There were inconsistencies in the billing for a treatment that my health insurance company pointed out to me. I first tried to clarify this personally with Mr. Poth. Unfortunately unsuccessful, as this type of treatment "[...]would be expensive" (Poth quote). Unwilling to let this statement stand, I contacted a neutral arbitration board. Mr. Poth took his time until he finally responded. This office agreed with me and arranged for a refund of the fee paid. I received neither an apology for the late clarification, nor did I receive a replacement for my splint, which had already broken after six months. This dentist cannot be recommended either personally or professionally. Hence one star.

The dentist Ms. Truong is very experienced and knowledgeable, she helped me very well with my problem and also answered all of my questions in detail. The practice is modern and very clean, which gives a good feeling of hygiene. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless my treatment was and how quickly I recovered afterwards. I had three wisdom teeth pulled in one appointment. I was very nervous beforehand and was really afraid of pain. Dr. Poth took these concerns very seriously and pulled the teeth really painlessly. I didn't have any significant pain or swelling afterwards either. Anytime again would be an exaggeration 🙃 But I don't think you can find it any better.
