Seats were quite nice. The issue is ordering anything. The theatre only opened 10 minutes before the movie started. One large popcorn and drink took an hour to deliver and people ordering and delivering food during the movie is very distracting. Must say the popcorn tasted horrible.

The seats are great and the movies always enjoyable. BUT…what the hell is wrong with the food? I’m pretty sure they only make popcorn once a day. It always taste like it’s been sitting out at room temperature for days. It’s cold, soggy, really awful. The hot foods are always cold. Half the time most menu items aren’t available. Be aware.

This is a great place to come and see that movie you where waiting for all the year, months, weeks. This a place really comfortable to see a movie. The only thing that might seem kinda unusual here, is the ordering service as there are waiters all over the room and might interrupt your attention ti the movie. I highly recommend you to make a reservation and get there with time so you can order your food and sit with it before the movie starts, you can even tell them to schedule your orders, lets say, a movie starts at 8pm and you want your coffee to be delivered 8:40pm, they can do that. Don't forget to tip them ;D Enjoy your movie!

Amazingly comfortable seats and convivial staff however, inferior quality popcorn, hit-and-miss availability with food and beverage offerings. Clean bathrooms and parking available (paid underground/free public outside area).

Besides the comfortable seats, the rest is just real bad ! Never have we been happy with the poor service or the terrible food in la isla vip cinepolis. Usually the food takes minimum half hour to 40 minutes to arrive and its usually cold and tastes bad ! Its a good thing its dark otherwise you may be afraid to eat what they bring out . Save your money and stick to just getting a drink . Heres a picture of what our chicken nachos looked like !!

Located inside of a beautiful mall. Prices are okay and food service was fast. The escalator worked the day I went. Cashier speaks English. Women's bathroom was very clean. The food and drinks are basic but edible. Chairs recline but are very beat up. A roach crawled up on my plate in the middle of the movie. Probably won't go back for that reason alone.

Very thankful to have theater of this type serving up recently released movies in English with Spanish subtitles. Two tickets to 3:20pm show were only 238 pesos. Seats recline, they serve food and alcohol, and sound quality was pretty good. It’s a movie theater, so don’t expect gourmet. Staff only speaks Spanish, which is how it should be in Mexico. Great way to get out of the heat and catch a great movie at a fraction of what it costs in US. *Note: watch movie trailer to know which language film will be in, as they do show non-English films as well. Also, escalator was not running so you need to walk up the stairs. Not sure if there is any kind of elevator.

Service was good, but they didn't have anything of the menu. It was Margarita's 2x1 & they didn't have it available. No beers, besides craft beer. No carajillos either. Just the basic ..popcorn, soda and nachos .. not good as it's suppose to be VIP.

The busiest holiday weekend to start the year and you ran out of food?! Whoever is in charge needs to be fired. Planned my day to watch a movie and have some food but due to lack of proper planning, they did not have food or anything I was remotely interested in for a 3pm show. The only reason I went there in the 1st place is because they show movies in English and have food. Won’t make that mistake again and will stick to seeing movies at Galerías.

The food was cold, the brisket was just beef fat, the sandwich was good, the service was horrific, and the footrest on the chairs only came up half way. Eat before you go and enjoy the movie.

Great cinema experience - big comfy sofa chairs, food to your seat, friendly staff, clean venue and most importantly good movie choice with good sized screens and great sound.

We purchased tickets from the theatre for the next day. WE were given paper tickets and selected our seats. When we went the next day they told is those seats were sold to someone else. We asked them to go and see if the seats were empty because how can they sell the seats twice? They did not have our name on the reservation because if you buy tickets at the theatre there is no way for them to put your name. We were told someone called Susi purchased the tickets online. If we had purchased online it would have our name but because we purchased in person our name is not recorded. And that's it. Even though we paid for tickets the day before they are sold out and no seats for us. So now we are going to another cinema to pay again and we will have to claim a refund from our credit card company. Don't buy advanced tickets in the theatre!

Service is great and place is clean but they don't take international charge cards. So Americans, Canadians and any other foreign credit cards are denied.

We used to really enjoy going here. Unfortunately the last two times we waited forever for our food, both times it was wrong and the hot food was ice cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful but it seems extremely disorganized now.

A good place to see a movie that is spoken in the language it was made. English with Spanish subtitles give the opportunity to learn your Spanish. Very comfortable seats where you can order meals, drinks and snacks that come to you. The sound was okay but a bit hard to hear for me with too much highs in the sound system. Over all a good and comfortable movie theater.

Cool cinema, nice vibe and environment. Very relaxing seating. Some of the seats are worn and the torn leather can be scratchy/uncomfortable but there was room for me to move elsewhere. Love that they have multi language showings. Huge menu, almost too much lol popcorn and soda were fresh. Baguette was hard to chew. Next time I’ll try sliders or wings. I paid card and wanted to tip but no option so I left cash but saw a customer grab it from my table at end. I found my server in the hall and tipped him upon exit. Tip: Escalator usually out of order, the elevator is to the right near the back wall.

