As department stores and banks go, there are good ones and some real dogs. This location is a great one. Beautiful new store with a highly trained staff that is attentive and not playing with rubber bands and selling phones under the table like another location l won't mention in Colonia Centro off Calle Libertad. Like all stores this has the built in Banco Azteca with ample cashier windows which saves a lot if time with the huge number of wire transfers Elektra processes.

Great place to buy your electronics, furniture and car accessories can't forget motorcycles. I have spent many hours walking through their stores, they have various locations. They are open 365 days out of the year, there is also a bank for your convenience. They offer money exchange, just don't forget your passport.

Apart from always having a lack of tellers, thus making you wait in line for at least 30 minutes, it's ok. Gotta love the new normal.. Businesses must be doing well only having to pay half staff. Who cares about the customer having to wait.

Clean and neat store, except bathrooms were closed. Good service but could be improved with more tellers... Waiting time in line was 40 min.😏

They don't grant their advertisements and promotions!! I have been trying to buy a motorcycle and 2 AC units and it was impossible to do it online. I came to the store to try to buy these items here and it was the same thing. What an awful experience!!, the sales guy who tried to help me was very sweet but his manager was incompetent unable to provide me and other customers with any solutions, not even an apology. They make you believe that they are the best price in the market but it is not true.

Well I went to azteca bank teller said I gave her the wrong number. I didnt. Another cashier came and he put in the number I gave and it was correct.

Always long lines for any service, even paying in cash..

Great A/C - Great sales throughout the year. Bank upstairs open 9am-9pm M-Sun ATM available 24hrs and is well light, secure, and fee to withdrawal from US Banks is only 34.00 pesos.

Went to buy a scooter, staff was helpful, but apparently you cannot buy a scooter and get it plated without an electricity invoice, in order to prove where you live... Strange requirements...
