Excellent. Alma is great -- owner and teacher. I attended 2 fairly intensive stretch classes. Was not able to make any vinyasa classes. Mats provided. $250 pesos per walk-in.

I am taking the sunset yoga classes at the beach and love it. Alma is a great instructor and accommodates all the students from the experienced to the beginner. There is stretching, meditation, strengthening, balance and more. The size of class is terrific as well. I highly recommend.

My favorite place in Puerto Vallarta for a supportive community, and mindful quality yoga. Alma is a master teacher and a compassionate person. I’m forever grateful for her expertise helping me after a hip replacement; returning to my body and learning to restore my heart and balance within.

My friends and I wanted a nice relaxing way to end our trip in PV and thought yoga on the beach would be the perfect way to do that. Alma was so easy to work with. Scheduling and coordination was seamless! Alma was quick to respond to messages, met our requests for restorative yoga, provided really comfortable mats for us to use, and the experience was exactly what we were hoping for. I highly recommend scheduling a private in home session with Alma.

I have done yoga and Pilates on and off for 2 years with Yoga Vallarta & Pilates. Teacher and owner, Alma, is knowledgeable and skilled. It doesn’t matter what level you are at in yoga or Pilates since she is always there to guide you at your own pace.(I’m 76 years old and if she can work with me she can work with you.)

I did sunset yoga with Alma and LOVED my experience with her! She is an amazing instructor with a very calming presence. She made sure to incorporate the sunset into class which was beautiful. I would highly recommend this class!

I can’t think of a more perfect way to start the day. Alma was very welcoming and accommodating. She was considerate of any issues and asked if there were poses we wanted to try. Skilled and thoughtful. The location was perfect. Soothing ocean waves and a focus on the horizon. Absolutely divine!

May you be beginner or advanced, your practice will be magical. Sunset yoga is the perfect closure for the day. Instructors are wonderful and will help change poses if you have injuries. Always leave feeling great ❤️❤️

I went for meditation yesterday, a special 1 time get together. What a lush property. Lucky to meet new friends who Will get together and the sunset at the studio is super. I’m retired and plan to go tomorrow to 11 a.m. stretch class Friday. And wait, they do sunset on a beach too. I’m hooked, excited all on top of the world at the studio. 70 pesos under from 5 December area, and I’m not scared to drive there next time.

Great experience! Visited 5 out of 7 days spent in P.V. Allows drop ins and treat you well. Very good instruction and variety. Rumours have surfaced they are closing or moving. Not true. They are looking to open a second location in P.V.

Today was my last day of beach yoga for the season…I am so sad to be leaving Vallarta but I will be taking the gifts from my yoga classes back to Canada with me. Thank you, Alma, for guiding my practice at the beach and up in your breathtaking studio. My friends & I had a wonderful sunset yoga session on the beach with Alma. It was probably one of our favorite experience in PV & we would highly recommend. She is excellent at guiding through the poses & the views were spectacular!

Went to a great barre class here, teacher was very friendly and it was a good workout. Classes are quite expensive based on other studios around puerto Vallarta.

We were happy to see Alma’s blackboard along the Malecon advertising yoga classes. She did not disappoint with sunset yoga. Despite the warm rain we met in the gazebo at the park. Alongside Alma’s friends we stretched, breathed and refreshed our bodies - very relaxing! Felt comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend.

During my recent visit to PV I took Alma's morning yoga class on the beach. What a treat! Alma meets people at every level. Her class is a beautiful mix of breathing, meditation and movement. Couldn't think of a better way to start my day.