Talk about impressive! About the only thing missing is a foot massage! Highly recommend reservations on internet but you can take your chances not to!

The theater is very nice and there is always a good selection of movies in English. The seats are extra large and are in groups of two. Perfect for a date, not the best if you're with a large group. Tickets are triple the price of the other theater and concessions are a bit more expensive but you're paying for the atmosphere.

Food isn't great, but service is nice and seats are super comfy. Nothing better than getting served while at the movies!

I love the seats and the service. I won't go to another theater in PV because the seats are so comfortable.

Amazing location !! I love the mall 🤍. In the other hand they are constantly missing stuck on multiple things. I love the VIP their services and their staff are great but every time I go they don’t have either cream, beer, quesadilla or something. It is pretty upsetting 😿

Excellent facilities. Horrendous service. I’ve ordered food and the staff never responded. The order system was broken on the seat and when I asked for popcorn and nachos, the food vendor in the theater took my order and never returned.

First time there, the theater was very clean, seat's very comfortable. However the food.. we ordered popcorn and you can tell it had been sitting there for some time. Also had the sliders with fries. The fries were cold, the meat was cold, the bun was stale. We notified the manager and it seemed as if she really didn't care. I'll go back to the theater again but I definitely won't order any food.

Excellent searing, very comfortable, seats are mainly two side by side with service table between the next pair. Ticket price is reasonable, full bar plus good menu and delivery to your seat. Sound and screen size is excellent. AC is a bit chilly, jeans and long sleeves recommended. Underground pay parking, remember to take you ticket as the pay machines are at the bottom of the escalators. If you have a late exit from the theater it will be a bit dark, lighting is subdued and spotty, especially the escalators, but much brighter in the underground parking. Well worth visiting!

I won't see a movie anywhere else! Recline, out you get up and enjoy the movie 🍿!

Amazing chairs. Fast service with ticketing and food service. Screens are big and speaker sounds are loud. Very family-friendly. There are movies in English with Spanish subtitles. I recommend!

For the movie lovers, this is the VIP experience with food service at your lazy-boy armchair. Good selection of movies in English with Spanish subtitles. But hurry if there is a movie you really want to see as the movies in English do not stay for long if they are not blockbuster movies. Also, beware as movie schedules sometimes change on a daily basis. And try the mix of caramel popcorn and butter popcorn, it is amazing.

Everything was great except for the service. It was terrible. Food was cold when it finally got to us. You get one shot at ordering, because you are not going to get them back again.

If you want to watch a movie in English this is the place to go. Very comfortable recliner just like home. You can also order food and drinks they will deliver to your seat. Great experience!

Atmosphere was great. Nice theater and awesome reclining chairs but the food was not good. My fries were cold. My wings were cold and my hot dog tasted a week old the bun was dry. Just stick to popcorn and a drink and you will be fine. Very clean though.

Besides the comfy chairs there is nothing VIP about this place . Popcorn comes out cold , food is always cold and comes out towards 3/4 of the movie finishing.

Waiter service is terrible I got my order half way through the movie I was super thirsty, when I got my food it was cold and they gave me nothing but ketchup and mayonnaise for my hotdog. When I clicked the assistance button no one ever came, the only good thing is the AC and the movie I saw. Paying 3 times more for a regular ticket for that service is not worth it!

It's wonderful to have the ability to order food, drinks (including alcoholic), charge your phone and recline your lounger almost completely flat. Especially handy during the hot and humid weather since it's nice and cold in this theater.

Very nice theater with wide, comfortable, reclining seats. You can order snacks from your seat that are brought to you. The movie screen was a bit small in theater #3, but the picture was sharp and bright. Ticket prices are high here for PV. But the La Isla outdoor mall is very high end in general.

Great theater. They play some shows in English with Spanish subtitles. Seats recline. Their customer service is great. You can order just from your seat. Although it does get annoying when someone orders once the show starts.

Absolutely beautiful theater. The seats recline and have a eating table. They will take your food order at your theater seat and deliver it to you without you ever leaving your seat. Very cold air conditioner so you will be completely comfortable. They have all the new movie releases in english or spanish.

What a fabulous experience. Varied menu selection. Great service. How wonderful to have dinner served to you while you watch a movie!

A nice theater with great recliners and buzzers to get the staff to bring snacks and drinks. I'm not down with that. I would rather get my own. Prices are 50% higher than normal theaters.

Nice facility with friendly and helpful staff but the food is atrocious..... expensive , cold, and stale buns used for sliders. Some of the menu items were not available. Popcorn had so much salt we could not eat it. Air conditioning is set way too cold so bundle up.Of the four is us three were congested and sneezing continuously by the end of the movie so not sure what caused that. Go for the movie and comfort have beer or a drink but forget about the food.
