🔥If you are American, please understand that this is NOT AN APPLE STORE!!! They are only an authorized reseller of Apple products. NONE of the protections or warranties or service that you expect from an OFFICIAL Apple Store apply here!! There is a ZERO RETURN POLICY on everything you buy here and the service is horrific!! Unless you are in severe dire straights in your need for an Apple product or service, I would STRONGLY suggest that you avoid this store at all costs!! The OFFICIAL APPLE STORE is in Guadalajara!! If you need to purchase an Apple product, travel there or go back to the states. You have now been warned by my review and dozens of others here. If you choose to give this business any of your money, you now do so at your own risk. For reference, I had to buy a set of earphones and they stopped working after 5 days. These were the most expensive ones they sold, so I thought I was buying quality. They were basura 🗑️ Thank you for reading.

Terrible service. They spent more time trying to find a way to charge me for a phone under warranty then they did addressing the issue. I’ve been to other apple stores in the US and Canada and these people do not even begin to tow the line in Apple standards of service. Just because we are in a country where quality and standards are second to profits I think a global company like Apple should set the bar higher.

Considering some people are complaining about the service my experience was okay. I only needed to buy one cable adapter and they did have it so you could say I did auto service while being there. I’m rating 4 stars because the place was perhaps the coldest at the mall and I only went in to cool down on a hot day. Ended up with my new dongle. Thanks Apple.

The attention was good, but it's VERY SUSPICIOUS that they tried to charge us almost the same price of the device in the market now. They also denied to repair it, even when they had a code that covers the 100% of repairing and it didn't matter which type of damage was. I totally don't suggest to go and try anything, they're not helpful at all.

I forgot my Macpro cable and Nayelli at the store was Superb! Instead of paying over $110+ USD for the power cable, she said I can charge at the store. I ended up bought a USBC cable for $15 and used my iPad charger. It works! Yeah! Employees are nice and they all spoke English. Parking was easy. Store is clean.

Poor service, for the third time. The service technician called in sick, which is fair. What's not fair is the manager refused us leaving our inoperable item at the store for when the technician is back. Instead we have to drive all the way back to the store again, just to drop the inoperable item off.... Which we should have been able to do since we were already there.

I am really in shock at the policies at this store. I was trying to buy 3 AirTags and the total was more than a 1000 pesos and I couldn’t buy it because I didn’t have ‘physical’ Id on me. Despite showing them two different forms of digital id, they still couldn’t help to complete the transaction. Even my weekly groceries are more than a 1000 pesos per week, so what is the point of such a low limit at a store that sells Apple products? The irony of the situation is, that it is a tech store but they want to see plastic cards!! Apple seriously needs to reconsider this store as a reseller with such ridiculous policies. I am just really baffled as to why you need to see ID for a retail purchase?

Be careful! this store is not an apple store even if it looks like it from the outside! They do not accept Apple returns or warranties... I called Apple direct, Apple referred me to this store, but this store refuses to apply the warranties from Apple...because they are not an official Apple store! I called Apple back, they told me it’s illegal they have to accept the guarantees and that they will start further investigations!!! When you buy something at this shop you don't get the same guarantee as Apple! In general, the store has a very incompetent staff! Neither is the staff friendly nor do they know their products!!! Just sell quickly, that's the motto, without any service! I don't advise anyone to buy anything there... at least nothing of high value where you might have to claim the guarantee. Very bad experience! Zero stars!

Horrible Customer service I am a white man living in Mexico for three months and they try to rip me off. They try to sell me over priced items that I did not need when I simply needed a cord they try to sell me the longer cord and when I asked for a price forget about it they’ll never give you the price as a smart shopper I like to make sure the prices are in par with what Apple really charges. I asked where else they might sell chargers and the employee replied you can try RadioShack in a smart manner I tried to complain with the Manager but they told me the manager was not in. How can such an establishment exist and how could Apple do business with such an establishment when you enter the Apple stores in America all the staff are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They are very judgemental and they judged me based on appearance which is vacation clothing shorts crocs and a T-shirt. In addition they had no idea that I spoke Spanish and I heard them speaking about me under their breath in Spanish. I would rather order online then go to the store

Absolutely the worst customer service. My iPhone was charging inconsistently and I was told to just come into the store for service. Upon entering, I was told I needed to make an appointment through the Apple support app (I wasn’t told this when I had phoned). Went through the whole ordeal of downloading the app and there wasn’t an appointment for a whole week. After complaining, I was seen and the technician spent 2 minutes trying to clean the charging port then said, “You need to buy a new phone. This problem can’t be fixed.” There was no attempt at updating the phone”s software,, doing a hard reset, or any other number of possible solutions that I Googled. Ineffective, poor communication, and poor problem solving. Get it together Mac Puerto Vallarta.

I am so glad that there is an Apple store in PV! I forgot my MacBook Air charger and needed one immediately for work. Irving not only helped me quickly, but offered to let me charge my laptop and phone. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!

If you’re not a resident of MX they will ask for your passport to use your card. The manager or supervisor was also rude af. Customer service skills need to be addressed with this a-hole. I bought my airpod pros here in March with the same card and no issue then. Also a debit card by the way that needs a PIN number. I’ve lived here 3yrs temp resident and have never been asked to show my passport for any purchase with my card. So I went to the atm and paid 1400 usd in cash.

Great! The staff is super friendly, and the store is pristine. Unfortunately they have a very low stock and they didn't have the Mac mini

Terrible customer service. I think they take pleasure in trying to ruin your day. The store is staffed with insecure 19 year olds that have no desire to be helpful whatsoever. I would avoid this store.

I have not yet gone into the store but when i called apple support for my MacBook air they told me to go to authorized bY Mac repair store in las gaviotAs, Av Francisco Villa #1010 inside a mini- mall called i think parota. If you are heading north, it is just before la comer. If you pass Caesars pizza you're gone too far. It's on 2nd floor on the right. His name is Alfredo & his shop is called Expertics.

Avoid this place. Apple support scheduled a screen repair here after an issue with my Mac. When I went, they had no knowledge of the case and said they needed to do their own review. After their review, they said there was moisture in the laptop and the coverage that apple support told me I had was void. I took the laptop to another trusted technician in Vallarta and he said there was no moisture and it was a faulty chip. At best, they are incompetent, at worst they are liars. Also, overall, not great customer service (even with a Mexican citizen with me for translation).

They wouldn’t let me buy air pods or an iwatch without a passport. I’ve never heard of a store in Mexico that doesn’t want $1000 US. And the manager was rude about it. Ridiculous.
