We stayed at this resort with my friend two weeks ago. Location is very good,rooms have a beautiful view. However, hotel is very outdated and in not very good condition. It really needs lots of new renovations,and updates. Our room's walls were kind of disgusting, rest sofa bed had a big dirty dark spot. Upon our check-in,arrival, when we went up to our room,we noticed right away that our room was very poorly cleaned. It was dust everywhere on the furniture. We had to wipe it and clean. Also,one of the beds sheets were not washed well.... I stay often at Hilton hotels when I travel, and that was a first time the hotel was in such bad not updated condition, and rooms were not properly cleaned while we stayed there too. But besides all of that, we loved every other amenities hotel had to offer. Nightly entertainment was very good, beautiful shows. I would like to notice room service: very professional, friendly, good timing. Among the restaurants we loved sushi place. Very good food,freshly prepared, and service was excellent. Special thanks to waitress Karen,and sushi cook Osvaldo. Very friendly and nice people. Also,would like to mention manager of Asian restaurant-Alan,and very good cook Christian,who made for us customized meals. From front desk personnel I would like to mention Alejandro, the most friendly person,who delivered exceptional customer service experience 😀 Beach service was very good,all personnel did a great job. Special thanks to Omar and Jose. And of course beach guard Ismael-:) Overall, our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. 🌇 sunsets are breathtaking and you can see whales 🐋 from the hotel beach. Puerto Vallarta boardwalk is worth visiting, very interested, vibrant place!

Amazing service, always very attentive and helpful despite being short on staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was freshly made and delicious, especially at the buffet and the club. The shows at night time were more of a hit and miss. The fire show was amazing and the others were not so good. The beach is nice and well maintained, there are several spots along the rocky part with lots of tropical fish. If you like snorkeling, bring your own gear. The downside of our stay was, the cocktails were mostly mediocre quality and there was no music after 10:30pm other than a small bar.

We just got back from this awesome resort. From day one everyone, I mean everyone, was so welcoming, accommodating and willing to help! We enjoyed the trip very much. Special shout out to pool bartenders Jose, David and Octavio: You guys are the best! They were nice and friendly, not to mention they made the best drinks, ever! This trip was the most relaxing, fun and memorable! Also Manuel from the entertainment team who was in charge of the craft table taught my girls to make bracelet. We all had a blast and can’t wait to go back next time!

If I could rate this hotel negative 10 I would. It was the worst experience I have ever had staying somewhere. I will be sure to never return and make sure I let anyone going to PVR not to stay here. Our room was “upgraded” to a room basically in the lobby. Not only was it dirty and we had to request new linens from having stains, but it was not sound proof whatsoever. They allowed a group of 70-100 to karaoke in the lobby until 12:30am which after calling and complaining multiple times then they allowed us to move to a different room, which magically became available since this wasn’t an option upon arrival. Once packing up at 12:30am to haul all of our things to the new room we come to find out the air was not working and had to wait on an electrician. We were told by the manager that night we would be compensated for such a horrible experience, but come to checkout that manager was no longer there and the new one was extremely rude and would not address it and gave me a card of someone who would be contacting me which never did and who I have not been able to get in touch with. No one in our group had a pleasant experience even though it was only for a night before moving to a new destination. I would not ever stay here again even if it was free. I hope this review saves others from a horrible experience that we were unable to avoid.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I don’t even know where to start. First, the resort itself is breathtaking, from the lobby, to the restaurants to the multiple pools and the beautiful beach. The service was so impeccable that at times we felt like the staff was reading our minds, If we had a want or request it was provided for us us before we could get the words out. Our room was spotless, the linens were plush and the bed was heavenly. The architecture and decorating are extremely impressive. The food and drinks were a constant pleasurable experience and again, every single restaurant staff was warm, friendly and extremely attentive! But most of all we felt that the people were so genuine and accepting, not just because they were providing us a service but because they were representative of the kind and comfortable Mexican culture. If we ever have a chance to come back here again there will be no question.

