Hi, I am regular customer for zoomcar you can see the history and i was(am) fan of zoomcar,But when i have plan for outing with family for 3 days Thurs,fri,sat(23rd,24th,25th).I have booked scorpio on 23rd and its good exp.Then for friday i have booked XUV500.pickup time is 6:30 around.and i got the message at midnight that XUV500 is not available.When i wakeup at that time i get to know that XUV500 is not available then i call to customer care and he said we can give you 2 options scorpio and tata hexa.so i have selected tata hexa.Now i have picked up the hexa in place of xuv500 which was arranged at last moment.So may be possible that hexa is not maintain properly and on end time whichever car is available that was given.So when i return from the trip on the nasik highway at 6PM on 80 km speed and i am taking right turn and tyre is tear.i lost my control from the steering,,any how i manage and take the car at side and then see that the upper layer of tyre is 0.5 km back on the road.We thank to god that no vehicle is behind us other wise people pray for rest in peace.We would dead.It is totally bad experience with Zoomcar.Type have done remolded.It is not original type otherwise layer was not remove from the tyre.And we know that is the remolded one tyre as my father was doing tyre business.And now jack is not enough to up the car.We bag the jack from the car which are pass from the highway.at this time at 7 o clock we are on the highway with family and ladies as well which is totally risk.its was worst worst worst worst exp with zoomcar.Any how we change the tyre and start again.We reach at home.now when i drop the car then man who is taking key saying you have to pay charge for tyre and that is 8000.What the f**k.No value for our life.If we dead then who is responsible.He said no no you have to pay the charge.I said it is your big mistake you haven't check the tyre before deliver the car.It is remote tyre not original tyre which is very cheap.Now i will not pay anything.I want my refund 600 of fuel and now you will give me the amount form our life.I will go to consumer forum.complain against zoomcar for this.And give review on google that dont use the zoomcar they are not maintaining the cars.Its better to go with revv,drivezzy and other company.I went to other place on saturday with drivezzy car.And car is well maintained.You can ask to any tyre company if tyre is original then it is remove the upper layer if tyre tear?You can get the answer..Thanks this is the last trip with zoomcar i never go with zoomcar. We see the god when tyre is tear on running car.You can see the attached image.I am getting recovery notice on my mail.I need get refund for my trip.They have not called me a single time that what happen and how you manage...nothing.

Third class, they are fraud, cheater, they scraped my car and not ready to compensate the amount, i have huge loss due to zoom car, will not recommend any one henceforth. If there are is option of minus rating i would prefer that but there is no option, they just making peoples fool. You can see attached image what they do with you car, while joining they said any incident happen they will fix it on there basis, but when my car broke down they even didn't informed me, and tried to fix fuel injector which is main part of engine with m seal( sealent) such a unprofessional company i never seen. I repaired my car and didn't got any compensation, so i will request all not join your car with zoom car they are fraud, they just peoples make fool.

I have used Zoomcar twice and writing the review based on the same. Zoomcar support system is poor and not adequate. Takes long time to connect with executives and after that they do not understand your problem. Zoomcar do not have any kind of flexibility towards user of cars. Another major issue I had faced is about pick and drop locations and timing of the same. Zoomcar is not keen to provide early pick up at airport. So you need to wait until executives come. I had got one of the car which was interior of Pune city where it was extremely difficult to reach and park the car. Also on return journey it was difficult to get Uber as well. I would say that this service by Zoomcar is still need to mature and until then I won’t recommend to use this services in the city like Pune and Mumbai.

The best in the industry for a reason. The number and options of car zoomcar has is phenomenal. I’ve always preferred this for a reason. Have booked quite a number of times before. Booked an Audi recently, which otherwise I probably might have never driven. Thanks to zoomcar for having such great fleet of cars. Always recommended.

They are fraud...plz guyz stop using there car .... You will not get refund if you cancel car If you are a host than you are in biggest trouble of you life. Run away......

