I was highly impressed with this facility!!. They were all so kind - from the front desk to the back with therapists. They listen and pay specific attention to personal detail and don’t just stick to scheduled protocol. They adjusted when my body wasn’t able to do something that was scheduled and helped me achieve slow and gentle progress. I experienced great results with my shoulder issues during my short visit. I highly recommend this therapy facility. Christian and Ania were wonderful. And Sandy is the best. I’m so glad you to have found them!

Best Massage in Puerto Vallarta! I can say that because I received a truly world class massage from Monica that seriously couldn’t be better. She had an amazing intuitive ability to find all the spots in my body that needed work on. I personally enjoy deep pressure and she delivered on that, she is strong and helped work out some serious kinks. After my first massage, I immediately booked another for a few days later. I’ve had 100’s of massages, and no joke, Monica is easily one of the best. Truly remarkable and highly recommended. The location is also great, and the receptionist Sandy is super lovely, friendly and helpful. My Spanish is super bad and she is bilingual, so that made it easy to translate my massage preferences , make bookings/payments, and make it an awesome experience. I’m only visiting, but wish I lived here as this would undoubtedly be my regular go to spot.

Wonderful clean friendly physio therapy clinic. I came here after my knee replacement surgery. Excellent careful through assessment and therapy plan. Lupita, my therapist is talented and very thoughtful. Very reasonable price and lovely receptionist Sandy.

I don't know many physiotherapy clinics, but I can guarantee this is the best in Puerto Vallarta. The staff are highly trained and you are very well attended from reception to treatment. They make you feel welcomed and part of the Physio Vallarta family, which makes everything much easier and more pleasant for your rehabilitation. I am a foreigner and the fact that the staff also communicated in English made me extremely comfortable and confident during the treatment. As if all that wasn't enough, they still offer a delicious coffee every day and at the end of the treatment they give us an incredible full body relaxing massage.

I was hoping not to do this. I already sent an email to christian. Here is what I said. I'm going somewhere else I'm very disappointed with the care I received 3 times. I'm not sure if you just want to prolong my therapy so you can make extra money or your not capable of doing the correct therapy. I waited for your exercise therapy last week so I could do it at home but that never happened. The therapy I was getting was for a frail old man or a child. At this rate I would be going for years. Thanks for not helping me.

My husband injured his knee 🦵 whilst training for a world masters sailing event and was barely able to walk when we first went here. From the first visit with Sebastian to his regular therapy with Lupita, he has received a level of care that we haven’t experienced back home. The physiotherapists are patient and pay a lot of attention to every aspect of movement to ensure you are doing the exercises properly. I would definitely recommend this centre for any of your issues.

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service today. I dropped by unannounced complaining of general body tension and muscle soreness. Unrushed and attentive from head to toe. Extremely professional and relaxing. Very similar to the Registered Massage Therapy style in Canada. Great job Monica!

I injured my left shoulder. My range of motion with my left arm was limited due to the pain that I was experiencing. My friends recommended Physio Vallarta. I am very happy that they did. The staff is professional, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The facilities are excellent. Sandy at the reception desk would greet me with a great smile and excitement. After each session Carlos would schedule me for the next session. When I started, Christian evaluated my condition and assigned me to Ania. As I worked with Ania Christian would periodically evaluate my progress. Ania adjusted the exercises as I advised her of pain with certain motions. She would explain the purpose of each exercise. The objective was gain with no pain. Ania speaks excellent English. An added benefit was, during my visits, Ania, Christian, Sandy, and Carlos would teach me Spanish phrases and words. In addition, Isabel a therapist would say hola even though she was not my therapist. I looked forward to attending my sessions. When I finally achieved the range of motion that was possible, Christian recommended an orthopedic doctor that I visited for another evaluation. I would recommend Physio Vallarta to everyone that needs physical therapy.

This is by far the best massage I have experienced in my life. I came here for 1 hour of deep pressure massage, not knowing what I was getting myself into. Then I was assigned to Lupita, and she totally surprised with her expertise in spa and massages. She is truly a professional in physical therapy and deep tissue. I do weightlifting and feel like a brand new man after this massage. I wish places like this were close to my city in San Jose, California.

I can't rate Physio Vallarta high enough. Sandy was so welcoming and friendly every time I walked in the door. Christian was amazing and very professional. He fixed my shoulder issue as well as well as some long term neck issues which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend. English speaking as well. :)

Visiting from the States and twisted my knee surfing went in for an evaluation and after a few days of therapy was walking right again. Also got a nice massage my last day. Nice people, very professional- saved my trip😎

I would highly recommend Physio Vallarta to anyone who needs physical therapy here in Puerto Vallarta. Christian is an amazing therapist in my opinion they do a better job of physical therapy here than in the US. My friends and I also had opportunity to use the spa facility and get a massage Which was really good wroth $800 pesos.