This hotel has a lot of potential. However, we weren’t happy because the fridge in the room didn’t work, the tv wasn’t working, and the balcony door was having trouble opening. Other than that the food is amazing and the location is great. The main buffet place was closed. The breakfast in the outside restaurant was a bit difficult to eat at because there were flies around the food. They do have a lot of activities and a private beach. We tried to let them know, but they said there was nothing they can do for us. I would stay again if they had listened to our issues and fixed the problems while on our stay.

As others have posted, the beach and swimming are excellent a this resort. The breakwaters provide for a nice protected area which is good for snorkeling. The access to the beach and pools is very convenient from the hotel. We liked that you can get a nice variety of sun or shade at different locations and times of day. We were always able to find available beach chairs at all different times of day. The design of the complex with two 14 story towers with a lower tower (7 stories I think?) connecting in the middle provides the variety of sun and shade patterns throughout the day. The service and the food were both excellent. We found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased with everything about this stay and plan to return in the future.

Nice all Inclusive hotel with a great beach area outside the Hotel. It was nice being auto upgraded to an Ocean Front Suite as a Diamond member. We only ate at the Italian restaurant which was really good. This place could use more options for breakfast and lunch. Pools were a bit cold but they do have spas too. On site entertainment was typical of these resorts but they did have Karaoke across the street one night as well as Silent Disco in the Sky Bar which was fun. Overall a good resort which I would recommend.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and it was amazing. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Room service was great as well. The shows were super great. The legends show was funny and well thought out. The rooms were well kept and clean. One thing that my wife and I thought could be a good improvement was having a soda bar ( basically having a lot of mixins like coconut, cherry, vanilla, etc flavorings that can be combined with different sodas) be part of the options at the pool bar. We don’t drink any alcoholic drinks so getting a unique soda would have made us use the bar more. Maybe that was an option but if it was it was unclear. Other than that everything was great!

Where do I begin with our stay at this All-Inclusive resort??? Great property with everything you can ask for...hospitality, drinks, food, pool and the ocean!!! It was our 1st time visiting and we are already planning to return soon. From the planning, to arrival and departure, it was the highest quality of service that I have received being a Hilton-Diamond member and I've stayed at some of the best Hilton & Waldorf properties around the world. On arrival, with private transportation from airport (set up with Elias, Tropical Incentives through hotel) to being shown our room (and upgrade) by Marco, to poolside cabana and drinks served by Jose...to the smile and greeting from Norma every morning at breakfast, to the chef coming out and making us whatever we would like at one dinner evening...(Thanks to Martin) It was an amazing and relaxing experience at the resort. Not to mention the entertainment during the day and the shows at night!!! I hope I don't forget anybody but thank you to the following staff members who made this vacation so memorable and relaxing... Elias - thank you for the ease of arrival and departure with your drivers and car service, your team couldn't have made it any easier. Marco - thank you for assisting us upon our arrival and taking the time to explain everything on our way to the room and when we settled in. Martin - Thank you for the special treatment at dinner and the front row table for the Mariachi performance on our last evening!!! Norma - Thank you for your amazing service during breakfast, it was the perfect way to start the day... Omar - service at the pool was great we appreciate your hustle my friend... Jose - the hospitality, service, smile, fist pump greetings and the laughs at the pool everyday were so appreciated. Took care of everything for us, including getting us the best cabana and every Mango Margarita I needed :) And to everyone else, thank you so much for your hospitality. I am saddened that I have to give such a low rating. Everyone is very nice but don’t communicate with each group. We were told we can’t do reservations for dinner except the steakhouse. The pool staff are telling us to make reservations. We go to the concierge and they said you can’t do that. The main reason why such a low rating is zero Air Conditioning in the restaurants. Excellent food but you sweat so bad while you eat that you don’t get to enjoy. Depending on your server it can be good or only ok for service. If you go with more than 5 people in a group plan to wait at least an hour to be seated. The pools are starting to get very dated with tiles missing. The pool cleaning starts around 9 every morning when people are already getting to the pool. It is a beautiful resort but the only way my friends or family will go back if they can fix the A/C.

