What can I say other than I'll be back if I come again to PV. The food and service is impeccable and the area is rapidly upgrading meaning you are surrounded by cool restaurants. I recommend the kitchenettes for the pool view that's what I would get next time. Its located in between the romantic zone and pier, so really ideally situated for getting out in any direction. The busses across the street take you directly to Centro for $10mx and are every 8-10mins. A bit of car noise, and the outside is nothing to look at to be clear. But I can say, a true gem of Puerto Vallarta. Also has a cafe a couple doors down which is fantastic. Thanks for everything.

Our room was big, it had a small kitchenette in case one wants to cook. The swimming pool was nice, water is heated. The beach is walking distance from the hotel, there is also a pharmacy and grocery store across the street and a few restaurants. The hotel has no parking, there is parking on the street but sometimes is crowded and there are no empty spaces. The hotel is right next to a busy street, if your room in on that side of the building it may be noisy at nights. There is a small restaurant but we did not try it.

It's a nice place. Spacious rooms. A nice pool area and a decent breakfast (for a modest extra cost). The Internet has not been consistent and that has been annoying.

Great Value. You're a very short walk from the beach. Great service. Nice pool.

This place was just horrible I might as well slept on the concrete floor those beds were so hard was not worth the price that I paid financially and physically to stay at that dump

I’m staying here right now. There are little bugs coming out of the wall. Not too sure what they are. Front desk was .. basic with the helpfulness and it was a straightforward check-in process. I don’t expect superb customer service but I felt like I was intruding on something. The room is simple, which I normally don’t mind but it seems as if they don’t have great upkeep with cleaning some areas. Seem like accumulated dust and dirt. The aforementioned bugs are all over the counter and I’m puzzled as to what they are. Not bed bugs, but not ideal. I think that’s my main gripe right now. They have an outdoor kitchen, which is neat. I just can’t get over the tiny bugs. Price is good, but this I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, really. Unless I don’t like that person.

Dated but enjoyed it. Decent for the price and the staff is very nice. Great pool area. Not far from anything if you don't mind walking. Lots of great restaurants very close by.

Very cute very basic rooms. Breakfast only here. A low end hotel so do not expect a lot here. Heated pool is great. Quite place. Location fantastic.

Nice place, quiet, close to the beach, decent rooms, pool is nice, staff was friendly and clear on the hotel rules and services, environment is safe and friendly, i stayed with my wife and son and we loved it, pool is nice and safe for little ones, at night it's quiet depending on what side of the hotel you are, overall is a good hotel with fair pricing and amenities, the only bad thing is their internet service, it could be upgraded to better signal reception in the rooms.

Run down, no hot water, sketchy, noisy neighborhood. Hard bed, moldy shower. Sign in room says count the towels and report any missing or you will be charged. Booked three nights, left after one

Rooms were very clean, had a problem with air conditioning leaking water, but it was taken care of and manager moved us to another room. Pool was great for the kiddos that were with us. There are no refrigerators in the rooms or microwave. No hairdryer. We knew this ahead of time but there was coffee in the mornings and pastries. You can purchase fruit for $3.00 or eggs, bacon refried beans for $10.00 that included fruit and pastries. A Subway, coffee shop with wonderful cakes, and a couple of other Mexican restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful time. Staff was VERY friendly.

I love this hotel, at one and half blocks from malecon and beach, you can walk to rio cuale and playa los muertos

Rooms are what you'd expect for a cheap hotel. Loungers and pool were great. Area is great for food but bad for cell reception.

We went to inquiry about the hotel amenities and the guy at the front desk was very rude. So we decided to go to the MIO Hotel. Way nicer staff and cool place...Sorry no kids there!

We will never go back, bedbugs, rude front desk, upon leaving front desk asked us to go get all dirty towels and bring them down, NOT OUR JOB, pillows sheets smelled used, other peoples smell, nasty, front desk lied, said they were full, other said 20 percent occupancy... less than that I'm sure noisy place, pool and people across the way playing loud music, this place is ghetto

For the price you pay it is good hotel with nice staff. The only thing was that my room didn't have refrigerator.

I had a great stay there. It was inexpensive and had a great pool. The staff was always friendly and willing to help me with anything. It’s in a great neighborhood with pretty good restaurants close by. I’ll certainly stay there again.

Very clean and nice staff. Cheap price for the area but it could use some maintenance and the non-studio type rooms have nothing, not even a fridge or coffee maker. Wifi was up and down. Street facing room had loud traffic in the early morning.
