I've
been
a
member
of
this
gym
for
a
while,
and
unfortunately,
my
overall
experience
has
been
quite
disappointing.
Recently,
when
my
membership
was
about
to
expire,
I
encountered
a
series
of
issues
that
left
me
frustrated
and
dissatisfied.
Firstly,
the
gym
offers
a
freeze
facility,
allowing
members
to
pause
their
memberships
if
they're
unable
to
attend
for
10
or
more
days.
I
availed
of
this
feature
multiple
times,
expecting
a
fair
extension
of
around
60
days.
However,
the
receptionist
seemed
clueless
about
this
and
declared
my
membership
expired,
even
before
my
freeze
period
was
completed.
Her
lack
of
awareness
and
professionalism
was
disheartening.
Moreover,
I
had
received
a
referral
bonus
of
30
days
for
bringing
in
two
new
members,
as
promised
by
the
gym
management
during
enrollment.
To
my
surprise,
the
receptionist
now
denies
any
knowledge
of
this
and
refuses
to
acknowledge
the
extension
I
was
entitled
to.
The
gym's
infrastructure
is
another
point
of
concern.
There
is
no
ventilation
or
AC,
and
we
constantly
have
to
remind
the
staff
to
switch
on
the
cooling
systems.
The
promises
made
during
enrollment
about
having
trainers
and
a
dietician
on-site
turned
out
to
be
false;
there
is
no
such
support
available.
The
recent
encounter
with
the
receptionist,
who
not
only
lacked
knowledge
but
also
displayed
rudeness,
was
the
last
straw
for
me.
I'm
utterly
disappointed
with
the
staff
and
management.
Given
this
experience,
I
won't
be
enrolling
again
in
this
gym.
In
summary,
if
you're
considering
joining
this
gym,
I
strongly
advise
you
to
think
twice.
The
management's
failure
to
uphold
promises,
coupled
with
the
unprofessional
behavior
of
staff,
makes
this
gym
a
less-than-ideal
choice
for
those
seeking
a
positive
and
reliable
fitness
environment.