I cannot believe how this scam company is still operational. Firstly, they cancel the booking an hour before delivery and refuse to provide an alternative vehicle, essentially leaving us to fend for ourselves. After a lot of discussion with their absolutely incompetent customer service cell, they finally provide us a vehicle from some shady third party owner. Turns out, the car is a private vehicle that legally should not be rented out for self drive, this lands us in a huge trouble with the traffic police that required 7500 rupees to resolve. During this entire turmoil, the Zoomcar customer service cell did absolutely nothing, they did not pick up the calls, and refused to call while we were facing issues with the police. Never. I mean never use their car rental services. Even if others might be a little more expensive it is worth rather than going through this terrible service.

I wish I could give it -1000 stars. They are fraudsters, beware and dont book zoomcar. I regret booking a car from this unethical company. For your peace of mind, book something but Zoomcar. Major reasons: 1. No quality checks of the car, it can break down anytime. Cars are always unclean. 2. Unsupportive and rude call centre people. They wont help you. If you travel to a village then God forbid, you are on your own. You have no other option, but to dump the car and travel in public transportation with all your luggage. 3. They have no technician if your car breaks down. Personal experience. You are on your own. My story: I had booked a car for a week, paid 16k for that. Very dirty car. On day 5, AC stopped working and water started coming on the front passenger seat, so I started calling them since 10AM in the morning.I was promised that I would receive the call in 15 mins from a technician. Didnt receive a call for the next 4 hours. Still, I tried calling them every 30 mins. I managed to reach Pune, where I was able to dump the car. I was promised I would be receiving the money for 3 days, from when I raised my first call until my booking which is around 6k. I was told I would be paid within 4 days. I waited and now they are disconnecting my calls. I have lost my money and also because of the car issue I would had to cancel my planned trip. Not sure, how this company is still functioning.

Nobody knows what is happening regarding refund which is promised in 30 Days. Post 45 days no response , no response for email. No options to talk to customer care regarding refund. Authorities do not respond to email. Sent 20 queries on app but not a single call email received. No point of contact. Why it is feel like a small travel agent trying to dupe people. Really spoilingl

Its good service from beginning however after pandemic they are facing some issues with avaliable cars and refunds. I think as other Businesses face issues they also will be able to get ahead and will provide us better service in future

The experience is seemless... A guy will come to help you deal with clicking pictures and you are good to go...

As they advertise to return the car with full tank i gave them 40% extra furl and they returned me only 700, also showing will deliver car on airport but not working

Zoom,picked up from Mumbai Sion pvr theatre and dropped in Pune viman nagar. Hired a hyundai I20 for 2 days which came with 240 free kms. Everything was perfect from zoom except the people from Mumbai Sion pvr location.my pick up time was for 12 noon and I was there 5minutes before the pick up time,In the app it says locate your car,find the keys and GO. But when I arrive there,the security person said the manager is not here ,will call him and he’ll be here in 5 minutes,I said ok,the key was with security persons. Later after 15 minutes was still waiting on the street ,called the manager directly he said wait I will come. With absolutely Zero customer service and talks with an attitude and replying like to a slave,finally at 12:30 he arrived and without even a guilt or concern for half hour late,the first word he said, Hey open your zoom app and take out your driving license,I was like common ,show some respect toward your customers,he grabbed my phone and entered all the details by himself,I was like I already submitted all my details in zoom app and this guy behaving like he’s renting out his own car,finally after all the documents he checked by himself which I already submitted in app,by 12:40 I got my car and went,it was such a rude behaviour and never expected from zoom. Other than that the call centre people were all nice and customer friendly. The person in Pune location was nice as well. The car was with only 9% fuel it says but driver information system says only 13 kms to end the fuel tank.

So bad experience with this app No one answers the phone we have tried to find the car the owner has given the wrong location total waste of money and the company is not even providing the money back to us as they mentioned you have started the trip as per the app and the chat bot is such a third class thing in this app going to file a case against the company as well as the owner of the car.

Never take zoom car. I had the worst experience. Hosts switch off their phone and zoom car office not locatable in Pune. We struggled to find for two hours. Worst of all is zoom car has no customer support to talk to in case of emergency. I suggest people not to get into these people. Big time cheats