We spent a week here in May. Upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink as indicated on their website that one would be provided on arrival. Check in was quick. Since we arrived at dinner, we were informed we could only eat at the sushi restaurant or have room service. I advised I was a vegetarian and was hoping to eat at that buffet. We were advised the buffet was closed for the duration of our stay, but would only be open on Wednesday for Mexican night. This was a disappointment for me. I asked if there was something to eat at the Sushi restaurant for a vegetarian who does not eat fish and was advised I would be better off with room Service. Room service was good. Breakfast buffet was a huge letdown. If you are vegetarian (I don’t eat eggs) or vegan this is not the place for you as they have a lot of fish dishes. I don’t understand how the breakfast buffet does not have Avocado/ guacamole. I could have easily made myself avocado toast. It’s Mexico, you should offer avocado at every meal. I did ask once for guacamole at breakfast and was told by our waiter they could not get it for me as it’s not an option. With that being said, we ate off resort some days as I did have a very difficult time finding food to eat. Most staff were great and friendly. Some went out of their way to accommodate my food restrictions. Beach was perfect! Service on the beach was one of the best we have had in our 15 years of traveling to all inclusive. I’d stay here again, but only if the food options changed to accommodate my restrictions.

I stayed here for my birthday, and it was an amazing time! The staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable and safe during my entire stay. They took hospitality to the next level with their kindness and all the efforts they put into making sure it was an unforgettable birthday! I highly recommend this resort for everyone, whether you're traveling with children, or adults only, it will not disappoint and you will have an experience like you've never had before!

This resort is absolutely a gem of this city. The food was magnificent. The pools are gorgeous and the beach swimable. A short drive into town for seeing the sites and shopping. What stood out the most to me, setting aside the facilities and amenities, is the service. Simply the best. They are extremely personable...made me feel like I was talking with old friends. Great environment for families or an adults only get away!

We just spent a week at the Hilton Vallarta and had an amazing experience! From the food and drinks to the daily activities, nightly entertainment, service, staff, cleanliness, the beach, the pools, and the view - everything was wonderful. I got some much needed R&R. The only thing we didn't like was the temperature of our room, which was about 18-19°C and we were unable to change this. We had to open our patio to let warm air in, which was not always ideal since we had a lower floor suite and the music could be noisy at times. I would advise the resort look into this as I have been reading other reviewers who had the same room temperature issue.

I am a Hilton Diamond member, and this hotel delivered in every possible way! We just returned home from a perfect family vacation. This resort was absolutely fantastic! Service was top-notch from every department. "Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you" was just an example of how the staff treat their guests. The rooms were clean and spacious, and every room (above the 3rd floor) has an unobstructed view of the ocean. Excellent selection of restaurants and the food was great everywhere we ate. The location was perfect - it felt secluded but was only a 7 minute (150 peso) taxi into town. We will 100% be back and will recommend to anyone.

Adults only sections in pool, bar, and hotel not adults only after repeated complaints. One pool had the heater broken the whole time. The pool with bar was supposed to be adults only, so since the other pool was broken,all the kids were in the adult pool. The whole time. Rude. Playing games, yelling and being loud. Sitting at the bar and ordering drinks. Could not relax without a ball hitting me. Same exact problem with the Jacuzzis. There were only 2 and one was supposed to be adults only, but one was broken. No adults want to have a bunch of kids in the jacuzzi. Food was not great. Buffet, Mexican restaurant, sushi, and room service wasn't good. Wait times at restaurant nightly was over an hour just to get seated and then long wait times for service.  Italian restaurant and seaside pool grill was good. Housekeeping was consistently good. Our room was always nice and clean and never a problem. The beach was nice. They had rocks creating a barrier so the waves were not rough and provided a place for snorkeling.  Jet ski rentals and beach massages were available right outside on the beach. The hotel was about 30-40 min drive into town/marina.  Taxis and ubers were easy to get. The hotel took record of when you left and with who.  We left our phone in a taxi and thankfully able to track it down and get it back! The nightly shows were lacking.  Not impressive. Bar service had inconsistency.  Some bars served some alcohols while others didn't have it.  The bartenders didn't all know the regular drinks and needed recipes. Will not be returning or recommending. Overall disappointed as this was a very expensive vacation.

