They took a tour of the city and it included visiting this store. Very beautiful and various decorations. Different stones, different products, but there are no repetitions, which is rare! The history of production and extraction of stones was told in great detail. Good store and loyal prices !! I will advise acquaintances!

I bought a ring last week while on the city tour & the band broke within days I hardly wore it. I've sent 3 emails haven't heard back as of now. Not a happy customer the ring cost $300.00.

My heart is broken just like this fake ring I paid 1000 dollars for. Within 48 hours the band folded like some metal junk out of a gum machine. Elizabeth made me trust her and played on my vulnerability after the death of my father and my depression. Ppl will not have good fortune manipulating and scamming others. How silly of me to think I had something to pass down. Just because I am not native doesn’t mean you should take advantage. Then to be near a church how cruel.

My eyes found a ring almost immediately upon entering the store. Other items were just as beautiful however I kept going back to it. Needless to say it came home with me. The staff were great and friendly and didn't pressure you into making a purchase

Amazing jewelry and art. Good prices

I visited this primarily silver jeweler on a resort tour. The tour was great. The staff does a persistent hard sale the prices were a bit high. Remember, negotiate and know going market prices and walk away if you feel compromised. Had it not been such a hard sell it would have been 4 stars. Overall, beautiful pieces throughout.

I always enjoy my visits here, and they are very accommodating when you need your purchase sized before heading back to the ship. My ring resizing took just two hours during which we walked the Malecon and grabbed some lunch.

Lots of silver. We only wear gold. We did find an excellent gold ring with inlaid opals. The only problem was the size. I also pointed out a pit in the gold. The sales person said both would be corrected before we boarded our ship. A representative was waiting for us as we departed the tour bus. The size was perfect. However the pit remained. I pointed out I couldn't accept it till it was corrected. So they took my info and told me to expect it to be delivered to my home address, corrected. I'll update this review after I receive the fixed ring. By the way I thought the price was as expected, not over priced. UPDATE The ring arrived at our home in the states as soon as we did, just as the store representative had promised. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Best place to see how traditional jewelers work and craft fire opals and silver

I was in PV this past December 2019. I went on a city tour that went to this jewelry store. I wasn't interested in buying anything but the sales clerk was really wanting to try sell me something. So did find a nice ring with my birthstone on it (peridot which is light green) I purchased the ring. When I got home the transaction on my master card was more then I agreed to pay. And worst of all my ring is not peridot green!!! Some how the stone is now a pink color I am so so disappointed and will not be recommending or buying from here again. I don't understand how a green stone turns PINK!

Crazy high prices, they wanted $157 for a 1 Oz silver coin with a value of about $22.

I visited the jewelry store while on a city tour of Puerto Vallarta, in July. I had no intentions of buying anything but I found a ring that was so unique and absolutely gorgeous, I knew I would hate myself if I left without it!!! They have a beautiful selection of fire-opal in both silver and gold. The owner even worked with our tour guide so I could finalize my purchase and then catch up with the group! I haven't take the ring off since I bought it!!! I highly recommend you stop in and see their beautiful selection of jewelry!

Seems like prices are made up on the spot

I never shopped there but my niece purchased a ring but the next day had buyers remorse, plus the ring had a crack in it. We went with her to explain to the owners and they offered to let her pick something else....when she expressed that she really only wanted a refund, they were more than willing to refund the cost back to her credit card. It took 17 days but they told us to be patient and sure enough, she received her full refund yesterday.

Beautiful jewelry and good prices. I do not have buyers remorse. I missed out buying a ruby cuffed bracelet....hopefully they have more next year. They have wonderful pieces.
