😠 I was there for vacation. The manager is the most rude and disgusting person I have ever met. I will never go back to the place. She is so rude and seems like she is unhappy with herself. She has a bad energy, and she tries clients and stuff really back. La gerente es una persona ruda y asquerosa.... People often mention equipment,

Just moved to Fluvial and was looking for a gym. Went to Anytime Fitness. Stood in front of the door for about five minutes. Saw two ladies sitting in the office talking. I buzzed the door. A guy opened the door and asked if I want some information. I said yes can I also see the gym. I took about five step before getting stopped by a lady man. She said I can't just walk in here and desturb her class. I looked around, there were three other people there working out. I think he she was upset that I interrupted her conversation. She said I can't pass this line. I said what line. There was no line and there was no class. Not the nicest person that I have come across. With some one like that working there, can't say tht they'll be in business much longer.

Not a gym for real training... This place is pretty awful. First, it's super dark (they only turn on half the lights), They pump awful music in the EMPTY studio that reverberates through the entire cave. What's most annoying is that in every direction you look they have "regulation" signs telling you everything you are not allowed to do, including "slamming" the weights. I have been approached twice for allowing the lat pull down rig to "slam" at the end of a set! If these trainers actually lifted weights, they'd understand that this is just part of a gym! Which reminds me, all of the trainers are in terrible shape, and train two different clients at once across the gym from each other. As a formal certified trainer, I can tell you that is NOT how to train. It's no wonder their clients make no improvements! In between telling the clients what to do thay hang out with other trainers and chat. I don't understand that at all. Who would pay for poor training from a fat trainer?? All, in all, there's a deadness as far as energy in this place. I quit and joined a new gym when, believe it or not, they tracked me down and sent me an email after I trained in the morning... "We communicate about Anytime Fitness Puerto Vallarta. Just want to share that We have a club regulations. On the dress code, the open T-shirt on the sides is not allowed, not very very open. " I was wearing a TANK TOP! That was the last straw. I'm outta there. 2 stars because they keep it clean. Granted, it is probably not that difficult as they don't allow anyone to actually SWEAT there!

The morning routine can’t be beat watching the sunrise. The maintenance and cleanliness of the facility including equipment and the shower rooms need considerably improvement.

Ok gym, but I forgot my towel once, and management was really hostile to me and made me pay 50 pesos. Had no idea being that in foreign. I would recommend another gym around the area if possible.

Rude and ignorant of the fact that covering your mouth and nose during cardio restricts oxygen airflow and re breathing carbon monoxide can be dangerous...quoted by the WHO. They insisted regardless of the consequences..i aske ..most of the other guests were wearing masks incorrectly.. but they kept bothering. i have never met a more disrespectful staff who. had different rules for different people

Awsome workout experience. The manager (Andrea) is very helpful and has great customer service. The trainer (Eric) is awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Paid for a weekly pass while there on vacation. For anyone else looking to do the same it cost me roughly 700 mxn. Mandatory towel to carry around which is an odd recommendation when you wipe down equipment. So bring one when you go! Found the lady at the front desk I spoke to really helpful and friendly although I don't recall her name. Overall enjoyable experience. Limited equipment, however it was never really that busy in there so it was suitable for my purposes

My friends attended. A lot of rules, need to carry a towel for some reason, get mad at you for weights slamming. Recommend elsewhere for a real workout.

It’s fairly nice, I don’t go at peak hours I needed the availability this gym offers. The bathrooms could be kept a bit cleaner.

How much stuff do you need to remember to properly use the gym? One would think that sneakers, member key and track gear would be enough but no on top of that you need a mouth cover (suppressing your flow of oxygen is important for physical exercise!) A towel (can only be white). It all adds up to be a tedious chore for people who actually want to get their money's worth for their membership. Also the equipment is lacking compared to many other Anytime fitnesses worldwide.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, several TRX and other fitness toys. Definite friendly Mexican flavor, almost no gringos besides myself. Ideal for vacationers in the area. I’ll be back!

"White" towel mandatory. Absolutely ridiculous. 1 week is 170 pesos. Gym is huge but lack of equipment.

The good: Walkable distance from house and 24 hours. The bad: Not enough machines. For example, bench and squat racks are the same machine. Dumbbells to 80 lbs. Can’t keep your bag with you at the machines. I don’t trust my wallet and keys anywhere. No good trainers.
