Change a broken arm of glasses $60.00, change both arms 200.00 Someone explain that commercial logic to me..........and they had budgeted $120.00 on both sides and when it came time to pay with a 500.00 bill, THEY CHARGED CHINESELY 200.00, AND THERE WAS NO LOGICAL AND COHERENT EXPLANATION TO THE REGARD.
