Modern Luxury condo, with expansive floor plans. On-site rooftop restaurant next to the rooftop infinity pool dedicated to residents makes it a premium experience. Additional pool and restaurants on the ground level were closed for renovations during my visit. You also have access to a small semi private beach and close to the central district.

I have been coming to PVR for many many years and this place is my favorite. It is just far enough away from the action that you can enjoy some quiet, beautiful views, great pools, full staff and security, and your own little beach. If you know where the sea horse is at the end of the main beach in zona romantica, this place is just over the trail past it. Oh and be careful on that trail! They have full food and drink service here until 9pm and the guys who work here are very kind. They have a gym that has the basics. A hot tub, etc. Have used Airbnb to stay here many times and each time the hosts are very good with the exception of Kevin's place on the second floor called Spectacular Sayan Beach Oceanfront Condo-Must See - I would avoid that one - but all the others have been great. The higher floors are quieter in terms of not hearing the folks talking at the main pool. But i don’t think there is a bad room in the house. I highly recommend.

I stayed here in an Airbnb, and my family and I had an excellent experience. The ocean views from the room were beautiful, and the apartment was very comfortable. The best part of our whole stay, though, was by far the staff. Mel and Jose at the front office were incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming - to the point that my family will miss them now that we’ve left! Joaquin and the other bartenders were also wonderful. The rooftop pool was beautiful, and the bartenders would bring your drink to you right in the pool. Overall a beautiful building and the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I can’t recommend enough!

A beautiful condo complex with an amazing view! The restaurants (bottom floor & rooftop) provide delicious snacks/meals morning to night. The service here is also incredible. Every staff member is so polite and friendly. My family and I had such an amazing time here and we are definitely planning to come back!

Everything here was perfect. The grounds of the property are kept immaculate. I have to acknowledge the staff. Everyone here is professional and kind and very accommodating. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Our 3 Br 3 Ba condo was magnificent. Beautiful outdoor deck with fully equipped BBQ grill and comfortable lounges. The view is superb. Everything inside and out is high end and squeaky clean. I think we were in 8F. Loved the condo and the service in the office , gate , and the rest of the complex was incredibly nice.

Gorgeous space right on the ocean with two pools, an amazing fitness center, a restaurant and great staff!

The amenities and location are absolutely perfect for a short or long vacation. The staff was amazing as well as the views from the pools and the rooms.

This is the third time I stayed at Sayan, each time it was thru airbnb rental. The unit I stayed in was not up to par as far as maintenance goes but it was adequate. My complaint is that I was cheated out of $443 when I checked out. Airbnb requires you prepay $5,000 pesos ($277 US dollars) in advance to pay for any food or drink you order at restaurants there. I charged $320 (US) from restaurants based on all my receipts and I was told I had to pay the additional $43 when I checked out. Mathematically it made sense so I paid. When I got home I found a $443 charge had been put on my credit card. I can't contact the Sayan, no luck contacting condo owner yet and Airbinb won't even try to help. Never again!

We just left Sayan Beach Condos. We went through Hurricane Lidia last week. The building lost power and water, but the staff was amazing. The 2 star rating is for cockroaches. Our unit owner was oblivious and would do nothing to spray or fix this issue. We had to go buy our own roach traps! Make sure to bring your own RAID spray in case your unit is infested like ours was.

Love the location, staff, bars, pools, food, residents. This is our oasis of joy in PV! Units vary, so ask many questions when booking.

Recently stayed here at an Airbnb and the entire experience was top notch! The facilities are immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff from the bar and restaurant provided exceptional service. The security guards however were so much more than amazing, the welcome and tour that Sebastian and Hector provided made our family feel right at home. Rigo and Javier provided excellent recommendations for excursions, booked the excursions, called taxis for us and ALWAYS made us feel safe. Melqui and Juan greeted us warmly each time we returned. I cannot wait to stay at Sayan Beach Condos again!

Air B&B with the absolute best luxurious accommodations. The view of the ocean is perfect, the staff is wonderful and the accommodations are an A+. Absolutely beautiful.
