I had high hopes for a memorable evening, but all I was left with was a bitter taste in my mouth. First and foremost, let's talk about the food. I ordered your supposedly mouthwatering mutton dhangiri dish, which came at a staggering price of 600 rupees. Little did I know that I was actually paying for a plate full of bones with a minuscule amount of meat clinging to them. It was utterly disappointing and left me feeling cheated and unsatisfied. To make matters worse, I had the unfortunate pleasure of discovering a cockroach on my table. Yes, you read that right. A cockroach! I cannot express the level of disgust and revulsion that washed over me. How could such a blatant lack of cleanliness and hygiene be tolerated in a supposedly reputable establishment? As if that wasn't enough, there was a music show happening in the background. Normally, that would be a delightful addition to the ambiance, but the performer seemed to have a peculiar obsession with sad songs. Can you imagine the irony? Here I was, already feeling down and disappointed on my birthday, and this singer just kept pouring salt into the wound. It was an unpleasant experience that only added to my misery. Now, let me take a moment to acknowledge your helpful and friendly staff. Despite the numerous shortcomings of the establishment, they were the only redeeming aspect of my visit. Their kindness and assistance were commendable, but unfortunately, even their efforts couldn't salvage the overall experience. Lastly, I must mention the state of the seats. Filthy and unhygienic would be an understatement. It seemed as though they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable and disgusted sitting on such unkept furniture. In conclusion, my birthday celebration at your restaurant was a complete disaster. The exorbitant price for a dish that lacked substance, the presence of a cockroach, the never-ending sad songs, and the dirty seats all contributed to an unforgettable evening – but for all the wrong reasons. I sincerely hope that you address these issues and improve your standards, as no one else should have to endure such a disappointing experience.

Our anniversary celebration was at Greenfield, and it was truly great. The numerous items in it including masala papad, paneer sizzler, chicken tandoori, veg crispy, spring roll, chicken masala and chicken lababdar left our tongues licking in delight. The setting was charming, with a picturesque waterfall and ample space that added to the romantic feeling. Greenfield offers an attentive service and delicious food. As such, it would be the best place for special occasions.

Before now we visited this place twice with some good experience but now we are facing a very poor experience this time. Sitting arrangements in bamboo house is too old and not fresh. Food they serve promptly but below average taste. Lollipop only made by bone and corn flour. Sauces they giving with empty bowls. Schezwan fried rice is like boiled rice with no taste. I think now they doesn't want repeat customer as hotel get new regularly.

Too crowded all the time of the week, loud music, dim lights you can't even see the food. Taste is not impressive at all. They mixed Indian Chinese all in all. Chinese food tasted like Punjabi. If you're looking for good food only, there's good options available around which is cheaper than Greenfield, without that much space and music. I am not impressed at all. There are so many places that offer good soothing music, not irritating and good food. Space is not the main thing to look for. The place is not so clean, not maintained at all. The staff are shouting because of the music and using abusive language among them. Management should look into these instead of just serving food to people. Don't know why so many people go back to this place. Really destroyed my special evening here. Never going back.

Food is delicious and variety in terms of cuisine is good. Mr. Tabreez was very helpful in selection of food. During peak hours the service will be slow considering the size of the restaurant. Its a huge place inside, all green so the name suits it. Buffet for two ppl was 1258/- with taxes so really affordable considering the range of items available on the menu. Service is a bit slow otherwise for the money its damn good.

You can get HUT type sitting arrangements, Family arrangements and Candle light dinner arrangements here separately. The place is cozy and very relaxing. The staff is professional and polite. Service is fast. You can get Drinks, Veg, Nonveg and Chinese food here. The waiting time for the food arrival is also short here. I am a vegetarian and I liked it here very much. We have enjoyed our visit with quality food and quality service. If you are in Pune you should try this restaurant.

This restaurant is pretty old and still has crowd. They have good but years old ambience. Food, I would say is average. Not great for bigger family as they serve food really really slow. It's a TP hangout place if you want to have booze. They have seperate section for family and for other customers. They have a big screen projector where you can enjoy sports. So I won't recommend this restaurant for families but other friends groups can enjoy there hangout.

The food served is not according to the price which we pay. The food served is of average quality and the taste is very poor. Never try the starter called Panneer Anarkali, seems like they just cut the paneer in rectangular shapes and serve you. The cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. No Covid 19 protocols maintained. No temperature check no masks used by any of the waiters. Parking space is very limited. Try for some better hotels around.
