In this little store the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, my mom and I were looking for some gifts, which of course we didn't buy there, from the moment you walk in and see those little “do not touch” signs, you feel like you are in a museum and not in a a store, it's a shame it is well located and has the potential to grow, I think it is very important for SMEs to train their staff.

My mum and I were kicked out by a very rude store owner... my mum was a bit annoyed by the fact of the sales people having to weigh every single piece of jewelry in Puerto Vallarta and was mentioning this to me... he then very abruptly interrupted and told us to leave if we didn’t like it... emphasising it was his shop... he even dimmed the lights in the area where we were... don’t go there.... extortionate prices, everyday designs and appalling abusive owner!

A very bad store. The quality of the items sold is very poor. When the items have problems and need to be repaired, they ask customers for very high repair fees and try their best to shift the responsibility to the customers. Do not go to this store to buy items. It is best not to Enter this store so as not to ruin your travel mood, very bad store! !

I love this store, I always have. The staff are never falling all over themselves for customers, no. They have an amazing collection of jewelry and are protective of it. But also have affordable sterling. I buy something here each trip.

I stopped in this jewelry shop with a friend . It is huge with much to look at . Meandering about the shop being followed by the owner and a staff person . We felt a bit uncomfortable.We wanted to see everything a perhaps make a purchase. After 20 minutes or so we were told by the owner “ If you are not going to buy anything leave so we can close and eat our lunch . Rude from the moment we walked in then his comment we were shock . Will be sure never to set foot in the place again .

Very pleased with the wide selection. NO pressure, and excellent customer service. I walked in without my wife, saw a piece thought she would like, and was informed pictures were not allowed. I totally understand this, so later we both came. She liked it and we purchased it. Very accommodating from start to finish. When walking into another jewelry store, we were BOMBARDED by 3-5 sales people, and we immediately turned around and left. Macario, the owner, was also very polite.

I saw a collection of goblets in their window in 2019 and had to come back in 2020 to buy it. We’re now making it a family tradition to buy a piece of this collect every year when we go back.
