😠 I think I was in the wrong place .if this is what we called an hospital, you better die at home.The so called Dr. ,takes blood to a lab after one minute she back with a fabble report 'you have ...add me another 2000 for drugs.' No receipt, no records of what you were tested.you have an NHIF...

😠 At 5pm you cant offer services Because you close at 6? Very unfair. Ati " even the lab people have closed ". A very dissapointed customer . In addition, your reception sucks!! Any reception should be warm and welcoming .You need to style up coz your attitude dont match the facilities mission.

😠 Second time I have come here on a Sunday and the staff are never there it says open at 10.00 and by 10.15 no one is at the hospital, a lady has just walked to AAR honestly it's just wrong no doctor, no nurse just a rude man with earphones on saying hawajakuja,is this hospital serious if it was a one...

😠 Very poor PR. Consider training your employees on how to deal with patients. We are your clients and without us you are nothing. The woman at the optical department should just go and learn Public Relations from square zero. Very annoying.

😠 I highly recommend going to any other Aga khan location before Valley Arcade. The wait times are insane, not because its busy but because they take too long to serve one person. A hospital that lacks the sense of urgency. Very disappointing in general.

😠 Terrible services especially the reception, I've been waiting for a whole hour without being attended to until I asked that's when they followed up, was there for 3hours! Never going back. Hate it
