I have nothing but great things to say about ThrIVe. My experience with them falls under the "med spa" side of services. I had some concerns about early signs of integrity loss in my complexion (fine lines, uneven tone, etc.) and received a very thorough assessment of the current state of my skin that covered both the positive and problem areas on my face. And most importantly I didn't feel pressured into receiving any of the recommended treatments, but I'm very glad that I decided to try them out. Working with the advisor, Levi, we came up with what I feel was/is a very manageable and effective plan to address the initial concerns that brought me into the office. After just a few treatments in my planned series of acid peels, which thankfully don't actually peel (they can explain that all to you, but it's great) I'm seeing highly noticeable results. As far as the facility location, office appearance and cleanliness, staff, communication . . . ThrIVe gets a solid five stars from me.

I was feeling run down after having Covid and went in for a immune boost IV drip, after I instantly felt a bit better and the next day I was back to 80%. Definitely worth it in my opinion to get back to feeling yourself faster. The staff were absolutely incredible. The facility is new and kept very well cleaned.

We made appts here early in the week for our Covid tests to return home. We had excellent, efficient and friendly service from Mikel. It's very clean! Highly recommend for the test or for other treatments - iv's, Botox etc.

We went to Thrive for a rapid antigen test needed for travel. The staff was professional, gentle, and kind. Our results came back quickly, overall very positive experience!

This place is your one stop aesthetic shop while in PV. There are so many treatments available that you will want to try them all. Currently doing the fat burning enzymes treatment with Levi for my abdominal area. The results are great so far. The clinic is clean and the staff are very welcoming. Have already recommended to several friends back home to visit while they are in town. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing what's new next time I visit.

I have had such wonderful experiences at ThrIVe. I go there for my botox needs and for an IV here and there. The staff is professional and they make sure I am 100% content with each treatment I receive. I would highly recommend ThrIVe- and urge you to go give your skin the care it deserves.

I can't believe I stumbled into this wonderful establishment. After hurricane Lidia, they were opened with a positive attitude. I went in for an iv hydrating pack But got so much more. My phone was at zero, I was allowed to recharge it with relief! I finally was able to connect with my family because the owner made sure I connected with them. They have added a beautiful extension to to their business with services I can't wait to try. I just can't tell or believe the impeccable service I got from everyone and much more!

One of the best experiences by far with excellent customer service. Always get my vitamin infusion when I get there and before I leave helps me tremendously. Very nice, relaxing environment. The staff are warm, welcoming and understanding of your aesthetic needs. The prices are great. I had filler done in my chin and nurse practitioner Levi was so good in explaining the procedure and making me feel relaxed as he performed the injections. I highly recommend Thrive Medspa.

This place was amazing! The customer service was above some beyond. This is my first time receiving drip and I was very pleased. They took time to explain the different options and had small things like snacks and blankets to ensure your comfort. What impressed me the most is how willing they were to help with our next adventure. We were interested in riding ATV’s and he not only researched the place for us, but reached to get us more information. All the additional help was nothing that would directly benefit them. I love a company that values customer service and THRIVE did just that.

Was looking for IV hydration spots in the area and we're so glad to have found ThrIVe! Got to meet Mikel (CEO) and Paulina was our nurse who are so awesome and down-to-earth. They cater to your needs and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The clinic is clean and well-maintained and would be able to take in multiple clients at a time. All 4 of us in our group got the IV Immune Shield. I liked the transparency of disclosing the prices, ingredients and dosages when booking--you know exactly what you're getting. That being said, we'll definitely be coming back!

Excellent staff and service, their main competitor offers a bit of a more private and upscale experience but here you get great prices, the staff explain to you carefully what each item is. If you’ve never had a vitamin treatment please go give it a try, I was amazed! I met the owner briefly and he was very nice, but there is a California born Mexican who seems to run the day to day, tall, dark skin and hair, fit, he’s really great at talking you through benefits or evaluating what you need.

Thank you to the owner who got back to us after a complication with receiving the COVID test. He ensured that we got it after much difficulty. Do not have them email you the results— pick it up in person. It should be ready after 30 minutes like the nurse said. We had a problem with the system that is why we say to pick it up in person as soon as you can.

I love ThrIVe! The owner, Mikel is the best! The staff is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I get my weekly B-12 shot here. I also go in for an IV drip whenever I am feeling fatigue or had too much fun the night before. I always feel great after those and it totally brings me back to life. Levi, their amazing aesthetician has tremendously helped my TMJ with botox and has made my skin look flawless with the micro needling and BB lips! I always get compliments on the lips. Thank you ThrIVe for always making it a great experience!

Disclaimer: I never write reviews on-line I vacationed in PV last week. I was in need of a Botox touch up, so I made an appointment at ThrIVe. The location was perfect. The service was excellent and Levi was incredible. The results (and price) were great. If you’re in PV and looking for a professional clean environment to have a service, I highly recommend ThrIVe!

These guys are WONDERFUL! Spotless spa, and brilliant results! They even accommodated a last minute schedule change due to an incoming hurricane. We will be coming back from the USA regularly for our Botox/fillers. The prices are fabulous and Levi is a perfectionist, I wish I could leave a 10 star review!!!

Levi is on another level of amazing. He is so professional but also so kind and personable. He makes sure you talk through your desires and delivers them perfectly. Visited Thrive IV & MedSpa and had an outstanding experience! The staff is amazing, the owner is friendly, and it's a fantastic way to stay hydrated while traveling with their IV treatments. I’m immunocompromised and got the stomach flu while visiting so needless to say I was feeling really unwell. Mikel and Alejandro took such good care of me. Got the immune boost and felt better almost immediately!! The place was very clean and conversation was great. Definitely would recommend!

My recent experience at Thrive PV with Levi was exceptional! He is welcoming and made me feel relaxed and calm right away while also being professional. Most procedures are scary the first time but his calm voice and reassurance made me feel instantly at ease. I highly recommend Levi and Thrive and will be back! Mikel at the front desk was also exceptionally friendly and gave me some additional advice about PV which was super helpful!

Felt so relieved from the moment I walked in the door. Was greeted so kindly and the nurses/staff were so nice. The air conditioning along with the IV hydration which included vitamins and anti nausea medication and an anti inflammatory had me quickly feeling like myself again. I only wish I did this sooner and not on the last day of my trip but I’m relieved I’ll be feeling better especially for my flight home. It is worth every penny. Thank you!

Best Botox experience I’ve ever had! Levi is amazing. I’m an actor and need to be expressive but at the same time I want the crows feet and forehead wrinkles gone. Levi was able to achieve both. Over the past 6 months I have come to rely on ThrIVe for both my facials as well as monthly b-12 injections. The staff are unbelievably helpful and professional. Levi has amazing skill as an aesthetician and the light facials have helped me look & feel refreshed. Highly recommended for a respite from your daily routine.

As a singer, my vocal health is important to me. After waking and feeling unwell on the day of my show, I decided to give this place a shot. I’ve never had any sort of IV treatment before.
