Delicious meal for an affordable price. Great tasting chicken, wishing we had this chain in Canada. Guacamole was ehhh, but the side dishes were excellent.

What an excellent value for the quality and tastiness of the food! The chicken was better than el pollo loco in the US! Not too fatty and the seasoning is in the meat! Sooo tasty and really easy $15 USD can feed 1-3 people! Will definitely reorder!

I had the two piece chicken with a side. The chicken was very good but very small portion for the price. My son ordered the chciken sandwich with only cheese. The picture shows a nice grilled chicken in stead in was a flattened breaded, obviously previously frozen piece of chicken. There was mayo and butter on the bread and unmelted cold cheese. My husband ordered the potatoes which were forgotten about but when he did get them they were good. He also ordered the four chicken tacos. They were so try they were impossible to eat. First and last time at a Pollo Feliz.

This is hands down one of the best foods we had here. It was yummy. Economic and great value overall! We had a half chicken, rice and beans for 2. It was more food than what we could eat. The staff is kind and welcoming!!!

I have used a food delivery service for all of my few orders. It’s been great up until today. I wanted to try the “arrachera,” which is beef steak. Unfortunately, this was pork though. I included a pic. Also, the chicken was charred to a crisp in some places, so I had to throw those pieces away. The tray melted in some spots because of the heat, pic included.

I got the steak arrachera to go. The steak was great. In Mexico its good to order your meat temperature one step upfrom what you usually order. Didn't care for the rice or beans.

I had a nice fried chicken sandwich with a Fanta. Good table-side service.

Staff were very helpful with my dietary requirements. I have celiac disease and thus follow strict gluten free diet and am very sensitive to cross contamination.

Wow, such delicious rotisserie chicken. I ate a half a kilo by myself 😂 tortillas were also made in house and tasty. Lots of flavor, I definitely recommend. If you get it to go, be sure to give your ticket to the "chicken guy" after you have paid so he can prepare your order. It's a two step process - enjoy!

service was good and friendly. The chicken nuggets had a bad taste perhaps the cooking oil needs to be replaced. The room is hot and needs fans to move the air.

I recently visited this chicken roasterie with my family and was blown away by the excellent food they serve. The flavors were absolutely delicious, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. What impressed me even more was the incredible value offered by their meal packages. Not only did I enjoy a scrumptious meal, but I also got great bang for my buck. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tasty and affordable dining options!

Excellent. Ordered the Tacos Dorado from the quick menu. This is 5 fried chicken tacos covered in fresh lettuce, cheese and onions. It is damn good. Guy next to me had a jumbo chicken platter with sides. It looked tasty. Was visiting at night. This place is safe, bright, clean, well staffed, and has bathrooms.

This was the worse meal we had while in PV. There was TONS of people in there, I assumed it would be super good. I got the tacos, and a side of rice. The rice was hard. I only took one bite. Moved on to the tacos. They were hard shell, I had no problem with this. However, I was unable to bite through them. The chick on the inside, was more comparable to chicken jerky. I took one bite of both things I ordered. We decided to leave.

My first time here and the food was great. The line was out the door with locals, so I figured it must be good. They were busy but incredibly efficient.

We were looking at the poster at the window and a lady who just bought from them and coming out the doorway said it’s very good and we’re not going to regret it. So naturally we have to try. We love local food. Hmmm… I have to disagree. While I cannot say it’s exactly bad it is what you would expect in a fast food shop. Not particularly flavourful, no surprises and not memorable. I’m sure you get it. 😂

Great meal for an amazing price. I don't eat much meat but when I do it's from pollo Felize. The flavor, tender juicy meet. Fresh mad tortillas, and chips. The beans and rice have great flavor. All their food does. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered the Medio Pollo Asado 93 peso(small chicken) and Pay De Queso 31 peso (dessert) . The chicken was way too dry. Even the dark meat(wing and drum) were dry. The fresh tomato sauce lacked seasoning and spice. Very bland. Just crushed tomatoes. The dessert (Pay De Queso) tasted like a rubber shoe. Hard fermented milk like jello. The staff were very friendly, but the food was very disappointing 👎👎👎

Never disappointed my group and I when we needed a quick lunch/ dinner. For what it’s worth, it feeds the 4 of us and we just love the good chicken they have. Though, we’ve always used Rappi and haven’t been in the restaurant yet. However their tortillas and their salsa tastes funny (it’s complimentary sides they give with your order). I only recommend their chicken and their taquitos.

It's like a chain restaurant but really good with good prices and with authentic mexican food. I ordered the Tacos Dorados because I've never had them. They came out so large so I asked for a plate to go and ate just half at the restaurant. First I crunched everything and made it like a taco salad. I added the cold salsa, not the warm one, and a little extra creama. It was good and filling. I am a fan of roasted chicken so will come back for the special on Tuesday. Bon Appétit!

This chicken here is excellent. Prices are very reasonable. The taste is very very good. If your Canadian it’s tastes almost like Swiss Chalet. Take out or eat in. I only did take out which was very fast.

Great simple food if you're tired of the tacos but don't want a full sit down dinner at a restaurant and its very inexpensive. For $143 pesos or about $7 you get two sides, a pack of fresh made tortillas, a full half of grilled chicken and quartered, chips and salsa. It was all amazing and the service was quick. I got to go which you walk in and place the order, they give you the ticket and you walk to the smallish window inside on the left. The food was quickly put together and you're on your way.
