I came here with my group and we enjoyed eating at this restaurant. The staff gave us two complimentary shots for each person (we were a group of 4) of their house coffee tequila and that was so delicious! Food was plentiful for its price. The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurant smells like dirty feet (hence everyone is sitting outside or upstairs). Their guacamole was not fresh and their refried beans had a very strong pork lard taste that I disliked. Overall, it was cool. Would try to give them another try next time.

The flavor was super good! The menu was a little bit unclear and the waiter tried to help but it was still unclear. Prices are ok. The crowd sometimes gets a little bit wild and dances on the table lol

Great place for breakfast, very welcoming and the foods is very good. Service was fast and they made sure to check up regularly. Prices appear to be average, but since this is my first breakfast in PV, I could be wrong. Highly recommend, I'll be back for sure. Came back for dinner, amazing BBQ pork ribs, perfect fries and the margarita was to die for. This place has excellent food, very friendly staff, and very fair prices.

This place is amazing! We had so much fun, especially due to our great server Edgar. He was hilarious and very enthusiastic. Do yourself a favor and order the Andale shot, you won't be disappointed. We went here one night for food and came back the next 2 nights. We would have come again if our vacation lasted longer. Also, in the evening they turn on 70-80 and 90s music, including their video clips, it was so fun to dance there. Not just for young people, but people of all ages.

I was hesitant to go in, but the person downstairs was the right level of pushy so I went for it. And I’m happy I did. The flavors of the poblano dish with the beans, eggs, ham and pomegranate are stunning together. I definitely enjoyed but am at a loss for a good way to describe it. And I loved the pulpy mimosa. Definitely worth visiting for breakfast at least once.

Quaint environment, super inviting and fun staff, and great food! Sit upstairs for a more relaxed environment. The margaritas are huge, cheap and delicious. The food is elevated comfort food: totally unexpected for bar food! The ranchero-smothered burrito was so good it gave my husband goosebumps. Putting the sides in small chip bowls was super creative and smart too! I wasn’t feeling well and they brought me my Coke in a margarita glass—too funny! We had a blast here. Definitely check it out

Overall good experience. The view is amazing on the 2nd floor for people watching. Only reason for 4 stars is once regular customers started to come in we got ignored.

Great atmosphere. The food was good. I had the Chile En Nogada. The nut sprinkled was mixed with bit of shell so that wasn't great. Overall, great place for breakfast.

My husband and I had been wanting to go to this place for about 7 months now. We finally made it there and it was great. Luckily it wasn't busy. We sat upstairs which was really nice cuz it was a breeze. We ordered our food. The food was great and it was big plate. The owner even came out and spoke to us which was really nice cuz a lot of owners don't do that. Great staff. Great food, great environment. The tables are absolutely beautiful full of colors. The only problem that we had is that they forgot my husband's beer. My husband likes to have his beer when he eats and they forgot. My husband actually had to get up and go to the bar and get his beer overall. Great place I totally recommend the mango margaritas and the crazy burger and a club sandwich. So good with fresh fries

Such a fun little place. Order one of the margaritas made with fresh ingredients and you will love it. I recommend the cucumber or banana if you like them sweeter. The coconut shrimp and guacamole was so good I had it twice during my trip.

Great atmosphere, terrific service and the food was excellent. My chicken fajitas were the best I've had in Vallarta. Back again for dinner. Fajitas de pollo were still fantastic. Fajitas de mixed were top. BBQ chicken was awesome. Great place for dinner. Drinks were killer

A tasty Tex-Mex restaurant with friendly service. You won’t hear much Spanish spoken here, and the menu is decidedly catered to the many gringos in the area. The service was incredibly friendly, although I did have to ask three different people for my second beer. I also had to ask for the check twice. So just know you will have to ask for things more than once, but when they do finally deliver, it is with a huge smile. The flavors are easy for most palates, and the quality of ingredients ensures that whatever you order will be tasty. Like most restaurants in this city, there is no AirCon and not nearly enough fans to go around on those hot days. But overhearing the table next to mines conversation, they have been happily coming back year after year, and the staff has remained loyal and helpful for a long time. Not sure I’ll be back unless I want a taste of home - but a lot of people visiting PV will enjoy this place, and no doubt, have a great time.

Best margarita I've ever had. Service is absolutely amazing too. Seriously though, don't sleep on the margaritas here, just a lime marg on the rocks, life-changing.

Fernandez is an awesome manager, he takes time to get to know his customers personally and make good recommendations. Every time I come to PV, I will make sure I stop by this restaurant. Their food tastes fresh and delicious, I highly recommend this place.

I wish I could go to Andales every week! The food was out of this world! So Delicious! Visiting this place makes you feel like you are walking into the most interesting architecture/art gallery almost. The staff was quick and friendly!

Amazing service!! Shout out to Flor and Ezquiel! They were attentive and welcoming from when we walked in to when we walked out the door. The food was full of flavor and don't get me started on the presentation! The details were on point. The beans and potatoes were definitely my favorite! On top of the great food and service, we were seated on the second floor with a great view! Definitely coming back here again!

Andale's is my favorite go-to spot! The entire staff are always waiting g foe you with a smile and a good time! The menu never let's me down and I never leave hungry! From burgers to burritos, I recommend starting at the top of the menu and work your way to the bottom! Come on in and help us all figure out "who TF is Alice"!!! See y'all tonight!

We had the "Alice Plate" for four of us, and nobody went hungry! A good variety of drink choices - I had a tamarind Margarita. Great food, excellent service, and such an interesting atmosphere and architecture! There seemed to be a fair number of regulars, but perhaps everyone was just that friendly!

Stopped by for an impromptu lunch and was very glad we did. The onion soup was fresh and, for a change, in a very light broth. The fish tacos were fresh and fb delicious. The margaritas? Perfection.

This place is terrific! I ate breakfat there but check out the pics I posted. It looks like its fun as hell at night. I had the chile en nogata which is a stuffed poblano pepper with eggs ham cheese and all sorts of goodness. They were making mimosas the size of small aquariums but I was good and stuck with water for now. The staff was great and the atmosphere is on point. Enjoy!

Disappointed. Came here expecting a great meal and excellent service. They informed us that the special was the Mexican platter. The Mexican food at our all inclusive resort was much better - surprisingly. The margaritas were mediocre - the mango margarita was flavourless and the spicy margarita was subpar. The service was inattentive and slow. Overall, I would not return.

We have been here countless times! Always fantastic the breakfast is out of this world. But, the best part is Edgars Paloma! Made with fresh grapefruit and tequila. The best Paloma I've ever had.

Had a unique (to me) dining experience trying "chile en nogada" - very different, but very good.

  • 5/5 Jon C. 2 years ago on Google
One of the best Chile en nogadas I've had in Mexico. Good service. Complimentary cake. Huge iced coffee. This place has outdoor seating. Cutlery comes wrapped. Follows covid protocol.

Stopped by for a tequila and some guacamole to go. This place is always lively. Games shown on TVs. Quirky decor. Friendly staff.

What a great place for breakfast. We sat along the cobble stone street, watching people while waiting for breakfast - then were served a delicious breakfast - 10/10 - we'll home again
