Typical large North American department store really packed with a lot of stuff and a quick overwhelming in my opinion. Paid parking underneath on the very busy road in Puerto Vallarta. Nice clothes with some good deals to be had

Big department store like Macy's or Kohl's in US. Prices are generally higher but there is a decent choice of everything you might need. A lot of staff in every department (generally don't speak English) with ability to pay for purchases in multiple places. Credit cards are accepted but Google pay / Apple Pay is not. The only working elevator (at the moment) in whole shopping mall. Also has restrooms and nursing areas next to the elevator

I paid 30 bucks Cdn more for Reef sandals here than on Amazon, but I left mine at home and had no choice. Nice stuff but prepare for premium prices.

The only retail store with everything under one roof in Puerto Vallarta across the street from the cruise ship terminal . Slightly overpriced stuff but it's considered a little higher end shopping experience in México but compared to what you may be used to back home , Macys and Harrods it is not . You will get better quality good than the average store though .

It has a decent selection, the sizing for most brands is limited… I’ve been here a few times… after this last time with being followed around the entier store by multiple staff members made me extremely uncomfortable…and not like a few racks back like almost tailing me or standing directly beside me when I stopped to look at something. They weren’t trying to help me as they wouldn’t talk to me just stared. Unfortunately I did buy something because I needed a golf shirt…I will never being going back here ever again. 🙃

I love Liverpool; I visited for my first time December 11th and hope to shop once more before I go home. It is organized, well run, and the staff are helpful. They have so many departments and remind me of Macy's in the states. If I lived in PV I am sure I would shop here often.

It's a great store. So great I made 4 different purchases there in 4 different sections and it would have been more. Well organized. Clean and there is plenty of staff to check you out. We also ate at Chili's which does not taste like Texas Chili's but the view was pretty awesome

This is supposed to be an upscale department store in Mexico. Walk into Puerto Vallartas Galleria location and it is a mess. Hard to find a sales associate. We discovered the staff were more interested in talking with each other or on their cell phones.

Best place to purchase something special. If it's not available, you can order it to arrive to the store and later pick up. Lacks it's own restaurant but you'll find almost everything else you may need. Wine and books, season clothing, parking is a bit confusing. Overall great!

This is typical mall and pretty and shiney and has a lot of inventory. I didn't purchase anything because I thought supporting the locals was more important and turned out to be a lot more affordable.

I purchased a pair of pants and had to return them. They were returned within the 30 day period with tags on. They would not refund my card because they “can’t refund debit cards, only credit”. Forced me to take a gift card for the store.

It's just not the same as costco.Once we have that said, the prices are really quite good and don't seem to have the huge import tax markup as Costco. Possibly it's because there is more Mexico made products.

Great store with lots of quality products at reasonable prices. I found Sketcher shoes that I could not find in Canada, in the light grey colour that I needed. The last time that I found them was here, 3 years ago. I can find other Sketchers colours in Canada, but not the grey that I wanted. Quality stuff at great prices.

This department store is a higher end location, with many of the name brands you would find in the USA or Canada etc.. The price is definitely match what one would pay at home. Great store with an amazing selection, very friendly helpful staff to match. This store is located within gallery Vallarta on the main floor with its own outside entrance.

This has to be dumbest design of a shopping center on the planet clearly put together by a high school architectural student that had no clue of what to do since he/sheit never went to a mall. impossible to get in or out. after you park the lines are interminable to pay for the parking although everything in that shopping center is twice as expensive as you can get anywhere else. no one there to help. Avoid like the plague. Oh it, by the way to get out even when after you pay for the ticket you havlfthe time the gates don't work terrible terrible

It took asking a few people but they had the Garmin watch cable in sporting goods locked in a case. Works perfectly!

I bought a set of good quality cotton sheets. The selection for ks was limited but found a neutral color and 450 thread count set. It wasn't on sale but I am happy with my purchase. I haven't been able to find them anywhere else in this quality.

Like this place because it has a lot of useful things for your home and also personal use. You can find pretty much anything in this store.

Nice and comfortable areas for familliar recreation , site of lunch are pretty good and clean .

I bought a few G Shock watches 10/24 afternoon, for my GF and I. The sales ladies were very helpful and I had I good time shopping for my GF....much appreciated !

I have to admit, Liverpool has the nicest furniture in the city. We looked around. A lot. We were saddened. A lot. Then we found Liverpool and the sadness left. You're going to have to open your wallet to take this home. It's not the cheap stuff. But keep your eyes ooen for sales. We got our patio furniture for 30% off. I heat Buen Fin is the best time to buy furniture. There are great deals to be had.

It's the only decent shopping mall in Puerto Vallarta . For big city folks it maybe a little limited but for the locals it works . Has everything needed for households but things are a little over priced and quality of good Is just normal compared to western standards

Expensive store. Good quality but not for me.

I got there but I could not get a cab back to my condo so I was exhausted after I talked to probably 12 people and couldn't get taxi. It was a bad experience for me when I was in out of the country just trying to get back to my place. I definitely don't recommend that night everyone pointed 2 blocks away and then another person pointed 2 blocks away the other direction it was extremely frustrating.

This is a beautiful store. It is clean and spacious, with products nicely displayed. Very much like a US Macy's, with prices to match. In fact, the prices, in some cases, are even higher for equivalent goods than in the states. The selection is also good, although inconsistent. You will find home goods, clothes, jewelry, appliances, and electronics. You can usually get help if you need it, although mostly in Spanish.

Great higher-end mall. There is a movie theater and trampoline place as well as a number of retail stores.