My husband and I chose to travel here for our honeymoon. The resort is beautiful and it is in a nice area. The activities staff and Ricardo the server at the pool are amazing! They should be recognized for there great service!!! The reason I rated this hotel 2/5 is because 1 the food is bland but 2 we had $220 stolen from us. We’re assuming the housekeepers stole it. It was in our room hidden and then after they were done cleaning our room it was gone. We made a report to the concierge but they were no help so that was disappointing to have $220 stolen from you on your honeymoon. But it is what it is I guess….hopefully they find those housekeepers and get them fired.

Absolutely spectacular hotel and staff. We felt welcome, safe, and we were treated like royalty. It truly is all inclusive and it's not just limited to beer and wine. You can order any type of beverage, eat anything at any of their 6 restaurants, order room service, IT'S ALL INCLUDED! since the Hilton bought it out it is no longer adults only but it's still a great time. All the servers and bartenders were amazing but special shout-out to Gerardo, Alfredo, Daniel, and Giovanni they all went above and beyond for us. The activities they offer are fun and the themed nights are a blast. They actually have a bar open past 10 which was really nice to be able to socialize with the other travelers. Another really nice thing they do is protect the hotel guests. As you're coming and going you have to go though a gate so not just anyone can walk up to the lobby. You provide them your room number and where you're going so they always know where you're at, it's something that made us feel really really safe. I would 100% recommend anyone to this hotel.

Great experience. The resort was beautiful and clean. Very family friendly. The staff were amazing all around. Norma (morning) and Fernando (evening) who work in the Vela Food Hall were spectacular. We had an amazing stay at this resort. The location is perfect, just far away from town to feel secluded but also a short Uber trip into town. The food was amazing, from room service to the specialty restaurants, we had no issues getting reservations to any of them. The adult side of the pool is relaxing and shaded throughout the day which is nice, we rented a cabana bed every day but the towel game didn't seem to bad here. The staff here was top notch, attentive and knew what they were doing, Ernesto at the pool was the best ever. We will definitely be back.

BLUF: Very nice hotel and pleasant stay. The staff was awesome! Rooms: We stayed in the Enclave Governors Suite in the South Tower, 13th floor. Room was beautiful, views even more so! This room has 2 balconies and a terrace with a jacuzzi. The room had central AC which was good but not great. We often felt sticky/wet even inside the room from the humidity. We felt like we could never cool off 100%. We also had lots of bugs/critters both on the balconies and in our room. It is to be expected with this type of climate, but was unfortunate that the property couldn’t find a way to keep them out better. We killed over 15 beetles/bugs in our room during a 4 night stay and also rescued and released a little gecko. The room could use a fresh coat of paint or a magic eraser, but so could almost every hotel in the world. Finally, the room was loud. Even on floor 13 of 14, you can still hear noise from the pool/beach. There are often evening events (which were fun!) but makes it tricky to sleep if you want to go to bed early. Enclave experience: With the Enclave room you get whisked upstairs to the lounge for “private check in” upon arrival. Our room wasn’t ready yet though, and then when it was ready we had to wait in the regular line for about 30 minutes to have our keys activated at the front desk. “Semi-private” check in is more appropriate. Facilities: Hotel is beautiful! From the lobby to the pools to the beach, the facilities are stunning. Most of the hotel is not air conditioned, and we felt hot often. But, it’s a tropical, humid climate. Restaurants: Overall, restaurants average a 7/10. The food was good, especially for an AI property. Main complaint here is that there are not enough places to eat and there is a significant wait for most of them at dinner time. The room service also takes a long time to be delivered, if you want dinner at 6pm in your room you need to order by 3:30 or 4pm. Staff/service: Excellent. Everyone has a fantastic attitude and tries to go above and beyond. We visited for our anniversary and mentioned it to the concierge at arrival and we got a “happy anniversary” dessert! This was a really nice touch. Everyone we came in contact with spoke at least some level of English, and most spoke very good English. Activities: The activities were cool! From a 4th of July party to karaoke, pool aerobics, and a silent disco; they really tried to make the activities diverse and fun. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay at this property again.

