Not a society for bachelors, they have problem with the mere existence of a bachelor in their society. We got kicked out because one of our friend (who was a girl but really like family) was not allowed to enter because I don’t know what they think will happen that will pollute the environment. The place is definitely living in 19th century and this thinking should be scraped, it’s just wrong at so many levels.

A quiet neat housing society in Viman Nagar. Seems to be well managed and cosmopolitan in nature. Has a centre garden swimming pool and a gym alomg with a society office. A pleasant lady is the secretary and a gentleman the chairman- was all the people I could observe and interact.. society had id cards and stickers for cars and looked well managed. Rent for a 2- 3 bed apartment must be around 20000 to 35000

This is a good housing society, well maintained although quite old. It was built around the year 2000. The buildings have a lot of seepage issues and the elevators are very old and malfunction very often. The advantage is its location

I have lived in this society as a tenant for more than 2 years now, below is the honest review - Pros - Quite, calm place with decent green cover. Guards are mostly good, this society earlier used mygate and now uses nobrokerhood for approval of visitors entry to the society. Decent parking space available. Flats are huge when compared to current size, I lived in 3BHK duplex flat withh family (carpet size around 1800 sq ft). Cons - Society does not treat tenants well, we were not added to the society whatsapp group which had updates regarding water cuts and electricity cuts even after multiple requests. For a very long time, no maintenance activity was undertaken as the society did not have an AGM, and election for chairman and secretary were delayed, this led to many basic things being delayed, for e.g. we wanted to upgrade to Airtel optic fiber due to multiple disruptions in wifi connection and we were all working from home, but since AGM was delayed, society was not able to approve the upgrade for almost a year. Most of the people in the society are rude and snobbish, (typical ultra and uber rich mentality and behaviour of owning the entire world), thus we avoided mingling with them.

Nice society in a prime area

Ganga nebula society is costly ,well and clean society, in society garden and gym some sports have but here people and guards they are not talking well 🤑🤑

A nice place to nest in with ample space for a park and swimming pool. The society itself is so structured and built with good infra and is also within 2km to Pune Airport. It is having a good locality and many shop nearby.

Great place. Good scenic beauty. The society has a garden/playground in the centre. Spacious flats in the vicinity. Rates are high as the society is in one of the prime locations of pune. It is also quite near to the airport.
