This was our first time staying PV and this place was great! The rooms were very clean, Rodrigo at the front desk was amazing (gave great recommendations and answered all our questions. The pool area was awesome with great sun coverage all day, always could find a chair in the sun or shade. Beautiful view from our 4th story room. Great air conditioning, showers, great security, and comfortable beds! Not the most wheelchair accessible, there's lots of stairs but as long as you don't a slight hill on your trek in and out of the place to romantic zone it was perfect. Five minutes to the beach (we recommend getting a chair and table at the beach at la Carreta).

Awesome spot. Located just walking distance to the beach and to center of the town. About $250 pesos to and from the airport. Always something to do. Room 605 was awesome. Great views from the balcony of the ocean. Whale watching in the morning. I really enjoyed my stay

Have stayed here several times over the past 15 years. The rooms are clean, and the views are great. The pool is very nice., and the staff very friendly.

View awesome. Pool large. Birds put on a show at 5p daily. Some thumping tunes on weekend from the local club, other than that very peaceful. Rodrigo is a super star, thanks for all the help hermano!

I recently stayed at this great condo-hotel. I had the greatest hospitality service during my stay. The staff was very friendly and felt welcome. I strongly recommend this place. The condominium is gorgeous and spacious. The location of this condo-hotel is located in a centered area. The area is very safe and near to the beach. I thank the staff for their great hospitality.

This was a nice hotel in the fact that it wasn't overly complicated. The room was decent. It was very clean as well. The room we were in had two bathrooms which was nice. The View was great. The only disappointing part was the main desk downstairs was only open from 9 a.m. - 5 PM. So if we needed any assistance after that it wasn't available. I will say they did a nice job with keeping us furnished with towels and wash rags. The AC units in the room we're amazingly good. Often times we had to turn the air down because it was so cold. The worst thing was walking what felt like 1 million stairs to get up to the hotel from the street.

Just completed a wonderful week long stay at Boana Torre Malibu. Rodrigo and team are very friendly and accomodating, the complex is secure with cameras and on-site security. The location is perfect, one block form the beach right behind Blue Chairs and close to all the restaurants and nightlife yet a quiet place to retreat to at the end of the night. Loved having an afternoon swim in the tranquil pool area, and enjoyed watching the sunsets over the ocean from our apartment balcony. Thank you Rodrigo for going the extra mile for us when we had unforeseen complications with our pre-departure covid tests. We will be back! Lee & Phil

Boanna Torre Malibu Condos are a great, very close to the beach location at Green and blue chairs, clean, great managers and communication. I highly recommend!

Torre Malibu has a great location, a friendly staff and the building and grounds are clean. For this trip we booked units 101 and 102. 101 is a clean updated unit, I definitely recommend booking 101. Unit 102 is beat and in need of the owner investing some money to fix the problematic issues. For example, the front door is so badly misaligned that we were forced to stuff plastic bags into the gap to stop the parade of insects from entering the unit. The AC unit in the main area is clogged and flooded the floor. Other issues exist, however, are less important than those noted above. Again, unit 101 is a definite, unit 102 is rough. When we return next year, we will attempt to secure unit 101.

Good place. Good location. Staff is really nice and the heated pool is everything. I did had some issues with the AC in the Livingroom that was not working right but for me the AC in the room was what mattered the most.

Been staying here for almost 20 years and has been the most comfortable place to stay in. All the staff are more than helpful, rooms are always spotless. Best views of a Pacific Ocean sunset you can get anywhere in PV. Huge pool and close to all the romantic zone has to offer. Some of the best restaurants are just a within walking distance. Reccomend highly!!

Condo 603 was just renovated, awesome high quality reno. If it's available, jump on it!

By far the best view from the 9th floor and the room had 2 bathrooms and living room to help accommodate other people that are with you. And had a pretty good kitchen! definitely planning on staying there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in condo 804 at Torre Malibu! The views from the condo were fantastic. It’s super close to everything as well. Rodrigo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

A condo hotel with each room different so I can only speak of 605. Beautiful ocean view and unit itself great. Though bedroom and king size bed awkward as no room on either side, so getting in and out was only by foot of bed.

Very suggestive place where to stay, ocean view, swim pool, elevator, and closer to a market and to the beach. I will come back again!

Location, location location…. Is everything and this place is right next to every major hotspot. The on-site staff is fantastic and very accommodating, and the entire place is spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
