Not much beach there. The water was beautiful and clear minus some parts having trash due to nationals overpopulating the area on vacation. The water was very warm. The beach was hard to enjoy due to the venders and beggers coming up every 10 seconds. Otherwise we had a good time. It's all about what part of the shore line you get.

Los Muertos beach is a lot of fun!! There are all kinds of beach clubs with great restauarant bars along side! You can also do your own thing and bring your own drinks and food and just sit on the beach in most areas! It is visted by people from all over the world!!

Beautiful beach with tons of Beach Clubs. I personally recommend Mantamar and Sapphire. The only negative I find it is the amount of “vendedores” that constantly bother you and won’t take a no for an answer.

Some of ya’ll never been to a beach before! Sand- big, rough, brown grains. Never soft/powdery. Also, steep bank at water edge. Chairs- packed together and right up to the steep edge. If you want to “walk on the beach”, you need to walk on the steep incline or weave between umbrellas and vendors. Feeling of Nature- forget it. Might as well be at the mall. Natural Beauty- views out to the water if you are in the first row of chairs, otherwise just looking at people next you and can hear every word of their loud, drunk conversations. Water- kinda clear but brown. Calm near the pier but rough waves to the south. Vendors- lots, but leave you alone once you say no. Other options??? YES! Get in a $5 Uber and head to a nice beach.

Amazing beach to walk and swim. The views and vibes are immaculate. It’s THE beach for visitors and many locals, so it’s quite busy and many street vendors will approach you.

Loving beach dinner place overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We enjoyed a great dinner on the beach watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico tonight. We had front row seats to a wedding proposal while listening to a really good saxophone player and watching a talented gal twirl multiple fire sticks. Moon reflecting off the water while listening to the waves slap the beach from our hotel room balcony is very calming.

The waves are big and fun! If you have kids though I highly suggest you keep a very close eye on them because it's dangerous! We got on a boat near there so it is nice!

We were having dinner at @eldoradopvr (would highly recommend) but the beach is awesome. Lively, easily accessible and great views. Stick around for the sunset if you can, georgous!

Beautiful beach! The sunsets are spectacular! It was wonderful seeing tourists and locals alike all basking in the Sun and enjoying the beauty of Puerto vallarta!

A great place to enjoy the seaside Puerto Vallarta regardless of whether you are setting yourself up on the beach or visiting one of the beach clubs, bars or restaurants. The beach is clean and the water is great to swim in. Mostly tourists here and you will find a lot of locals in the beach selling everything from clothing to fresh oysters. Suggest visiting one of the beach clubs, which generally let you use deck chairs and umbrellas as long as you are ordering food and drink, however make sure you double check prices and conditions before you settle in as some have been known to give extra charges.

It's known as the beach of the dead yet it's the calmest beach I have been to. It's a very children friendly beach with low tides. Amazing place to take a dip!😍 Beware of weekend crowds!!

Beautiful beach can never go out without anything cuz there's people walking around and they always have food and drinks. All the restaurants around a bit. Pricey but beautiful

A bit crowded but a lot to see and do. The water feels great to just walk along the beach ⛱ soaking in the view. It is busy but there are areas that seem to be little less crowded. I enjoyed the area.

Great beach but always be aware regarding rip currents. Safety is paramount. Love the green chairs and the service provided flby staff. Don't forget to tip, it is their livelihood and tipping generously will have the staff eecognize you and make space for a prime location. Also don't loose sight of the exchange rate. Large numbers in pesos still means small numbers in dollars. (Cdn or USA)

Great place to experience Local and Tourist life!

Way too crowded, the chair vendors cram the chairs in so close that ocean waves commonly will roll up under your chair. Plus you are continuously bombarded by vendors from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. The only good part is that they will bring your drinks and food to you if you don't want to get up.

What's not to like. If you're not happy with your toes in the sand drinking a beer and getting some sun. You must have woman problems 🤔 😂😂😂😂😂

Fabulous place to hang out... Day or Night!

This is more like a 3.5 rating, it is a nice beach in a great location but the vendors coming up to you 24/7 is kind of a lot. We did get a nice spot on the beach with great service and never didn't have a drink. It definitely has it's ups and downs, lot of people here too.

Definitely preferred this stretch to the romantic zone. Less congested, still plenty to see and do. The water felt more refreshing than in the hotel district where we are staying.

The beach itself is nice. I recommend going in the morning. In the afternoon the people selling items come by every minute and it really ruins it for me.