I had an amazing time at the Hilton! The staff and service was AMAZING! Alan, Blanca, Edgar, Saul, Rafael, and Esmeralda gave service a whole new name! They are truly an asset to the company. Despite the hurricane and other natural causing disasters, the staff remained calmed and made my family and I feel safe, welcomed, secure. The food and drinks were delicious!!! I will definitely be coming back my next visit to Vallarta. Thank you all for making this vacation a wonderful memorable experience!

This was our first time staying in PV and with this resort. They did not disappoint! Food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive, the views were great, the service was outstanding, and the entertainment was great. Honorable mentions: Jose at the poolside, the guy is a machine and we cannot thank him enough. Juan at the beach, great guy, super helpful. Rafael, the entertainment and event coordinator. Funny guy, keeps the fun going, just don’t fall for any of his tricks during the volleyball games 🤣. Advice for visitors, pack 3x more sunblock than you initially believe you’ll need, aloe gel is a hot commodity, and haggle with the taxis if you’re catching a ride from town back to the resort. 10/10, would recommend to a friend!

Had an amazing experience. Great food, impeccable service, clean, and very hospitable. Ocean was breathtaking. Juan at the beach provided us with excellent service and was not just a server but became our friend. Can’t thank you enough. Best Birthday celebration I’ve ever had!!

Went to the Hilton for a week on our Honeymoon. They did not disappoint. The grounds were spectacular! Adult pool with swim up bar and a family pool. Beach just steps from there. The service was the best! Juan the Concierge took every request we had and made it even better. Armando at the Steak House was superb. Karen at the Sushi location was on point. Had to go back multiple days. Pamela, Samantha and David on our last night prepared our table at the beach for two. Romantic, elegant, delicious and memorable. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

We had a phenomenal time. We couldn't recommend this resort more! At all times, we had everything we could ever want and then some! Onsite staff was extremely kind and fun and made the experience better - especially Edgar! The food, events, bars, and everything else was simply top tier. We didn't know you could live this lavishly! We didn't want to leave and would go back in a heartbeat.

Our stay was perfect! The views are amazing! The room key is on a bracelet, which is brilliant. Not sure why all resorts don’t do this, but it is the best idea ever! The food was super good- I never had anything that was not delicious. The room was perfect- great size, clean, lovely view. Balcony was great! The bars/clubs that we went to were fun, though we did not spend a lot of time there. The family lounge area had great video game systems and fun snacks. Everything was just beautiful and I just could not get over the view!!

On the weekends the service is great, but during the week you can tell people do not care as much. You have to ask for things much much more. I was denied entry into a restaurant for lunch because I had a bathing suite on? (at a beach resort) I went to that restaurant and others several more times with similar attire and never had a problem again. The drinks are weak and you need to ask for a double most times. The beach is nice but please be aware there is a lot of beach break (those rocks help a little). Great location. Bed's were good and I have a bad back. Rooms are nice with plenty of space. Amazing staff award goes to Ricardo on the beach and Marco in the kitchen cooking omelets. The food was very good and we enjoyed the variety of restaurants.

Came here in late October with a group that booked the entire resort. I had an absolute incredible time. Staff is constantly attentive. Beach was great. Pools were great. Wifi was fast. Facilities were amazing. Food was also pretty good, though dinner service could be a little slow at times. When I return I'll probably stick to the buffets for dinner. I can't wait to return.

It is a lovely resort located a good distance from the town. The buildings, rooms, restaurants are very nice and comfortable. Service from the staff is great, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Food in all of the restaurants is OK. Nothing exceptional, just average. At the bars, or by the pool and on the beach, as long as you order one of the traditional tropical drinks, and like them super sweet, you'll be fine. Just don't expect amazing mixology. The beach area is very nice, and again, the staff makes it special. The pools are large, the family pool is heated but the adults pool was rather frigid, unfortunately. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return.

