This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly, specially Karina. She knows what she’s doing and what she’s talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is her main priority. Karina is great and always efficient, happy and polite! Love this place and will come back some day to Puerto Vallarta and visit them again. Thank you Karina for EVERYTHING, you are amazing!!!

Hotel is located right on the shoreline with great view. Ambience is great as well as staff is friendly and courteous. I was not expecting much as it is geared towards tourist and commercial. But food was great, they prepare many things right in front of your table. Depending upon which dish you order. The drinks were great too and I loved my visit to this place. There is a joker as well which keeps the kids entertained and also makes lot of ballons so your kids have a good time as well. Everything is priced moderately not too expensive. Tip the staff well and make sure you are carrying local currency for all the transactions.

It was good!!! But I wasn't impressed with the adding tip without letting us no plus wanting and pushing more! Super disgusting. Beautiful view!

The food was fine, but the service was brutal. Not only was there a different server every single time (we had seven different ones total, and none of them spoke to the one before them, so we had to order things multiple times), but we ordered a virgin drink for my pregnant wife and received one with liquor in it. We suspected as much from the taste (and stopped drinking it), and then saw the bill, which was for an alcoholic drink. They didn’t seem to care about this mixup even a little bit, which is pretty upsetting.

Really enjoyed our lunch. Hubby had buffalo wings and I had the "Carlos Salad" witch was really good. Looking for something light, then you'll enjoy the salad. Freshly made quacamole and salsa was really good too! Good, prompt & friendly service!

Very friendly waiter, but it's weird that their oyster rocker feller is raw, the shrimp skewer was extremely good, the mango drink was really good as well, reasonable price, only paid about $60 USD for 4 people.

Great music, great variety of food, free wifi, and the staff has great energy. Come here for a good time.

What a pleasant surprise! We did not have high expectations, we thought of Senor Frog’s as more of a bar scene, but we dropped in for lunch. To start with, the fresh guacamole and salsa both made table side with roasted vegetables was off the charts. I’d go for that alone. The service was very attentive and kind. We will be back! So much fun. It was really hot out and we went in to get cool and grab some food. Service was great, they even moved a huge fan to cover our table. The tableside guacamole and salsa were some of the best we have ever had. Loved the atmosphere, service and food. Would definitely recommend. And the balloon artist was so talented.

Where do I even start?! This place is incredible! The food, drinks, service, atmosphere, and entertainment were incredible! I will 100% be going back. While the music was loud, I feel that if it was to be quieter, the atmosphere just wouldn’t be the same. Thank you especially to the clown who made us all incredibly done balloon hats!

I stopped by for lunch. Food was very good (pasta with chicken). Very nice presentation. Prices were reasonable. View and location were great. But as others have commented, the service can be slow. I had to flag down a server to place my order, then again to get my check. But I would definitely eat here again. They take credit cards.

At $130 pesos (over $7 USD) per fish taco, it is very pricey, but at least the food was good. The beer was cold, and waiter was attentive.

Food is so much better than the past few years... The shrimp bucket with 6 large prawns only needed a good tartar sauce or cocktail sauce to make it better....my girlfriend's bbq ribs, chicken and shrimp dish was fantastic...tell botello I sent you!

Even though this is a very "Americanized" establishment in my opinion, its still a great time and worth the stop. I would say Its a touristy lunch spot- simple menu, large selection of foo-foo drinks, beer, friendly and fun staff and cool environment. Its a good place to get the party started if you will. The tableside salsa and guacamole were awesome (And huge), and the appetizer shrimp tacos were amazing.

We had family visiting us from Canada with their 3 years old son... we took a long walk on the Malecon and ended up having supper at Señor Frog... they rush the food for the little guy which was great as he was hungry... there was a clown that made us each a hat of balloons... we were all entertained... we had drinks and got our food... each of us had only nice things to say about it...we sat on the patio and could watch the sunset and the guys in the pole (sorry I apologize in advance.. yes I'm also canadian) I don't know the name of group who entertained us on the pole.... we also had a band with riders on the Malecon... overall an excellent evening with family.. I highly recommend Senior Frog 🐸 for young families.. Staff was courteous and attentive to our needs...

Food was decent, if uninspiring. The drink list has, like, 1000 items on it (it's a separate book), so if you're looking for booze, I imagine that's fun. The staff did some lame line dance thing to latin music, which unfortunately included more than one person blowing a sports whistle to the beat, which was far too piercing and loud to be considered enjoyable at all. In general, the music is quite loud -- 80% of that volume would have been fine -- but a few of the songs were over-the-top loud. The space itself is quite fun, though, and the lady doing balloon hats was quite talented, and very nice.

Excelent place !! Best drinks and food, fair prices and the service is amazing!! Can't stop laughing with the staff, Nestor our waiter was hosting us to an amazing experience enjoying good food music and the sunset! Don't forget to ask fot the tortilla soup!! Amazing !! Always a pleasure to come here..

My kids loved this place . The clown was very nice to them. Also there's a fun dance I think about every hour. BBQ wings aren't too good the tamarind ones are perfect. We will come back soon.

It seems we should have gone during lunch or dinner, our breakfast experience was average and slow. The French toast was ok, a bit miss leading if you compared with their poster. Overall, nothing special, a little below average.
