First impressions, looks very nice. I would avoid. Rude waiting staff. No interest in serving you and everything is on thier terms and time. We wanted to order more but decided against it so our total bill came to €4. We gave a larger note and the waiter never returned with change and assumed a large tip Happy to tip always but was just assumed. Avoid if you can

Location in the heart of the Puerto de la Cruz Boardwalk. A very large restaurant with many choices of food. Seafood, steaks, breakfasts Beer, cocktails and wine The food was very good, The service is unprofessional. Great and beautiful salad. Phelan was frozen. Tasty garlic bread

Beautiful place, but the service is absolutely terrible. There were at least 5 waiters that were just chatting / doing nothing and didn’t want to take care about their visitors. To get 2 cakes and 2 drinks we waited 30+ minutes - this is absurd.. Furthermore, to access toilet you need a code, that you can try to get from waiters, but they are never there.. The food is quite medium, nothing too special Don’t recommend it..

The savoury food was so so. The French omelette was perfectly cooked. The lasagna was too sour because of too much tomato. The carbonara and bolognese were so so. Not keen on their hot chocolate. We tasted so many desserts and different pastries. There were only two desserts worth having: puffy cheese pastry and chocolate mouse. The rest was not worth every penny. Service, depends on who is on duty. Again, the majority speak Spanish with the struggle to understand English. One afternoon, the woman attending the pastry could barely speak in English and was rude. She was surprised why we ordered so many desserts and then assumed it was for takeaway. She told us off for not telling her ahead of time. So we had to ask for a manager. Her colleague managed to de-escalate the situation and apologise on her behalf. We understand this is a Spanish country but advertising tourism to countries which speak English and staff mostly struggle to speak English nor understand it, is a disastrous hospitality. Wifi is limited to one device for 1 hour only.

Nice place to take coffe or some cake. Centraly located on Martianez promenade. Music every evening. Nice personal.

Beautiful restaurant with a fantastic range of desserts! The restaurant has menus in English, German, French, and Spanish. The staff were also very accommodating. The location of the restaurant is great, on the high street in Puerto, with views of the sea.

We couldn't resist a daily stop off. The beer is good, the snacks are reasonably priced. The ice cream dishes are amazing. Also, don't miss out on the excellent cake range available on the inside counter.

Took my mother for Mother’s Day. She enjoyed it. We had the prawn sandwich, the jamon, cheese and salmon bruschettas. The Banana Nana mock tail was very tasty. Great value for money. Friendly and quick staff. 🙂

Great service Reasonably priced. Stopped here for lunch. Staff friendly and helpful. Food reasonably priced. Dessert menu changes daily and freshly made.. Good quality and portions. Decor fabulous.. Ideal for a romantic meal! Highly recommended

We thought the place looked so pretty so we wanted to try it out. We tried to get help but was ignored. We took menues ourself and picked a table. The server walked passed us many times without even saying "hello i'll help you in a while" or something like that. It really felt like we were not welcomed there. When we were almost about to leave she came and we asked about their gluten free options but since they had such a small kitchen they did not have that. Since we could not eat there i cant say anything about the food but the experiance of the service was so bad sadly.

Came here on recommendations from Google Maps and reading good reviews but will definitely swerve for the rest of our holiday!! As previous reviews have stated, make sure you allow a lot of time for your visit here as there is no rush about them !!! The waiter was like a different man to the local Spanish people sat next to us and the food was luke warm! Definitely a disappointment!!!!!

Specific atmosphere - the design is original, interior has a great climate. Barraquito was good but we’ve drunk better. We got the receipt at the same time as drinks, and we felt like we should drink our coffe, pay and leave as soon as possible. Heard a lot of good opinions about this place, but the reality was rather dissapointing. Probably it looks much better in the evening

Nice, feel-good café. Nothing exceptional regarding taste but quite satisfactory nonetheless. Perfect for afternoon coffee, lunch or a beer outside whilst watching tourists passing by all accompanied by a quiet jazzy music in the background. Would come back.

Beautiful view watching the world go by while I ate my meal. Fun comfortable environment. Food starters garlic bread, mains grilled giant prawns. White wine ( san valentìn) Irish coffee for dessert. The waiter was very attentive and friendly Very much enjoyed and will revisit again

Service can be slow but it is a great place to people watch and catch the sun going down.

Sat down after briefly walking through the menu at front, sat down, the waiter gives us the drinks menu and we ask for a couple of minutes to browse, all waiters were short and not very pleasing to ask questions because there was no explanation what so ever. When we asked if there was something particular the waiter answered with a negative reply, when we asked two more questions the waiter mumbled to herself ' ah dios mio' which in Spanish is oh dear lord. This is not customer service especially at a classy restaurant. Disappointing in many ways. Beverages were decent and the tart was OK. Would not recommend.

Lovely decorated with "Paris" theme and looks a bit like a dollhouse, this place is great for a tea or two. Service is friendly and the desserts are delicious.

This is a great cake to enjoy a meal or cake and coffee it’s incredible detailed inside and resembles a old French feel . This place I believe would have a great afternoon atmosphere. Myself and family had cake hear and it was both affordable and delicious.

Nice restaurant near crowded seaside promenade. Good non-alkoholic drinks (haven't try anything else).
