The staff’s behaviour is not good. I was travelling to Goa from pune. They are very rude and unprofessional. Never travel by this bus. Other narmada travels are good but Goa to pune is not good. Driver and cleaner both are rude. You feel very unsafe with these people

Worst experience taken double booking even after ticket booking 4 days ago and given last upper seat, while booking done for 3rd seat lower in pune to goa journey, full of bouncing without sleep, also charged high my ticket was of 1200 Rs at site booking and I seen the people have travelled with 800 Rs for same bus why????

Narmada Gold(MH 12 KQ 7675) Pune to Udgir bus is not good . It is producing too much noise and overall condition of this bus is not good . This is my first time journey with Narmada and I won't recommend to any one this bus. Instead of this bus Udaygiri seating buses are far far better!!

Superb service.we use narmda travels last 5 years. Till date same service.our hole family going to latur by narmada travels.its too too much good service.if u r going to latur udgir... i always suggest narmada travels.suryakant sir I specialy thnx.

Bad experience..Driver is good but checking person and helperson of passenger was arogent. Single seat side charger points are not working... both of them are saying this charges doesn't included charging facility.. Need to give training about how to behave with passengers, womens( KVT Narmada Blue MH 24 8989). Please repair charging points and need to change curtain

For pune-latur route good bus service

Buses are in good condition. Suspension is good, Staff members are cooperative and we'll behaved. Overall everything is good Sometimes the driver drives too fast on a single road at night. Especially between Temburnhi to Barshi.

If blanket's r provide then these 4stars rating is convert into 5stars... About other is good...I'm happy

Best organization for planning, best driver selection, professional service. We felt comfortable, safe during traveling. Travels cleaned properly. We will definitely recommend KVT group journey.

Narmada Travels I'll travel to Pune to Goa on his bus , service is very 3rd class. Person is very rude toking and charger spot is not working and bus was not a clean. Experience was very bad.
