVID protocols very seriously limiting the amount of people that enter their clinic. The Antigen test is very uncomfortable since they poke your nose all the way close to the back of your throat. We’ve had other tests that are done mid way but not theirs.

My PCR test had to be done within 72 hours of my flight and it overlapped with Christmas. I had booked online where it said my results would come back within the time frame (24-48 hours) and called ahead (in Spanish) to confirm the same. The representative said no issues. I show up the morning of my test and they say PCR test results would take 72-96 hours. Refunds were not automatic and they could give me no other place that could do my test on the shorter notice, just refused me. On top of that, when I went online for a refund using my information, they showed me the confidential information of ANOTHER patient and allowed me to cancel their appointment. Super insecure medical data storage, unreliable, and uncommunicative. It may be cheaper for PCRs, but careful cause you get what you pay for!

Was also weary of the negative reviews, but went for it because of all the recent positive reviews. Had our PCR test booked for exactly 72 hours before our outbound flight. Maybe stood in line for 5 minutes. Test was efficient, sanitary and the staff was friendly and polite. We were told to expect results in 24-48 hours and both my friend and I got ours between hour 27-29 respectively. Would definitely recommend, as it is 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of many other places in town.

There were 4 of us friends who needed PCR tests for an international flight. We arrived at the facility and waited in line outside. A woman came out with a clipboard, asked our names and verified the appointments we had made online. We then went in one by one. They asked if we spoke English or Spanish and spoke to us in our preferred language. They asked to see our passports, entered the details in their system and told us that the results would be ready within 24 to 48 hours. They said the the results would be sent via WhatsApp but they also gave us a username/password and a website where we could see the results. The cost was 950 Mexican pesos per person. The staff was so professional, quick, organized and nice. The whole thing took 15 minutes and the results were available after 20.5 hours! One thing, though, was that the website where you make an appointment doesn't appear to work outside Mexico. Also, appointment slots are only opened for booking within 3 days. That means that if you need to be tested on a Friday, the earliest you can book that appointment online is on the Wednesday. I totally recommend this place for PCR testing!!

Do not go here for x-rays. I had to take my child and I should have just left. The xray specialist gave me no protection, had no patience with my child when he was scared, left me in the room so we were both exposed to radiation without protection and on top of it all I was told he had a fracture in his toe so I went to an orthopedic doctor and was told he actually doesn't.
