My son and my daughter have been coming to Cascao Jiu Jitsu for the last 8-9 months and they love it. Jamie is a wonderful coach, professional, pays attention to the details and great with the kids. Overall all the staff is very nice, kind, friendly and helpful. It's definitely an awesome place for both kids and adults.

Coach Hugo Matheus it's a world class jiu jitsu black belt that will help you improve your game everyday. the gym itself it's very nice and clean too, over all this place is the best to learn and train Bjj in Puerto Vallarta and sourroundings.

Always train with coach Jamie Heesh when I travel to puerto Vallarta . He’s a super tough purple belt and I would totally recommend his gym to anyone looking for a solid Jiu jitsu school . Facilities are clean and he has cubbies to store your spare clothes / wallet / phone etc Also there are changing rooms and showers He also offers Muay Thai classes so you have a solid all around game Everyone was welcoming and we had a great time ( I brought my uncle and brother in law to their first Jiu jitsu class ) Mr Jamie is a great role model for the kids class and I would totally enroll my kids in his class

If you are looking for a gym with caring honest people and the highest level of training in Vallarta then this is the gym for you! The professors are professionals and the staff is wonderful! I love the Muay Thai class and my kids love the kids Jiu Jitsu class!

This is a great school. I dropped in for a class while on vacation, and was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone here. A mix of expats and locals, with some great instruction and good rolls.
