So weird - I could swear I reviewed this place. Anyway, I was here a year ago for a facelift. The hospital was immaculate and everyone was very professional. I had a great room to myself with a shower and window. I do remember being very hungry and hating the food, but the staff was very accommodating and helped me get food from the cafeteria downstairs, so it was fine. Overall a lovely experience. Much superior to hospital healthcare in the US. 1000% better than the US.

Went for a covid test here (antigen) and had a great experience. I was able to get in the same day only 40 mins after I called to book the appointment. The staff was wonderful. Everyone spoke perfect English. Very clean setting. The results were emailed to me very fast. Only 2 hours. It is one of the cheapest locations in town also. Only costing me 500 pesos. All in all I had a great experience with this hospital with what I needed.....

My friend fell at home and was taken to CMQ Premiere by ambulance at 0200am. While he was having xrays taken a male staff member asked me for a credit card. I handed him a credit card from my friend's wallet. The credit card was returned to me later. Two days later my friend was taken home by ambulance. He checked his credit card statements and saw that literally dozens of charges amounting to about $US 2,000 had been made on his credit card in DENVER. A verbal complaint has been made at the hospital with copies of the unauthorized charges made in Denver.

Probably one of the best hospital experiences I’ve ever had. I was seen immediately. The nurses and doctors were so knowledgeable, empathetic, and attentive. The hospital is super clean and the room was large and modern. They gave us a quote in the beginning, and we accepted being that we just moved to this area. They ended up discharging me and the fees were a lot less than what I was quoted. Honest hospital.

Came here from the U.S. for a surgery and I found this hospital to be amazing--perfectly clean, well run, very comfortable. The staff was excellent too, the nurses and surgeon spoke English, which made it so much easier for me, and they were all very patient and welcoming, especially since I'm not the best at medical procedures. The warmth, ease and empathy of the staff made the procedure so nice. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing medical attention.

FRAUD ALERT - JOSE VILLANEUVA AND TEAM ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY BLUE CROSS AND GLOBAL CARE. My parents were admitted for Covid in April 2022 and were charged $17,000 USD on their debit cards and told they would be reimbursed by their insurance companies. After submitting all paperwork and chasing Indira and her team in accounting for months, we finally called to report them to the BCBS who were surprised to find out the hospital had submitted egregious overcharges for $30,000 USD. They are now being investigated by both entities. I had been corresponding with Mr. Villanueva, the Head Administrator at CMQ who informed my that once I took down my review, he would be happy to release our refunds. Yes, he wrote it in an email (See below). Except it didn't happen. His staff gave my elderly parents the runaround for months, losing paperwork, refusing to take calls, hanging up on them, you name it. My father has since passed and now my mother is left trying to recoup the money on her own. What a shameful hospital and most especially the disgusting and horrible leadership executed by Mr. Villanueva and his staff.

I went in to CMQ Premier last week with a gall bladder attack early in the morning. The doctors and staff were excellent! I was looked after quickly and had a CT scan and ultrasound, which indicated gallbladder surgery. They were able to do the surgery later in the day. Through the whole experience I was completely calm and confident in the expertise of the doctors and staff. Post-operative care was excellent, with diligent nursing staff and extreme attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Even the food was good! (In Canada, I'd still be waiting in Emergency!)

I was told by the curse that administered the test that I would get the results back in 24 hours. I told her that is was very important that this happened as I was flying back to canada the next day. 24 hours had passed so I contacted them and they said its not their problem. I requested a refund and they denied my request. This hospital is one of the most expensive PCR covid test facilities and now I am out $180.00 plus the $250 for the rapid 1 hour results test. same on you for not giving me my refund

Plastic surgeons Dr Guerrero and Dr Rivera are both phenomenal. First time many years ago I had mommy make over, blephoplasty, rhinoplasty and BBL. Later had a breast lift with replacement of implants and lipo. Both times had a great experience. Hospitals are very clean and staff speak English. Highly recommend.

Great and very comfortable hospital with amazing and very friendly staff. Spend here 2 nights with my wife after c-section. Nurses were helping us 24/7 with anything we needed. I'm glad that we delivered our baby here.

I got plastic surgery done here including a breast implant removal lift and liposuction. The staff were very friendly and helpful and facility was very clean. I also felt like the food was good for hospital food!
