After 3 years I now have to give a review for this great doctor. I always enjoy being there, Dr. Storck is very competent, listens, takes his time and is happy to explain. You feel like you are in good hands and that you are taken seriously as a patient. Also one of the few doctors in Cologne with REALLY NICE and competent consultation assistants!

The best family doctor!! There really are still doctors with passion - that's how Dr. Storck - no matter how full the waiting room is - he takes the time - and I have known him for over 20 years! Respect ✊

Dr. Storck has been my family doctor for 4 years and I am always very satisfied. You can get an appointment at short notice if you have acute problems. Dr. Storck is very friendly, takes his time and listens. You feel like your health problems are taken seriously and that you are in good hands.

Since I was going on a trip to Asia, I made an appointment for advice about travel vaccinations a few months before the start of the trip. The Dr. prescribed some vaccinations, so far everything went well. A few weeks before the start of my trip, I saw on the Foreign Office website that I was missing an important vaccination for my trip and immediately made another appointment. The doctor said that the vaccination would definitely make sense for my trip. However, since he had forgotten to recommend the vaccination to me at the first appointment, everything had to happen quickly. I got the first vaccination straight away and I was supposed to get the second one a few days before my departure (the doctor knew the departure date and there were only about 3 weeks until the trip). As always, the doctor kept the second vaccination dose in his practice and said I could simply come for the second vaccination without an appointment. Today, as agreed, I am standing in front of the practice a few days before departure and it is closed for 3 weeks. The vaccination dose is in the locked practice and no one was able to tell me (about 2 weeks ago) that the practice was closed for 3 weeks during the period in which the second vaccination appointment was arranged? Conclusion: I have to pay the expensive vaccination dose a second time, which is not covered by my health insurance.

A great doctor and person with a great team! You couldn't ask for a better family doctor and I hope he continues to practice for a long time!

I have been a patient of Dr Storck for a very long time because of the reliable and, above all, quick diagnoses. Nice old school atmosphere in the practice, the nurses are also very nice. Only recommended!

First of all: I am not a patient here, so I was aware that I had to expect to be turned away. So I can't rate the doctor and am giving 3 stars so as not to put too much strain on the otherwise positive feedback. My review is based on a phone call with the receptionist. Rarely have I been met with such disrespectful unfriendliness. I called with acute pain in the chest and heart area and was hoping for an appointment in the next few days. From the first second I was shouted at, wasn't allowed to finish a single sentence and was continually interrupted. My respect and gratitude goes out to all people who now (and always will) work in the medical field and I am aware that when there is stress there is not always time for kindness. Nevertheless, I find it regrettable that one is treated so unkindly in a sensitive situation.

I was there because I had complaints and my family doctor was on vacation. Since then I have changed my family doctor and have been seeing Dr. Martin Storck stayed. I have rarely met a doctor with such passion. He takes his time and explains everything. I'm very glad that doctors like this still exist! Many thanks and respect to Dr. Martin Storck.
