In my opinion, the price for the teeth cleaning is too high (duration less than 45 minutes, the specialist also left the room several times). Further billing items were integrated into the dental cleaning without clear agreement. Danger! The practice regularly uses legal advice to have negative reviews deleted on a regular basis.

The doctor who treated me seemed quite competent, but was hardly empathetic. He tried to “reprimand” me because of the condition of my teeth and as if I didn’t know that the general condition was not good and that action was needed, he treated me condescendingly. Uncool and also completely mean...

I have been going to this dentist for several years now. An absolutely recommendable team for both preventive examinations and treatment or teeth cleaning! Dr. Hufnagel responds sensitively to questions and concerns and has carried out all previous treatments (whether crowns, caries or root canal treatment) without any problems afterwards and with very good information in the preparation. Very modern, friendly and competent! Appointment bookings are now even possible online!

So far I have only had prophylactic appointments, including periodontitis treatment and check-ups with Dr. Kariger. I've actually had my teeth cleaned professionally many times, but I'm always impressed by the professional expertise and execution. I would also like to highlight the appointment reminder, e.g. via SMS, great!! A thank you to the super friendly team.

I was there on February 11th. in the dental emergency practice in Düsseldorf ev. Hospital and was treated by Dr. Kariger. Mr. Dr. Kariger was very friendly, explained everything to me and took the time I needed. Unfortunately the tooth had to come out. Despite everything, thanks to him and the very friendly and lovely assistant who worked with him.

I visited this practice for the first time in March for professional teeth cleaning. At this appointment, I was recommended Invisalign (transparent teeth aligners) treatment to straighten my teeth. I started treatment in June and finished it today. I'm super excited about the great result. I am very grateful for the professionalism and competent advice of the doctor Hufnagel. The friendly reception staff radiate competence, trust and security. As a patient, I am also very satisfied with the appointment booking process. A very competent team. I have been receiving treatment for years and am also a patient with anxiety. People treat you very sensitively here. Any questions are answered and always explained very well. Appointments are great to arrange with little waiting time. Great practice. Modern furnishings, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. I was treated by Ms. Blath and felt very comfortable. She was very friendly, took her time and took my concerns seriously. During the treatment she repeatedly asked about my well-being, which I noticed positively. Even as a statutory health insurance patient, I never had the feeling that I was being sold overpriced services. Highly Recommended.
