Dropped by because my sandals need repair and was advised I needed new orthotics. The owner has over 40 years experience making orthotics. Dropped everything and made them while I waited. Great service with quality workmanship. Very popular with customers while I waited. Minimal signage so pay attention to its location or you’ll miss it.

I waited no more than 10 minutes, as soon as I got there he was polite and attentive. He even fixed my zipper for free!! I told him I would fix the whole zipper when I get back to Canada and I just needed the small zipper fixed. I tried to pay him but he wouldn't take it! What a great man! I wish nothing but greatness for this establishment and owner moving forward. Thank you for everything

Quick service for shoe repair. English spoken too. They will make inserts for you too. My shoe repair was 10 pesos and while I waited less then 15 minutes. Unsure why Google maps does not show this when asked for shoe repair. Google?

Super happy with the old world effective shoe repair at Hospital de Calzado Colin. The soles of my well-loved Keens had developed holes from all the cobble stones and crazy pavement in PV. At the Hospital they were fully fixed with reinforced front and heel part, all in all for MX 200. Now they're last another 500 miles. Gracias Señores!

This is way more than a shoe repair store. The owner Alejandro is a true master at custom orthotics. Be prepared to go and camp while he creates your custom orthotic. I just got mine yesterday for 580 pesos, and this included reworking my shoe as well. It had worn in some areas so he added a some new, very strong, rubber sole as well. You can drop off basic shoe repairs, but anything that requires custom fitting, like my loose flops, require your presence and therefore wait. But let me tell you. It is so worth the wait. I have a HUGE problem with over pronation and this man does magic!! Not only does he provide arch support, but he also worked on the outside of my orthotic to further improve my foot posture. These are way better than the $700 custom pair my USA foot specialist fit me for. Shoe repair is awesome! Custom orthotics is absolutely brilliant!!

This is probably the Best Place in OldTown to get shoes repaired. Take Google Translate and the broken shoe so they can see it. Some things are almost instant others take a bit more time.
