    At 5pm you cant offer services Because you close at 6? Very unfair. Ati " even the lab people have closed ". A very dissapointed customer . In addition, your reception sucks!! Any reception should be warm and welcoming .You need to style up coz your attitude dont match the facilities mission.

    The worst reception service ever experienced in a clinic. From issues with system performance to sitting for 5 hours without being attended to . Instead of just telling me to come another day

    Very very rude receptionist. I needed to do a simple test . She’s like being forced to be there . Just walked out . Need to improve on your services .

    Its very sad to say this but the staff in bliss in town next to standard chartered back on moi avenue are the most unprofessional.Its where the staff play in the reception and not give attention to client.I wanted my wife to have an ultrasound and was directed to one guy called Evans Oduol Oduol.who will ask you live to pay him the ultra sound money and not pay to the cashier or whoever involved.he will even negotiate so you ca n pay less than the 900 so long as you pay him.he gave us results and he said all was okay later my wife started feeling pain and boom immediate miscarriage.Its so unfortunate from the corrupt staff to badly done job of scans that are not accurate goes on in Bliss,So disappointed and soon will be suing the hospital after my wife health is stable

    Very slow, unprofessional and poor customer service. 1. The phone service was not working and getting there at 5, the optician had left already. Said they'd call the next day, nothing. 2. Went to collect specs today at 2 and I've been waiting for ages coz there is no one to attend. Style up Bliss!!! Respect people's time and do something about the numerous complaints!!!

    Very slow. I always take an hour before I get attended at the reception. Another 30_1hr to get called by the nurse even if you are the first person always waiting for nothing. All they do is keep telling you their names after waiting there for hours. Very poor services. I would not recommend if you have another option.

    Bunch of rude, hopeless, slow staff except the imaging girl. Kindly choose other Bliss facility for value of your money and time. BLISS collage hs NOTE THAT IS NOT A RECREATIONAL CENTER we wish not to visit and waste our time there...

    Worst hospital ever. You made me wait for over 2 hours just to be seen by the doctor. I complained to the receptionist that the patients who came after me were being treated by the doctor. She claimed to have soughted it out but it continued happening. Upon being seen by the doctor he kept giving flimsy excuses 😒 that he mistook my name for another patient. I still had to wait for over 1 hour for my details to be processed so as for me to receive medication. What a waste of my day

    Paid a visit to the clinic after took a tumble on a wet floor in my office building and hurt my leg. It was the 3rd facility I visited looking for an X-Ray Machine in CBD. I was promptly attended to by the radiologist and thankfully scan revealed no pelvic fracture. The MO was quite amiable and also administered a jab for the pain. Got my meds and actually walked out of the clinic because the pain had subsided. All the staff were kind and welcoming right from the front desk. Thank you ever so much and keep up the good work people!

    Worst customer service. Had to wait for almost two hours to get attended to. No long queue but you wait for ages to get the services.
