This place definitely nice to hang out. At the moment it is closed temporarily due to the situation. Otherwise good to buy cosmetics, clothes and for kids stuff too. This place usually used to be bit crowded during normal situations. Now it is closed until further notice probably. Overall a good mall compared to other central malls in the city.

Central Mall is permanently closed now. Wide range of Branded clothes for Men, Women and Kids. Ground floor - Women's Western Clothes, Jewellery, watches, sunglasses, perfumes, cosmetics, hand bags and footwear. Macdonalds is also there. 1st floor- Women's Indian Clothes, All men's wear. 2nd floor- Kids Section 3rd floor- Home Centre (furniture, curtains, crockery, decorative items) and Crossword Book Store. Well maintained and clean mall. Number of spacious trial rooms are there. Parking is paid. (2 wheeler - Rs.20/-) Good seating arrangements outside the mall. Also, you will find small stalls in the mall area like mehandi, chat stall, kids play area.

As the lockdown is opened, one can visit this mall. One stop for shopping. Bags, clothes, perfumes, watches, shoes, ladies wear, gents clothing, etc. I am sure one will find everything under one roof. Prices are affordable and they have good discounts on weekends. You will find McD around the corner for tasty burgers. Ample parking space.

Here is an amazing experience , I visited first time in this mall. The experience of shopping is amezing, the behaviour of employees of this Mall is very good. Security and parking of service of this mall is not good but you can say okay. This mall is budget friendly and also quality is amezing. It's a wonderful destination for shopping. Shoes, Dress (Mens women's Children) Bags, Watch etc. for various Brands like Fast track, Titan, Marks & Spencer, Peter England, Viva, Allen Solley, American Tourister etc. is available here. Stock of fresh items, Service is really good. Elevator, Paid Parking, Washroom, drinking water, Trial room facility is here. KFC, McDonald's outlet is at ground floor. UPI/Card payment is accepted here.

One stop for most of your needs. Wide range of varieties, nicely presented goods, staff is cooperative. Two suggestions: 1. considering Covid situation, atleast temperature check of each customer and staff should be mandatory daily basis. 2. Parking charges should be redeemed against the purchase.

Central now is opened under the name “Reliance Centro” The original Central was out of business and closed for a few months but is now taken over by Reliance and rebranded. There are perhaps a few changes but the brands, products and price range (and even floor plan) is the same.

This place has a good collection of footwear and clothes. I personally loved their variety of brands from cheap to costly e.g Label Ritu Kumar, Madame, etc. Staff is also very friendly and helpful in nature. Ample amount of parking is there. Washrooms are available too.

The Mall is boring. All the items sold are overpriced for no absolute reason. They have the a wide range of collections to choose from but the collections are not good in the first place🤡. The only good thing about this place is that it has a McDonald's and a KFC. The other small food outlets outside it are amazing too.

I'm not entirely unsatisfied when it comes to this place, but I will try to avoid it if I can. There is a variety of clothes available, and the place itself has a nice mall vibe to it; but it's inconvenient to navigate. The arrangement and presentation is ordinary, and the escalators are placed in such a way you would have to walk across half the mall to go up or down. The lifts are in a corner of the mall, where you would still need to walk a decent amount to get to. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's and the other outlets there either, so the food aspect also doesn't appeal to me. Overall I think there are better malls out there, and I would say that the Pavilion is a better choice, just to name one.

I had a really poor experience at the mall. The collection and everything is great, but the staff service at the billing counter is what I am dissatisfied about. We searched for the right gift for my mom for hours on end, we even selected other things once we had found the right gift. I was running really late and the payment counter I found out that the bag was defected. The person incharge couldn’t find another piece as the one I had selected. I asked them if they could help me with discounting the bag with the defect as I was out of time and didn’t want to waste all the day that I had put in. The person didn’t even bother to help out, they didn’t care at all. My bill total was around 8-9k and they didn’t even bother to further look into it. Enraged by it I left everything there itself. My mom was utterly disappointed and dissatisfied as she really needed the stuff that I had selected. All those hours trying out and finding the right things was all wasted in a minute at the register. Honestly, please give better service.

Overall it’s good with nice variety and discounts. Have been shopping here since a long time.

Maintaining good hygiene and not crowded today.. It was Saturday but crowd was less.. they had some limited offers on Handbags and Footwear.. new cloths arrivals were quite good but no offers on them.. overall it was a good experience..

Reliance centro is a famous for ladies shopping where I went with my sister. Where you will observed many dresses are modern dress 👗 all kind of modern dress are available. Their customer executive will help to find more varieties in cloths. All types of brand cloths are available as I saw there. I would like to recommend this mall to go there for ladies shopping.

This a wonderful place in my opinion to hang out with friends and for shopping for exclusive product,it's located at the middle of the city even there is football turf Ont he ruff..ost of all it's having a beautiful bridge beside it all facilities are available for the people

Pathetic place......I had purchased 3000 ki chappal of inc.05 after purchasing I had used it for 3/4 hours.....i had got swelling n itching on my foots......gone for exchange they clearly said noooo for exchange they are saying we can't exchange it you have to use it we can't do anything.....it's been 15 days i had kept my product n my money is also there with them only......then to they are not responsible to call me... clearly they said you can put complaint were ever you want

Good place to spent time with family, friends. Lots of clothing brands are available. Offers are good but not much attractive (personal). For two wheeler you have to pay ₹20 which is I won't recommend. You can park your bike outside also( but on your own take). Rest is good.