Physio Vallarta helped me with a shoulder problem. They are professional, friendly, and good at their work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy, but also for massage and training. After my consultation with Christian I have mostly worked with Adrian. He is encouraging and keeps progressing the exercises. Sandy is very helpful at the front desk. Everyone speaks English better than I speak Spanish. They are also careful with their COVID protocols.

I feel so blessed to have found this facility- Christian is an outstanding physical therapist he provided me with a thorough evaluation and was able to zero in on my lower back issues. Adrian has been my ongoing therapist and the man is a miracle worker!! in a short period of time my back is doing considerably better and the pain has lessened significantly!! All the stars for Physio Vallarta - they will take good care of you! I strongly recommend Physio Vallarta because of the wonderful & dedicated people who work there. The facility is spacious and well equipped. Sandy and Carlos in the reception area are so welcoming and do a great job managing appointments. The physcial therapists are well credentialed and fabulous at what they do; many are bilingual - my therapist Sebastian spoke English extremely well. I worked with Sebastian to recover from a torn hamstring. He studied how I moved & walked, identified muscle weakness and gave the perfect homework exercises to get me moving again. I liked that there were never more than one or two exercises to focus on between sessions. This injury has been a blessing in disguise becasue I learned so much from him during our PT sessions. He showed me how to fix muscle imbalances that were leaving me vulnerable to injuries in the future. He showed me how to correct some of my body mechanics to safely return to my active lifestyle. Thanks to him, I feel stronger now than I felt before the injury. I also know what I need to do to maintain a stronger me in the future. Invaluable!!

This is a fantastic physio clinic. Staff are very accommodating - the receptionist, Sandy, is extremely helpful and speaks English very well. The clinic makes your recovery a priority. Christian is a very skilled Physiotherapist professional who takes the time to carefully evaluate your specific concerns and history. He customizes his program to fit well with your abilities and particular background. I recovered quickly from my injury because of the expertise and expedited service I received. I arrived in January on crutches after rupturing my Achilles tendon. After meeting with Sebastien for an evaluation I was assigned to Ania as my therapist and had treatments twice a week for three months. I have made excellent progress and am well on my way to full recovery. Ania was deeply committed to my recovery and treated me with great care and compassion. Ania and her colleagues brought skill and expertise to every session. Sandy at reception always greeted me with a big smile and organized my appointments. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a course of physical therapy over about a month this winter for leg issues with Ania as my therapist. I am not new to physical therapy, I have an excellent physical therapist in the US I have gone to several times for various physical concerns, so I know what good physical therapy is. I can tell you without hesitation that Ania is excellent and obviously well-trained. Over the course of my treatment with her my leg has improved to the point that the pain is almost completely gone. Had I stayed in Vallarta longer I'm sure it would be 100% by now. And bonus, Ania's English is very good! If you have physical concerns or pain issues, you should get yourself to Physio Vallarta right away. You will be impressed by the caring staff and the professionalism of the facility.

After a fracture in my wrist I was referred to Physio Vallarta. I have to say they are fantastic! Christian examined my wrist, reviewed my Xrays and even spoke with my Doctor regarding my recovery. This is a true professional Physio clinic and they really work with their patients for recovery. I have to say a big thank-you to Lupita. She is a fantastic Physio Therapist and is so capable and such a pleasure to work with. Muchas Gracias Physio Vallarta, you are one of the best clinics I have experienced or been to.

My wife and I cannot recommend this facility enough! From the moment we walked in Sandy greeted us kindly, and in short order we had a treatment plan in place. Christian, Sebastian, and Lupita are truly professionals in their fields. We are all fortunate to have Physio Vallarta as part of the medical community here in Vallarta!

My wife and I both use Physio! Everyone there is awesome! Sandy at the front desk is amazing at scheduling for us. I get a therapeutic massage twice a week. Isabel is great, as are all the other therapists! We also get aqua therapy at our pool in the Marina. Nadia is our therapist for this and is great also! My wife had a stroke but is improving daily thanks to Physiotherapy at Physio Vallarta ! The best!

After a heavy spill whitewater rafting I had to get surgery on rotator cuff and have my bicep reattached. I came to Spa Physio to help with the rehab. They got me back surfing and feeling great again. Highly recommend their rehab services.

Physio Vallarta is amazing, I came to them unable to move since my collarbone break in July. I came to them in late October and now it’s Jan 31st and I have my mobility back.
