I go here almost everyday, kindest employees and the best food and drinks! They have the most amazing gluten free treats, it never disappoints! My friends, family and pupper absolutely love this place! It’s a must!!!

I ended up getting like a lemon cake and a shark attack. I dined in which was so nice chilling inside this early. Love the vibes and the very friendly staff. Not to mention coffee and pastries are delicious!

My dog was obsessed with the pupcake he got. The service was amazing and kind. And my friend loved their hot chocolate. If you want to bring your dog somewhere to have fun while studying or just hanging out with your dog, a friend, or both, you should go to Pups & Cups Cafe!

Really enjoyed visiting this shop. Welcomed when I came in and ordered a s'more coffee and asked if they had anything gluten-free. They had many choices and I went with banana bread with a cream cheese ribbon. Yummy! Met a dog in the fenced off area. Saw a stack of board games and wished this place was in Spokane!

Really cozy themed cafe! Love that there was a subtle Harry Potter vibe mixed in, with some decorations and drink names. We enjoyed their seasonal breakfast panini and playing some games at the table.

This has got the best coffee and vibe in downtown Pullman. It’s one of the best places to meet up with friends and chat or play games while you enjoy the laid back and hip atmosphere and unique, well-balanced drinks and food. I feel like it’s accessible to both locals and the college community too.

My daughter’s and I absolutely love this coffee place. I am lactose intolerant and they make my drink correctly. It’s wonderful to find a place that not only makes delicious coffee but correctly. I love that it is not only Dog friendly but also Cat friendly. The children love buying muffins from them.

What a wonderful place for pet owners AND college students who miss their pets! It makes my heart happy to walk in and see all the puppies (and a kitty too sometimes) sitting with their owners while they are on laptops or visiting with friends. The food offerings are delicious and my mocha is made to perfection every time. There is an indoor dog run in the back where you can let your pets off leash to play with other dogs or with any of the several dog toys in the doggie toy box they have out. If your dog isn't friendly with other dogs you can still sit in the front part of the cafe or wait until the run is empty. What a fun place!

Me and my doggies absolutely love Pups & Cups Cafe so much! Anytime I'm in Pullman I hit it up. It's such a fantastic concept, I get to enjoy excellent coffee & charcuterie while my dogs get to play with other puppers. Speaking of the charcuterie, it's all locally sourced, delicious, and reasonably priced for all the different tiers. For the charcuterie for 1 ("The Local" which is only $8.50 and serves at least 2 in my family), the oil & vinegar comes from Ampersand in Moscow, the cheese is Cougar Gold from WSU, the sausage is South Fork Meats, all served with a fresh sliced baguette. They also have dog treats, sandwiches, burritos and baked goods, but I'm in love with charcuterie so usually that's what I stick with. In addition to the seperate enclosed dog area with tables, they also have a regular seating area with board games, books, and comfy couches. I genuinely wish more cafes were like this one.

Such a fun place to get beverages and play with your dog! Typically everyone is very friendly there too! They have an off leash section for dogs to run around and play which is a huge bonus to their already delicious drinks and food.

My family and I love pups and cups because we were SO taken care of. My wife and her family are gluten free, and they went above and beyond to take care of our needs, and served us a delicious breakfast. Expect yummy paninis, and good coffee. Shout out to Quincy the cook, he checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were doing okay, and surprised us with a delicious strawberry crumble that was on the house.

This is my WSU student's favorite place in Pullman. We were here the Tuesday before Thanksgiving just before closing. My phone dropped out of my pocket and I didn't notice until a couple of hours later. We knew though, that Pups was connected to Grander Goods so we went in there and the person at the Poke bar reached out to a manager from Pups. The manager came down and opened up to get my phone. Wow, fabulous service. All involved were great. Thank you again.

Nice little place that caters to humans and their furry friends. Lucky and I were greeted by two nice ladies. Of course the #1 priority was giving him a “Pup Cup” which he thoroughly enjoyed. Then it was on to the humans order 😃 I chatted a bit about the menu options and learned what white coffee was and had to try it. Took the “Golden Retriever” drink back to the off-leash area to hang out. I was very delighted with how tasty the drink was and happy I tried it. Overall this is a great place to lounge, sip and hang with your pup.

I've been bringing my dog to Pups $ Cups Cafe for the past year and a half at least 3-4 times per week. Over this course of time I've been fortunate enough to get to know the owner and associated staff. I'm always greeted with a smile and my dog gets a pupaccino. Not only do they make great coffee, pastries, breakfast and sandwiches BUT they have created a unique environment where people with dogs feel safe and comfortable. I've never once had a bad experience here and I sure will miss Pups & Cups when I leave.

