They keep selling passes even though the gym is packed. Toilets and gym equipment are not well maintained, see photos. Name should be changed to the gay club. Let's just work out and save the relationship building for the clubs.

Great gym. The equipment all works smoothly and there's a good range. It's open until 10pm. You can buy a day pass for 240 pesos or a week pass for between 900 and 1000.

This gym is tiny! They have plenty of free weights, but not squat rack (only a Smith machine) and limited machines. (For example, they don't have a pulldown cable machine.) It also gets very busy, which is a problem for a small gym with limited equipment. But they offer day passes for $240MX (which is quite pricy for this facility), have discounts when you purchase a week or 15 days at once, and accept credit csrds. I also think they are expanding (I saw construction going on but didn't ask what it was about), so it may get better with time.

Too busy to get a decent workout. Seems to be a lot of regulars there to socialize vs seriously lift. Locker room has a weird layout, with absolutely no privacy since door is propped open and you're changing right there in full view of half the gym. Will look for other options.

You’re better off at Big Apple Gym. Fit club is overpriced and too small. They’ll jam as many people in there as they can. Also, way too much socializing around the machines.

Clean & tidy. Helpful staff. I had an issue with my payment and they ended up charging me 700 pesos for a week( 200 pesos more than their weekly fee). I found the atmosphere strange, not in a good way. I've trained in more than 20 countries, 4 continents, and this was the worst atmosphere I've been to. Good equipment tho. There's a yoga/ stretch section too. The washrooms were good, spacious and pretty clean.

The Fit Club is a small gym. The employees are nice, but they have new employees all of the time. The place is clean. They have air conditioning, but it is usually not cold enough. They should have industrial AC´s and keep it cooler. The body gets hot when you are working out. It is expensive for the size of the gym and lack of a good air conditioning. Sometimes it gets really busy will immigrants and tourists. You do not really see many Mexicans working out there. Usually there are a lot of trainers that are there just hanging out and taking space. If they do not have any clients, they should not be around the gym doing nothing. I guess it is better to go to the one around the corner, bigger gym, lots of Mexicans and cheaper.

Great local gym to train in, with a wide range of equipment. Aircon and day passes

This is a great option for a gym in the Romantic Zone. It has air conditioning, which is a BIG plus! Not a huge place but it has everything I need for a workout. I especially like the Monday and Wednesday evening classes with trainer Angel. I love workout classes back in the states, but good ones are hard to find here. THANK YOU ANGEL!!

One of the few places in Puerto Vallarta where a fitness center provides a speed bag and air conditioning.

Expanded since we last came a few years ago, with new top-of-the-range equipment and more space. Lovely staff and a very reasonably weekly price.

Worth the money just for the hot showers lol. But seriously, a great gym. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in life.
