Worst service ever. The barrister gave my friend her drink and we were basically standing there in front of him waiting for my caramel frap. He started it and decided to make the next 2 similar drinks that were behind us. He completely forgot to finish my drink as it sat under the expresso machine. I decided to just tap out and ask for a refund. I ended up with a 50 Pesos note and 40 Pesos in.50 coins. Haha. I'm never going back. No star bucks. Crappie services expensive price. I tipped too

This is a busy Starbucks but the staff isn’t properly trained. It’s the closest to where we are staying, the bay view Grand, so we’ve been a couple of times. They are rude, rushed and as a result they do not take the orders properly. No doubt that with good training they can be great as most other Starbucks are, but as they are they just don’t cut it.

The food and drinks are normal for a Starbucks, that is to say, they are very good while being a bit pricey. However, the people who work there are really nice and accommodating. Above and beyond that, is that this is the only really comfortable place to sit quietly and enjoy the atmosphere at La Isla without being in the stifling heat or weather. Big windows show the lovely landscaping and the location is next to some of the more special landscapes at this outdoor mall.

Grilled cheese sandwiches and Chai Latte tea were nice treats. This is a busy café. They have a shaded outdoor area to relax and people-watch. Free Wi-Fi

Rather out of the way near the back of the Mall which helped the wait time for your order to be made. Rather pricey but in a high rent area. Lots of seating both inside and out.

Mexico's starbucks don't taste the same as other countries, but I guess it's ok. There are better coffee options but the atmosphere is the same as everywhere. At this particular place, staff is very nice.

I normally love the service at Starbucks but in this particular occasion "Abi" was not in the mood for serving people Her attitude has nothing to do with Starbucks standard's

I visited this Starbucks like 3 days ago and I really liked it. I really like the location because it looks like it is secluded and next to the river so in the case you are wanting to go with a friend and have a coffee an a wonderful chat this is a nice place to do or if you are doing work in your computer the outside patio furniture is ideal. The staff was very friendly they were very kind. I requested them to change a cheese cake for a carrot cake and they did it and still were very nice. I will be coming back with my friend!

I consistently get poor service here. I keep thinking maybe I just had bad luck. But now I think the workers are poor. Today I am waiting to order and several workers are running around. Then an Uber guy (or maybe some guy from a work group in La Isla, who knows) comes behind me and two workers chat with him, laugh, and take his order while I wait. I finally order then I sit and wait for my sandwich. Meanwhile the other guy from behind me got a whole bunch of food and drink before I got my one sandwich. I am sure they will come up with some reason for taking his large order before helping me. I just think it was rude to help friends first when I was there before him. And they gave me my food in a take out bag. They don’t even pay attention that I was eating there not taking out.
