Not
a
gym
for
real
training...
This
place
is
pretty
awful.
First,
it's
super
dark
(they
only
turn
on
half
the
lights),
They
pump
awful
music
in
the
EMPTY
studio
that
reverberates
through
the
entire
cave.
What's
most
annoying
is
that
in
every
direction
you
look
they
have
"regulation"
signs
telling
you
everything
you
are
not
allowed
to
do,
including
"slamming"
the
weights.
I
have
been
approached
twice
for
allowing
the
lat
pull
down
rig
to
"slam"
at
the
end
of
a
set!
If
these
trainers
actually
lifted
weights,
they'd
understand
that
this
is
just
part
of
a
gym!
Which
reminds
me,
all
of
the
trainers
are
in
terrible
shape,
and
train
two
different
clients
at
once
across
the
gym
from
each
other.
As
a
formal
certified
trainer,
I
can
tell
you
that
is
NOT
how
to
train.
It's
no
wonder
their
clients
make
no
improvements!
In
between
telling
the
clients
what
to
do
thay
hang
out
with
other
trainers
and
chat.
I
don't
understand
that
at
all.
Who
would
pay
for
poor
training
from
a
fat
trainer??
All,
in
all,
there's
a
deadness
as
far
as
energy
in
this
place.
I
quit
and
joined
a
new
gym
when,
believe
it
or
not,
they
tracked
me
down
and
sent
me
an
email
after
I
trained
in
the
morning...
"We
communicate
about
Anytime
Fitness
Puerto
Vallarta.
Just
want
to
share
that
We
have
a
club
regulations.
On
the
dress
code,
the
open
T-shirt
on
the
sides
is
not
allowed,
not
very
very
open.
"
I
was
wearing
a
TANK
TOP!
That
was
the
last
straw.
I'm
outta
there.
2
stars
because
they
keep
it
clean.
Granted,
it
is
probably
not
that
difficult
as
they
don't
allow
anyone
to
actually
SWEAT
there!
