They have a pretty good staff with Mario Gomez, Rolando who a was a very charming and quite comical at times. Jose in the restaurant was very efficient. These are some of the good people at Sunset Plaza Resort . If not for the construction noise at Sunset. I would have given them 5 stars.

Charming old part of town that's walkable and gleaming new resorts for upscale relaxation. The area is beautiful and warm with friendly people and a bustling local economy.

Sunset Plaza is the BEST! We've been coming here for about 10 years. Employees are like great family. Top notch.

Great place for a family vacation! Loved how quiet it was, and the Mariachi's at the parrillada! Be aware that there's construction going on, which can get loud during the day.

The people are who make Puerto Vallarta so fun and relaxing. The city is large enough to have plenty of activities for visitors, and small enough to have a community feel. The economy must be booming, because there is construction everywhere. Just watch out for the timeshare people!

We had a blast during or week here. There is to much to do to get it all done in a week. Just beware the timeshare salesmen all over Puerto Vallarta. If you're just looking to vacation with your family, steer clear of these people and enjoy Puerto Vallarta.

My wife and I had a great time during our week down here, with another couple. Would most definitely come back. The weather was Awesome!!

Nice quiet resort with really good food. Close to everything if you want to venture out. If you are looking to party this is not the place. Excellent property to relax and enjoy time with your family. People that work there make this resort special. Service was exceptional and we will definitely be back.

Best Hotel in All Mexico. Much better than staying in "Las Vegas" Nuevo Vallarta !!
