What an amazing surprise! Stopped here after lunch with a friend and was floored to see a such a gem of a gallery, with artists actively working on many forms of art. The design of the place fits perfectly with the surroundings; reminds me of the art studios that used to exist in San Francisco that are long gone. This place has it all: Friendly employees, gorgeous decor, affordable art, classes of all kinds and a location that truly couldn't be better. A BUCKET LIST NECESSITY FOR PV!

Art Vallarta is an amazing addition to Puerto Vallarta and the Art and Entertainment Scene here in PV. Over these past few years, it has helped budding artists and seasoned artists to explore, flourish and broaden their skills whilst providing an ever changing sensory experience to the Locals as well as worldwide travellers. Nathalie Herling is a cutting edge yet old school Curator. The workshops and Art Supply store provide quality experiences and products on all levels.

Creativity exploded and filled every nook and cranny of this space. The lines between workshop and gallery blur in that special way when a space feels artist-owned and managed. Even if people don’t have time for classes and shows, it’s worth the trip for the wildly affordable ceramics. The cul de sac it lies within is very charming and a trip pairs well with a lunch at Jorge’s Shrimp Shack across the street.

Fun morning painting in acrylics with Lourdes! A patient & encouraging teacher with all painting supplies & music to get the creative juices flowing. We were able to bring or choose an image to paint and it turned out well considering it was my first ever painting opportunity.

It's such an excellent space and absolutely jam packed with different types of art. Everyone was so welcoming and I've had excellent Spanish and paper mache classes here. I would highly recommend a visit and a class at Art VallARTta!

Family had a great morning with Georgia learning how to make pottery. Can’t wait to see the final results after the firing! Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! Open and airy giant gallery space, crammed with amazing and unique art spanning a variety of media. I recently enjoyed a really exciting art opening: met artists in residence, and even bought a small piece of pottery. There is also a theater and studio spaces. Not to be missed!

I went to check out the ceramics studio. I came upon the instructor who was the most arrogant and rude person that I have encountered in a long time. I have lived here for many years and have never been so insulted like I was by this "instructor". I will never return to this establishment.
