Probably the best variety of aguachiles and ceviche in town. We love their Peruvian ceviche and the strawberry aguachiles. We've also had the sashimi platter, the maracuya/passion fruit aguachiles and the mango aguachiles. All very good. This place is hip, well decorated and the service is excellent. We highly recommend it. The passion fruit margarita is excellent!

Exceptional creative ceviche. You can get puplo too so keep that in mind. Very fresh. I highly recommend this place. The small plate comes with a softball size portion. The sweet/savory strawberry one was a definite unique favorite!

Do not miss out on the queso yelapa pie. Its a necessity to end the meal, the perfect cherry ontop. The Manzana pescado ceviche is to die for. I never expected I would be drawn to something like this, but it is an exquisite creation. So fresh. Make sure to also get a big cup of the coco con limon agua fresca. The ultimate summer meal. Creative menu, good vibes, good service. Decent prices. Dont be fooled, one tostada is actually pretty filling! This one is a MUST stop in Vallarta.

Excellent spot for fresh seafood. I had their single tostada and it was alot of food. The flavors were good and fresh. Inside was clean and several seats to sit in. I had their tuna verde tostada and my husband had the nacho (not pictured) and the black sauce one.

We’ve been here 4 times in since last year and we keep coming back for more straight from the airport. They serve shrimp, tuna and white fish in a variety of delectable combinations. The drinks and amazing ranging from typical Aguas to unique cocktails and specialty beers. The desserts look amazing but we are always too full to try! A must

We got the “tostada” portions and couldn’t finish them as they are very generous portions. Both the ceviche and the tuna ceviche are to die for. They tasted fresh and extremely well seasoned. I’ve had many ceviches but this one is probably the best so far.

A huge variety of delicious civiches. We tried 3, the mango, the manzana, and the buria (spelling?) They were all unique and interesting and completely different. The tostada servings were generous and very affordable. Absolutely worth a stop! They accept credit cards too.

Absolutely fabulous fresh food. Closes early. I had one tosdada and it was plenty for me. Good wine selection. Great service.

Found via a recommendation from a local dive shop. This place blew us away. Simple ingredients, not too fussy, but just INCREDIBLE flavor. The coconut lime water also saved our lives on a hot June day--we will never forget it.

The food was amazing. Great service, friendly and fast. The flavor from the tortilla crest to the salsa and the main plate is something that you will not forget. I am already planning my stop on my next trip coming soon. 😃

I went with high expectations based on reviews I’ve read. The menu sounded very creative and so i finally went tonight to see for myself. I took a pata salada friend with me who loves ceviche. I started off with a cucumber basil gin and tonic that was delicious and pretty to look at. Unfortunately, that was the best part of my meal. I had the Thai ceviche which was tasty but was mostly slivered red onions and cucumber with two shrimp. I also ordered the Divine, which was anything but divine. It was so salty that neither of us could eat it. When asked if we wanted it to go, I mentioned it was too salty to eat, so no thanks. No apology or effort to make it right was offered. Honestly, with all the great ceviche in Puerto Vallarta, I see no reason to return, except maybe for a drink and the Yelapa pie I saw on the menu.

Enjoyed our lunch here and had planned to give this place all fives. However a few hours later I came down with a brutal case of food poisoning that lasted a few days. Very unfortunate because the service was excellent and friendly, presentation creative. Sorry guys!

What a find! Clean, fresh, excellent in every way - from the service to the ambiance, food and drinks! I recommend to try Versalles and Catchetona tostada with the passion fruit mezcal Margarita or just coconut with lime! Loved it so much we came here few times :)

It was good if you like raw seafood and tostadas. The maracuya margarita was made with Mezcal so it was smokey and had lots of seeds. The tostadas were great though.

The food is amazing, very unique and great portions!I highly recommend LaMara if you like ceviche, and Agua Chiles.

Best ceviche in Versailles maybe Pv. This is an infamous spit in Versailles, prices are great, legítimos even better, they have a great variety my of shrimp and tuna ceviche. The space is small and intimate and they okay great house music. Bonus the desserts are phenomenal , we had the coconut cheesecake and K It was one of the most unique and tasty slices we’ve ever had

We've been in PV for about a week and a half and have eaten out almost every day, we typically rarely eat out. As a vegan I've been dragging my pescatarian husband to ever vegan restaurant I can find. We've both been very impressed with the majority of the meals we've had. Our breakfast today was $5 and amazing, we thought we had already experienced our best meal in PV. Then we ate dinner here. The options for both vegan and non are plentiful. The food was so light, fresh and bursting with complex flavors. Don't sleep on the sauces they have on each table, all tasty all vegan! We're obsessed!! Definitely eating here at least once more before we leave in 3 days.
