The best family doctor's office I've ever been to. The employees are friendly, but more importantly, Ms. Park is a very good doctor. Ms. Park diagnosed me with an illness that my old family doctor couldn't diagnose and attributed my symptoms to something else without initiating the correct examination. We can only recommend this practice.

Super friendly. Unfortunately, I was given an incorrect diagnosis. What were the consequences for me and those around me because I infected many people with scabies and she said that I didn't have it.

I have never in my life seen a super nice, friendly, warm-hearted and professional doctor like Doctor Park. She takes my health problems seriously and only gives useful tips. She treats her patients with heart and mind. I would even give it 10 stars if I could. Unfortunately, I have had to change family doctors so many times in my life, but since I have been treated by Ms. Docktor Park, I no longer want to go anywhere else, because she is and will always be my very best family doctor! I took my Mom to this clinic today, the reception person was very kind and helpful. I don't know German and internet was not working inside to translate in my phone. She was very kind to help me to fill the form. Then we visited the doctor, even though we had the language barrier.. Doctor very patiently checked my Mom and tried to understand the problem.. She was very cool. Totally it was a positive experience..

Eine Ärztin die sich Zeit für Ihre Patient*innen nimmt! Auch fachlich wirklich super und nur zu empfehlen. Die MFA’s sind auch sehr nett und durch das Terminbuchungstool ist die Praxis nie überlaufen. Ich bin sehr froh eine tolle Hausärztin in Köln gefunden zu haben.

Miss Dr. Park is very friendly, but the ladies at reception are a reason for me not to go to the practice again. It is a disgrace to whisper about patients and their prescriptions and to do so with the waiting room door open. It wasn't the first time that the ladies had interfered in matters or even barged into the treatment room. I have never experienced such poor behavior from a doctor before. I wish Dr. Park that she finds a decent team that doesn't act like Dr. Park employed by YOU.

Ms. Park is actually a nice doctor, but I won't go here again. I was turned away when I was sick because it was probably too busy that day. I should try another doctor. There was no sick note for my employer either. Luckily, I found another practice that issued me an AU without any hassle! In the practice there, all the employees were shocked by the behavior in the Park practice...I won't go there anymore

After various visits to the doctor (family doctor, dermatologist, “celebrity” internist) and nothing unusual, I went to Dr. Dr. via Doctolib due to sudden swelling in individual fingers. Soon bumped. To be honest, I only ended up with her because she had the next available appointment. She immediately suspected: gluten intolerance. Shortly after I changed my diet, the symptoms went away. Since then she has been my first point of contact and I trust her 100%! Thanks again, the other side effects (better skin appearance, no feeling of fullness, etc.) are fantastic.

Simply the competent and emphatic doctor. We recommend. She takes her time and takes all concerns seriously. The medical assistants are also super helpful and friendly. I feel very comfortable here.
