Tulsi Baug Ganpati in Pune is a divine haven that exudes an air of spirituality and serenity. Nestled amidst the bustling city, this sacred abode of Lord Ganesh casts a spellbinding aura. The intricately crafted idol commands reverence, its magnificence mirrored in the devotion of the countless pilgrims who flock here. Stepping into Tulsi Baug Ganpati is akin to stepping into a realm of ancient mysticism. The fragrant incense wafts through the air, blending with the gentle hum of prayers. The market nearby, a tapestry of colors and sounds, adds to the unique charm. Its not like a big mandir/temple or something you will find it will be justa big idol of ganesh ji which is inside the market with groove street. A visit here is not just a spiritual journey, but a cultural immersion as well. It's a place where tradition and modernity seamlessly merge. For anyone seeking solace, inspiration, or simply a glimpse into Pune's cultural heart, Tulsi Baug Ganpati beckons with open arms. It's a space where faith finds its dwelling and the soul finds its echo. No Tickets, No Queue

This is the 4th Manacha Ganpati. And the grandest of them all. There are narrow lanes adjoining the temple and so it gets a lot crowded during celebration time. The grandeur of the idol makes you admire it for long and obviously take many pics, but the space doesn't allow. So choose the right time to visit. Go very late in the evening - after 9pm, thats when you would get to stay for long.

Nestled amidst the bustling Tulsi Baug market in Pune, the Shri Ganpati Temple is surrounded by shops. Inside the temple stands an impressive 14-foot idol of Lord Ganesh. The intricately decorated feet of Shri Vinayak, coupled with the adorned Mushakraj, enhance the overall elegance of the temple. The enchanting presence of Lord Ganesh in the temple is so captivating that visitors find it impossible to leave without being drawn to the divine aura. The temple opens its doors at 8 am and remains accessible throughout the day until it closes at 9 o'clock in the evening.

Tulasi baug is a big wholesale and low rate market for shopping. It's mainly for ladies. You can get all jwellery, cloths, showpiece and many more. This place is near to dagadu sheth halwai ganpati. It's around 300-400 meter. From shivaji nagar Pune station, ma na pa bus stop this place is very closer. From Pune international airport this place is 10-15 km . So enjoy the shopping and bappas darshan.

Tulshi baug its very rushed market place, for decorative shops. Tulshi baug Ganpati, also known as Shri Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir area, is a renowned temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The temple holds great historical and cultural significance and has a rich history that spans several centuries. The origin of Tulshi baug Ganpati dates back to the late 18th century. It is believed that a holy Brahmin named Shri Tulsiram Patwardhan discovered an idol of Lord Ganesha while plowing his field in the Tulshibag area. Recognizing the divine nature of the idol, he decided to establish a temple at the site. Over time, the temple gained popularity, and the devotees' numbers swelled. However, the original temple structure was modest. In the early 20th century, the temple was renovated and expanded to accommodate the increasing devotees and provide a grander space for worship. The architecture of Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir showcases a blend of traditional Marathi and Hemadpanti styles. The main sanctum houses the magnificent idol of Lord Ganesha, adorned with exquisite decorations and ornaments. The idol is particularly revered for its unique posture, known as the "Ujwal" posture, which is not commonly found in other Ganesha temples. The temple is known for its vibrant celebrations during the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. Thousands of devotees flock to the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha during this auspicious time. The festivities include grand processions, cultural performances, and devotional singing and dancing. Apart from its religious significance, Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir has also played a role in social and cultural development. The temple trust has been actively involved in various charitable activities, including providing educational scholarships, organizing health camps, and supporting social welfare initiatives. Today, Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir stands as an emblem of faith, devotion, and cultural heritage in Pune. Its historical importance, architectural splendor, and spiritual aura continue to attract devotees and visitors from near and far, making it a cherished destination for worship and reflection.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Tulshibaug Ganpati, also known as the 4th 'Manacha Ganpati' in Pune. It was a remarkable experience, to say the least. Upon arriving, I noticed that the place was bustling with devotees and visitors. Given that it was Ganesh Chaturthi, it was expectedly crowded. After taking darshan at the renowned Dagdusheth Ganpati Temple, we proceeded to Tulshibaug Ganpati. The crowd was immense, and people were jostling to get a glimpse of the deity. However, what impressed me was the presence of the police, who were diligently managing the crowd. Their efforts ensured that the chaotic situation was brought under control, and the darshan experience became more orderly. Being part of a gathering of over a lakh people during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival added to the excitement and vibrancy of the atmosphere, especially in the evenings. After the darshan, I felt genuinely blessed and at peace. The spiritual experience, combined with the fervor of the festival and the overwhelming presence of the festival and the overwhelming presence of fellow devotees, made my visit to Tulshibaug Ganpati a truly memorable one.

The Tulsi Baug Ganpati is the manache's 4th ganpati. The ganpati is situated in the heart of the Tulsi Baug Market. I visited here at night during the Ganesh Chaturthi. The pandal is beautiful and mesmerising. The average waiting time in the line is approximately 20mins. The place is very crowded when the market is on.

Best shopping place for Female A bit okay for men (definitely not for you if you're single) Cheapest best quality products are available here if you're good at searching and bargaining, You need to walk a lot but doesn't matter that much cause of the shops you'll see around, no toilets or drinking water available inside in case. Try n visit on working days or rainy days to avoid the crowd. But remember (more the crowd = more the bargaining) Happy shopping!