All I can say is WOW! It's been a while since I've had this kind of service & experience. The staff was so helpful, the rooms were beautiful & clean, & the food was yum! The locatipon was breath taking. The daily/nightly activities were entertaining & enjoyable. I didn't even want to leave to tour the city.. even tho the locals were nice in their own right. I'm not shy when it comes to leaving bad reviews, but I have nothing negative to say about my stay here. It made our 12 year anniversary wonderful.

Me and my wife have recently visited and spent 5 days in Hilton. We have amazing experience, completely satisfied and happy due to: 1. Reception and bell boys take care us when we are entering in the hotel and they explain in brief about the system and services 2. Room was clean and every day they used to clean our room 3. All foods areas or Restaurants are well managed and all the staff are excellent to offer their services to us 4. Location is excellent and we spent good time around the sea beach, swimming, hot tub, games and Restaurants 5. we loved the activities like music, singing and water fun 6. Thanks to Israel to help us how to do the kayak and we have fun 7. The hotel is very safe to stay as we like the record keeping while going out and coming in

The entire resort and the staff made us feel like royalty. We loved that they had separated pools for adults only and kids only. The spa felt like a dream. Would highly recommend the Fussion massage. The food was spectacular with different cuisines at every restaurant the resort has. Ultimately, it was the staff that made our stay amazing. Israel, is a manager of the restaurants and He was very accommodating, making sure we were taken care of. And if He saw us outside of the restaurants, He would still come up to us and make sure if we needed anything. FIVE STARS.

Me and my wife have recently visited Puerto Vallarta and we stayed at this hotel. we like this place. we are very happy and we feel this is the amazing place due to: 1. The staff are very nice and helpful when we first enter the reception. They respond us very nicely and gave us good information about the hotel 2. The room was very clean and well managed and the staff used to clean and arranged our room every day during our stay in the hotel 3. The hotel has excellent beach, swimming pool and hot tub on the top floor and the ground floor 4. The hotel has good activities like kayaking, deep water, table tennis, gym, volleyball ground. 5. It has excellent location for photography but we have to pay $60 inside the hotel for photography 6. I like to express my thanks to Mr. Israel who help us how to do kayak in the water 7. The hotel is very safe for all inside environment and we feel safe out side too as we visited its downtown and we like the location 8. The hotel has enough bar and restaurants with varieties of food and the server and all staff are very excellent and they are very pleasant to serve us Overall we have very good experience and fun during our stay in this hotel. 8.

We just returned from here and had a wonderful time! What you see in the photos is legit. Friendly and attentive customer service, great food in each of the restaurants AND room service, clean rooms with an amazing view, and more. The rooms are a nice size and pretty quiet; we rarely heard our neighbors. I will say that if you are looking for a smaller and quieter place then this is not for you. The music is loud at the pools, and the entertainment lasts later. A shout out to Omar (server at the pool); and Sandra (room service). Although all of the staff were great, these two stood out for us in particular. Highly recommend staying here; don’t overthink it.

Staff - all super friendly, definitely one of the best staff at all of the Hilton all-inclusives in Mexico. Anabel at the sky bar was our favorite! All of the staff repeatedly asked us if we needed anything and we’re very accommodating with some of our requests. Hotel registration/check-in: we experienced some growing pains from this new resort for our rooms. What was on the website was not rooms they actually had available. Some of the room types didn’t even exist. We had 8 adults in our party and we wanted one room with two queen beds and a jacuzzi and another room with two queen beds but they ended up giving us one king bed room with a jacuzzi. A two bed room with a jacuzzi didn’t even exist and then they couldn’t get our new rooms back so it took a while to get equivalent rooms back. Hotel restaurants - some more growing pains here as all of the menus online did not match the menus once we got to the restaurant and we specifically chose the restaurants based on their menus. However, all of them were still good. Our favorite was La Luce which is the Italian restaurant and it also has the biggest menu. We did this for dinner our last night of the trip and so glad we saved it for last! Pools - the pools were nice, there was an adults only pool and a bigger pool for all ages. However the adults only pool was freezing and more shaded so nobody was in it the entire time. I think the heater for that pool might have been broken? And the swim up bar is only in the adults only pool so we never got to utilize it because that pool was too cold. The poolside service was good for the most part. It’s nice we could order food by the pool anywhere. Rooms - the rooms were decent. The safe was broken in one of our rooms and the cleaning service came in our room but didn’t even change all of the sheets so we had to request the sheets specifically to be changed. Some of the soaps were out in the shower. There was a good view from every room though and the balconies were nice with a few patio chairs out there. Activities - the activities were fun! They have different activities everyday throughout the day. I will say, the activity schedule they had online did not match what they actually decided to hold that day. So I would just suggest that every morning, you go down by the pool to see what they’re hosting when. Overall, I think they still have some small things to iron out being a new resort still, but our overall experience was good and I would recommend people visit!

