Drove all the way from Sayulita because I had heard such good things about Wolfs. Knowing my cat had to go under anesthesia for dental work made me really nervous when I heard the news weeks ago, but bringing her here made me feel so comfortable. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they love all animals, dogs, cats, etc. Their friendliness and professionalism helped me feel way more at ease, and it was easy to understand step by step what was happening despite me still a beginner spanish speaker, as the staff speaks fluent English which helped so much. My cat had a quick & easy recovery, and her dental health is a million times better now :)

Wolf's is one of the more state of the art veterinary clinics in the city. I came here for xrays and they were so fast and friendly. With the diagnosis for my girl, I would have appreciated a bit more thorough exam. To be fair I was sent from another vet because they didn't have an xrays machine. But when I asked them for a consultation, they might have been more thorough. I reserve the right to upgrade my rating on my next visit. Hopefully not too soon.😉

Fantastic team. They are on top of things. They speak English and they are very affordable. The doctor said he took an ultrasound and my eyes got real big like uhmmm what? We didn't authorize that charge but he didn't charge us for the ultrasound so I was very happy. Great experience. I asked in Facebook where we should go and I am very grateful They told us Wolf Veterinary. Thank you all for taking care of our baby.

MALPRACTICE??? We relocated to PV and Wolff's has great reviews, so we took our beloved family cat to Wolff's for a check-up. What a mistake. After anesthesia, tooth extraction, and stitches, our healthy cat went into acute stage IV (4) renal failure. His creatinine shot from 1.8 pre-surgery to 6.8. Another customer told me that Wolf's ONLY offers a long-acting antibiotic that can be fatal to cats. After leaving Wolf's, our cat has not eaten ANYTHING. We called the vet, she said "don't worry." Those flippant remarks destroyed our confidence, so we took our cat elsewhere. To our utter horror, the new vet found a piece of broken tooth was left by the vet - it was trapped under the stitches!!!! As a result our cat's mouth got severely infected. Our previously healthy cat may not survive. The "care" we received at Wolff's is more akin to malpractice. Think twice before you take your dear family member there. When I looked on the PV Facebook group, I saw numerous posts that reflect other people's terrible experience at Wolfs that are similar to mine. See for yourself by going on the group page and searching Wolff’s.

I was extremely disappointed with this clinic, and I would not recommend it to anyone. My dog was coughing up blood, and the reason was later diagnosed by another vet. However, they claimed it was because she had Kennel Cough. Having been in the pet industry for years, and seeing hundreds of dogs with kennel cough, I told him those were not the symptoms she was experiencing. He became annoyed and also rambled off other potential possibilities, which made no sense whatsoever. I was charged advised I would get a print out of the examination and never did. Also, would like to add I had to keep asking him each time the vet came out to give me a silly diagnosis if he checked certain things. example: heart, lungs, glands, mouth. I had direct him to examine her for each. Absolutely, disappointing. I would never ever go back there again. I would proceed with caution with this veterinarian clinic. A valuable piece of advise if you love your animal the way I love mine.

After a couple of months in PV our 12 year old girl began having some issues. (Thank you to the young woman who recommended Wolfs to us). They are a team of professionals; caring, kind and thorough. On our first visit they identified the issues and did comprehensive blood tests to be sure our girl was healthy enough to undergo anesthesia for a dental surgery and nail shave. When we returned for the surgery we knew she was in safe hands. Note: Very affordable

We moved here with our dog from Canada and it was important for us to find a vet that we trusted here in Puerto Vallarta. We were recommended Wolfs by many people and we now know why. The staff are incredible, you can tell they are passionate about their work and truly care for your furry family members. We highly recommend them.

They picked up both my very large Saint Bernard and Great Dane took them in, showered, nail clipped, ear cleaned, and combed them. It was so marvelous to have that pickup /drop off since I don’t have a car. THANK YOU!!!

We recently took our rescue Sharpei to Wolfs to have her eyes looked at for surgery. They recommended that we take her to a specialist in Guadalajara. Their level of care and concern for animals is very evident. I highly recommend this Veterinarian if you need your dogs looked at in Vallarta . Thank you so much for looking after our Miss Molly

Wow. Just moved here to the neighborhood, and what a blessing Wolfs Vetinary is. Great people and all our pets needs, including the follow up specialists for his post surgery eye care. Very happy.

We've tried most of the other vets in PV, but always come back to Wolff's. slightly more expensive, but staff actually remember and seem to genuinely care for our pets, and *follow-up* with us so we remember to finish parasite treatment, come back for check-ups, etc. Just a higher standard of care and customer service overall; some of the other independent vets in PV are truly abysmal, staffed by people who either don't like animals, don't like their jobs, or just don't care.

Taking our pet from the US and our rescue from Mexico to Wolf's. Very caring, safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate people. We were originally told we would have to amputate, but two weeks later our girl was on the mend and now she is happy and healthy with no amputation. I highly recommend Wolf's.

Compassionate care for your beloved animals. Also they speak enough English for non Spanish speakers to be very comfortable. I 💯 recommend this Vet. Staff kind We recently had to put our beloved 13 yr old cat to sleep, they were the kindest souls to carry us through this most heart wrenching , 💔 experience . God bless them.

Love the vets and everyone at Wolf’s. They have taken such good care of our dogs. Best vet I have ever been to. Very intelligent and explains medical terms better than any of the multiple vets I took my dogs to in the US. And very good prices. They also do great grooming!

Wolfs Veterinarian Clinic..Very professional and friendly team of veterinarian's and support staff..we had our boy Rogan booked for grooming, so we asked about refilling his medication's from Canada and Yuma, Arizona and within a few seconds we had the support of one of the veterinarian's.. that took the time to thoroughly go through Rogan's medical files and health certificates.. which determined he was missing a booster shot, so at the end of the day when we retuned to pick him up, they administered the shot. The clinic also has for purchase a selection of dog and cat foods, treats and toys for your cur babies. All for reasonable prices. Highly Recommended. Barry 🇨🇦

My very small puppy broke his arm and had to have surgery with metal plates put in. He was taken great care and has healed 8 months later with zero issues with his leg. Affordable especially for surgery.

I have been coming to PV for all of my adult life and a lot of my growing up years. It’s my second home and I bring my dog whenever I come. This time I’ve been here for a month and my dog has had some serious health issues. I had to go to 3 vets to get her fixed (she could have died). Wolf's took such good care of her from the minute we walked through the door. You can tell they all love animals there. So kind and loving. So thank you to everyone at Wolfs, I will tell everyone I know to take their fur babies here.

Great place! Staff is amazing and very caring of our furry baby. Grooming was not so good though, explained what I wanted done and I only received half of what I asked for. I will try again next time.

I took a very sick little dog in to this vet, after seeing two others that didn’t help. He diagnosed and treated my dog, and helped me to thoroughly understand why he was having the problems he was. I was very impressed with their knowledge, communication, kindness and compassionate care. Highly highly recommended.