When it was central it was too good but now it's worst. Mainly parking charges extortion from customers even parking is free. Also they closed down many trial rooms so you have to wait in longer queues every time for 15 to 20 mins each time.

Good option to get all brands under one roof near to Deccan. Staff is somewhat confused about the offers, maybe they need training. Coupons generally don't get redeemed. Overall good options available for men and women. Kids section is small.

You can find a number of brands but the choices are limited. Having said that sometimes it is useful to get all in one place. I would rather go to Lifestyle which stocks up better and has better deals and not too far from here.

Anushree And Pooja from billing and cover story brand are extremely rude and non cooperative. Never visit this mall. They wont be helping you at all with you. I have spent 1 hr with this brand and with the staff and at the time of billing they are saying we cant sell this. Very useless behaviour and worst staff.

This review is not for Centro Mall, but for the Sketchers salesman Mr. Durgesh Brahme in Centro Mall. He has a lot of knowledge of different types of footwear so he can give the best advice to customers. He is very patient and polite with customers. I give him 5 stars for his service.

Improve the billing section of the mall. We visited 6 months ago and had to wait 1 hour due to incompetency of the billing staff. Now yesterday again we had to wait for an hour. No improvement at all. It takes more time for billing than chooosing clothes for our whole family. Plus Centro spams our messages saying they have a sale ongoing. Reading the message we visit themall. The boards indicating sale are present but no sale discount is added to the final bill apparently it's not being shown in the system and we had to pay the whole costs of the products. There is no staff available for help to find size. If I ask another general staff they say they don not know or aren't available. This happens for almost all the brands. Are they just present for increasing the population of the mall? A lot of brands aren't available at Centro too which were there earlier. Central earlier was a great experience but now Centro has degraded its quality and experience.

The one of the biggest malls on Deccan gymkhana area. You can get variety of shopping experience here like fashion, clothing, footwear, sportswear etc.. Especially women's clothing section and kid's toys sections are very big and has plenty of variety on offer. McDonalds and KFC stores are available in the food court..

They have many options for women and men. Many brands are available. The staff is helpful. The trial rooms are clean. They should follow a better strategy during sale as there is almost half an hour waiting for billing. Also all the trial rooms are not open during peak hours/sale, this way it takes more time

A Mall situated centrally in the city. They harbour various clothing, accessory, home appliance, toys, etc stores as every other mall does. The overall management and arrangements in the mall are good for shoppers as well as visitors who do not intend to shop something specific but just visit. The shops inside vary from big brands to some smaller brands. The price range is slightly on the upper end, as is the case in any other mall. You can get the same goods some place else at cheaper prices, but the services and efficient management lacks in places outside.

Good offers but not a very good collection,when you enter sales people come to you like you are the one who is going to buy all things and feel as if you are on railway station.

The salesman on 1st floor shoe section were not interested to give good service. I asked for size checking scale and didn't even bought it from other side. No wonder people buy online because of this attitude.

Always a preferred shopping mall among all central malls in pune. A bit crowded on weekends. Variety of fashion products available at reasonable rates, offers like being provided on online platforms, discounts on old stocks and newly launched upgraded products. Seating arrangement just outside the mall with few small food shops offering sandwich/burgers/panipuri and McDonald's/KFC. Ample parking space at basement for cars @Rs 40 and open parking space for 2 wheelers @Rs20. Overall good place for hangout.

From school days till now whenever I'm in pune 1 go to central is must. Wide range of shirts,t-shirts,jeans,trousers, sneakers,perfumes and ladies wear + home decor. Best part is when you enter the mall aroma of perfumes will boost your mood. Give a try👍

It's a mall hence most things here will be expensive. Keep that in mind before you come shopping. They have nearly all major brands in men's and women's clothing as well as most lifestyle products here. They have a baggage counter outstanding to keep any large bags. There aren't many places to eat. This mall is mostly pretty crowded so know that you will have some trouble in trial rooms.

Nothing to say about Central Mall 'cause everybody knows about it. It is one stop destination for all kind of shopping for Punekars.. Mask is mandatory for entry. Grand entrance, ground floor is for ladies Beauty shopping, first floor is for wardrobe.. The brands like Peter England, Raymond and much more are available here.. But, I didn't redeem my Phone Pe voucher here.. so, ask the cashier before you shop with vouchers. Cleanliness is at top.. Always remains some crowdy.. The MacDonald is just outside the mall. You can drive a car here with Pay and Park facility.. Averall good experience..

Completely a staff review : The place is good place but their staff allows people without masks, let alone checking the vaccination status. It's not recommended to go here with the third variant knocking at our door.

Should improve stock quality. Overall a good experience to have. Good outside mall is waste of money.

It's a nice place to visit. Lot's of variety. Salemen are helpful. I gave one star less for two main reasons Parking costs extra even if you bought something which was not the case in the past. And other is under resourced cash counter. There always a long queue there. Apart from this no complaints at all. There is something for everyone in the family, gifts etc.