This may be the Perfect Family Vacation getaway resort for you. We enjoyed our stay, there were lots of activities going on, a fun environment and great evening shows. The food was excellent and we found most of the staff very accommodating and friendly. Do not forget your mask! They do not have any to spare unless you purchase them. Unlike the other 2 Hilton resorts this resort does not give them to you if you forget it in your room. The woman associate at the gift shop was less than friendly unfortunately because of this. As diamond members there are extra perks and we enjoyed a quiet breakfast in the members lounge. There are several large pools, unfortunately there are quadruple the room occupancy vs. pool or ocean side chair availability. Plan to get up early to grab a good spot. Our ocean view was spectacular and we could enjoy the music from our room balcony. The pools are a little run down but our son enjoyed the loose pool tile “treasure hunt” along with the fun staff and activities at the Kids club. The kids club was AWESOME! The restaurant staff was 100% on point! Dinner reservations, room service and information were easy using the online website and made making plans a breeze!

We are just back from our vacation. this is our first time in Puerto Vallarta and our choice for this resort was the best decision we did. The service at this resort was outstanding. From the lobby bartenders to the lifeguards, every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and overall delightful! I would like here to thank the front desk manager Jose for his help :) The food is really delicious and amazing, I would like to thank Omar, Ismael, Ibrahim for their service. The resort is family-friendly and all the residence respect that, you will never see any unacceptable action from adults. they have a beautiful kid club with an amazing team. They provide unlimited service, in-room, pool, beach, anywhere in the resort. My favorite restaurant is COCOMAR, it's a seafood type and really delicious and healthy. For sure we are coming back soon.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms and hotel was exceptionally clean, the food at the 5 restaurants were amazing, and the service was so fast! Daniel at the pool was an exceptional server. So attentive and nice. Only complaint would be that our room key lock battery died and we had to wait an hour for them to take off the door and frame to get access into our room. Would definitely go back for another vacation.

We had an absolutely marvelous time at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera. I could tell you about the beautiful views, the amazing beach, the comfortable chairs, the delicious food, and the fun atmosphere. They were all spectacular. But they paled in comparison to the staff! All of the staff were excellent and were very willing to speak English and to help us with our Spanish. They were terrific. Esperanza was magnificent. She was our server at the Martini Lounge and we went back every night to see her. She suggested drinks for us, told us about things we could do nearby and handled herself with professionalism all around. Her partner in the Martini Lounge was Hugo. Hugo made excellent drinks and made them with great care! Fernando was also excellent. He would diligently stop by our beach chairs to see if we needed anything and was very quick to help and answer questions. Manuel went above and beyond as well. He is on the entertainment staff. The entire entertainment staff was excited for their work and wanting to make sure everyone had fun. Manuel was always sure to go out of his way to check on us each day and to include us in the fun without being pushy. His rendition of Barbie Girl is pretty great too! Lastly, I must mention Luis. He is the manager of the Mexican and the Asian restaurants. Luis was an excellent host and made phenomenal suggestions. The food at all of the restaurants was good, but Luis was over the top awesome. We had a lovely time and hope we can go back again!