Super cute, cozy place! I wish we had our pup! The panini and breakfast burrito were excellent! Definitely a good place to stumble into!

Love Pups and Cups. They have such careful and caring staff and a set of lax but enforced rules for the doggos. Their staff are trained to deal with difficult situations and also, how to make a great cup of coffee. A must visit place in Pullman!

P&C is a great gem here in Pullman. Caffeine and booze plus amazing food for your craving. Then you add dogs to the mix? I love this place. I fully recommend the new waffles (the savory ones are *chiefs kiss*) add a good London fog or chi latte. Hang out with friends while my dog makes new friends. This is my getaway place for relaxing and my entire family can let out some energy. Don't have a dog? That's ok. Alot of people who have dogs there will let you grab doggo cuddle. Teemo is always up for a good cuddle session.(always ask first though) and don't forget pupcakes for those extra special treat days!

So happy to have found this place!! We were taking my son to college and had our 2 pugs with us. With it being in the 90s outside, we didn't want to leave the dogs outside. This place has a dog park area inside where we could eat breakfast/lunch and the dogs got their own puppy cupcakes. Coffee was a little cold, but the biscuits and gravy was amazing (though my daughter and I ate it before we got a pic) the sandwiches are good too, but maybe not for picky eaters (my other daughter wasn't a huge fan). The off leash area also had dog toys and water. I will also add that the staff was super nice, and we will be back whenever we are in Pullman!

Pups & Cups is hands down the best café in Pullman. You can't beat the coffee, the food, or the atmosphere. Really everything on their menu is delicious, scrumptious, or dog gone amazing. You can being your dog, you can bring your cat, heck, you can even bring your significant other. Don't pass this gem up, you'll regret it.

Rare do I write reviews but this place was so exceptional I felt it was only fair to return the amazing service, food, and drinks. My experience started with an uber driver not picking up my drink even after trying to be stopped after the Baristat noticed he failed to pick up the drink that was clearly on the ticket and table. I called and asked (since I could not get a refund on uber considering it was a "promo" item) if he could refrigerate the drink so I could pick up later. He instead offered to remake not 1, but 2 drinks if I came in, going above and beyond to help me out. The sandwich and baked goods were excellent (not often do you see good gluten-free baked goods anywhere), but when I got the drinks were exceptional (Something I rarely see in any coffee shop, anywhere, despite many speciality places charging crazy prices for artisan coffee that comes no where near to the bare minimum standard you would expect). Raised in a household with very high coffee standards (WA coffee snobs) the latte (pumpkin spice) was made to the upmost highest degree from a Barista who clearly cared about and possessed knowledge for making the perfect cup. From exceptionally sourced coffee beans to the way it was brewed/made to perfection. It was hot but not scolding, the coffee was flavorful but not bitter (shot pulled/timed perfectly), the pumpkin flavor was delicious and also not too sweet, and the service and was extremely fast for a solo person handling many orders. He even remembered that I liked oat milk from hours ago. Plus they're were alot of amazing and friendly dogs in people which made the experience even more enjoyable. Pups n Cups is the epitome of the golden standard all cafes should look up to. I could not recommend more

I'm not normally one to write out reviews of places, but this place was great. While I didn't sit in, if I had the time this would be a place that I would love to sit and eat and I will be bringing my friends when they come to visit. I loved the interior and the decorations. The man at the register was kind and while I didn't interact much because I was a quick in and out takeout order, I did see him interacting with the people in front of me and he was nothing less than welcoming. I visited today around 4PM if that helps him get some recognition for being kind and welcoming. I got the chicken bacon labneh and was at first a little hesitant of the price compared to the photos, but I am glad I took the chance on it because it was soooo good. It's a little thin, but something I will absolutely pay the asking price for when I visit again. I also got an iced mocha, something I'm pretty particular about and while it was a little more bitter than what I usually go for with my mochas, it is my favorite one that I've found in Pullman and only a dollar or so more than where I usually buy for the same size and far cheaper at 6 dollars than what I've seen a lot of other places charge. I would have added some photos, but I ended up eating my sandwich pretty quickly because it was that good. The only downside is the parking that the city of Pullman has, which isn't the businesses fault at all. Luckily I was able to find a spot right out front, but it is something to be aware of if you want to visit, that you may need to leave a little early to find parking. There are some free lots and a paid parking garage nearby, however.
