Great place, good location and nice staff, the breakfast is also good! Airconditioning works in every room and there for sure is hot water in the showers! No complaints, the staff really makes the place! Yes, some nights it's a bit loud from the bars around but a set of earplugs will do the work, also the bars stop around 2. Absolutely awful place. The rooms don't have proper windows and they smell of mould. You can hear very loud noise from the street all night long. It's impossible to sleep. No toilet paper in bathrooms and reception closes at 9pm.

Wonderful place to stay ran by an extremely kind and attentive family. There were a few quirks (some to be expected, and some not), but would definitely stay again. Price cannot be beat for the amenities. The air conditioning is a huge plus.

The people here are so very nice. They don't speak English, so I don't really know what it would be like if you don't. I'm sure things will work out for you. A lovely breakfast is made. Buses from the airport run right by here. This is a modest enterprise, so the service is homey. I went ahead and made reservations for my next visit.

Loved this hostel. Very nice room we stayed in. Plenty of windows and sunlight, lots of room, access to the rooftop. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice shared bathroom with hot water. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Great location in Zona Romantica. Would stay here again!

The room was ok, after I asked for a room with a window. There was no hot water n the shower and the breakfast was not good, only pancakes and fruit.

Only reason 4 stars is becuase the music and traffic are loud in the area. The price, staff and rooms are well worth the bargain. There is a little kitchen on the roof that comes in handy to cook food. Hospital and all amenities very close. I reccomend for anyone who wants a more Mexican taste of their vacation vs a resort.

Very loud at night, never stop the music in the cantina across the street until 5 am, we paid too much for the room given(needs a lot of TLC) for the money we could have gotten a better room elsewhere. This place is located right at the bus route. Lots of stairs.

This was the dirtiest most disgusting place I saw in Zona Romantica. Only stay here if you want fleas.
